towels were mildewed, kitchen utensils were not cleaned, recliner left arm was broken, a few of the bathrooms were not clean. other than that a beautiful cabin, good location. we had a great time and would recommend to others. we would re-book in the future.

The property was great. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pans, utensils, dishes and extras we needed. The beds in the loft were a bit hard but overall everyone had a good and restful time. The weather was amazing and we used the fire pit most evenings. I would recommend this property.

Our family stayed 3 nights and overall we enjoyed it. Hot tub was nice, snowy weather was beautiful. Take an AWD or a 4WD in snow or you'll never ever make it up there. A few issues: water heater didn't keep up with demand, firewood was buried under 2ft of snow, upstairs bathtub faucet didn't work, ran out of toilet paper, kitchen faucet vey loose, oven thermostat inaccurate, chandeliers need cleaned, bedspreads need cleaned.

15 people ages 10 months-84. Our last family trip before our son goes into the Army. We had so much fun. Skiing was great, SO much snow. Property is as advertised. We had no issues. Highly recommend this home. You will definitely need a 4-wheel drive in winter/early spring.

This was advertised as a 5 star rating on internet and I can only rate this a 3 star because of the overall cleanliness for example bed sheets and pillows sheets not washed floors where dirty and need some plumbing work in bathrooms

We had 3 families and plenty of room for all! Kids enjoyed sledding in driveway! 10 minutes from slopes!

This place is amazing

This place was beautiful. House was well stocked. Would stay here again. But, highly suggest 4 wheel drive for the winter months, as the property owner suggests.

This house was so perfect for our group. We had 6 couples and all fit perfectly. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms that fit all of our needs. The house was well stocked and felt very clean! We used the hot tub every night we were there as well. Thank you for letting us use your home!

Overall it was a good house for the 8 adults and 5 kids. The bunk room was perfect for the little kids, tucked away over the garage. It was awesome to see all of the deer, chipmunks and elk hanging around. My grandson even fed one of the deer from his hand. Like someone else mentioned, the house has potential but needs a lot of love. Only complaints were: The house / windows could use a thorough cleaning. The "master" and other downstairs bedroom have NO closet. The outside areas are good but there is a definite lack of furniture, so you might bring some extra chairs along! This was the first time with VRBO that a local property manager didn't meet us there to go through the house. We were given the garage code, which was fine, but when we went into the house itself, the security alarm went off and we had no code. My only communication had been with the owner via email. I emailed him immediately to call me, but NEVER heard back from him. A local fireman or someone heard the alarm and came by to get it disengaged luckily. After we got in the house there was a book with the local contact, but it was fixed by the time we saw that. I gave it 4 stars because overall we had a great time.

In general the property was good but with some TLC it could be excellent. Some windows wouldn’t stay open which is the only way to cool the house. The upstairs tub fixture leaked and the tub was dirty/stained. One of the drape bars fell in upstairs queen room. The grill was filthy when we went to cook on it the first evening and there was no propane. General grounds maintenance and more outdoor furniture for the front patio area would make this place really special.

Overall the house was beautiful and great little get away area! Loved everything!

We did get a couple of fans to circulate the air as there are no ceiling fans. I would recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle summer or winter. The roads are not paved so it can get muddy and slippery. The pictures are exactly what you see when you arrive. It was a home for our vacation! Country club nearby for golfing and indoor pool and playground. Little town nearby has pizza shop, coffee place and a well stocked grocery store. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This beautiful home and it's remarkable location made for a magical visit for grandchildren who had never seen snow or ever been skiing. And seeing deer, elk, and wild turkey just added to the magic.
