The place was very clean and nice. I just wish the check in process had been smoother. I requested the check in info 2 days before trip and was told it would be provided to me closer to the date. It was not. After driving 10 hrs, the last part in pouring rain, we had to pull over at a rest stop so i could text Mike a request for code. Not fun.

We stayed for a month at this wonderful house , while visiting our children. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect- close to shopping and grocery stores. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard! The house is on a dead end street, which made walking the dog very enjoyable. We hope to be able to rent this house again in the near future!

We just needed a place to sleep while visiting the in-laws for Christmas. This was the perfect place. Plenty of room for my wife and I and the kids. They had everything you needed including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family found this home absolutely perfect! It was so spotlessly clean, perfectly updated and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms were clean and allergy free. The layout was wonderful from the bedrooms, to open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Our family enjoyed lounging on the huge sofa in the evenings and gathering around the kitchen island for breakfast. We also shared some great memories around the fire pit making s’mores and hotdogs. The owner was also very responsive to our messages and friendly. We definitely plan to return to this property in the future when in the area.

Such a fabulous property! We loved the fenced in backyard and deck area. The house was extremely clean and just perfect for our family. Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area. Location is super close to all the shopping and food you cld possibly need.

Accessing was easy and inside and outside of the propery were in top notch shape. Every room in the house was clean and had everything you would need when on vacation. I highly recommend this place.

Just what we needed.....

The house was lovely and just the right location and size for a small group to stay when we came down to Davidson for reunion weekend.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 to stay at while attending sports tournaments over the weekend. It had everything we needed to relax and unwind after spend the days on the field. Very convenient to grocery stores and shopping.

We stayed here for four nights to attend the wedding of a childhood friend. We had three couples, the women of the couples all went to school together. It was the perfect place to stay and reconnect. If we were to make any suggestions, it would be to have more basic spices - salt, pepper, garlic - and bigger/more pans.

I visit friends and former clients a few times a year, and I will be staying at this property every time I visit… as long as it’s available! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and already booked it again for the end of July! 😁

I stayed at the Huntersville House for 34 days to be close to my NC family, have friends visit from the east coast and to escape the winter in Northeast Ohio. The location is central to the areas of Charlotte, Concord, Kannapolis and Davidson. There are many shopping areas, restaurants, hiking trails, Lake Norman, Charlotte Speedway and tourist attractions near by. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and availability of a new grocery store is a mile away. The house is outstanding in both decor, furnishing and extras that are provided; everything a guest could want. If you travel with a dog as I did, the fenced yard is such a bonus. The large deck is perfect for dining, relaxing and cooking on a big grill. The host, Mike, is the best and responds in a timely manner and attention to any concerns. I would recommend this rental for both a short term or long term visit and would certainly stay there again.

We really enjoyed this VRBO. It was clean and just as described. We grilled and we had the firepit going almost every night. We had great weather. We ran out of Propane and Mike brought us one within a 30mins. Mike was Awesome! Also, there is a brand new Publix less than a mile down the road. House is close to all roads to get anywhere. Thank You Mike!

Have rented many homes on VRBO - this was one of the best.

This house was just what we needed for our stay in the area. It was clean and comfortable. It was within an easy drive to many fun locations.

The property was very clean on a quiet street. Our kids enjoyed the large backyard and fire pit. Neighbors were very friendly. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit Huntersville!

We rented during a house reno and it could not have gone better. The booking was smooth, the owners were responsive and accommodating and the house was adorable. It was close to work and schools, very clean with all the comforts of home. The throw blankets were plentiful and the right size for sharing. We had to buy two as soon as we left. We were lucky to have found this property at the last minute and highly recommend. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The beautiful dead end street was perfect for kids to ride their bikes. The fire pit made many s’mores The beds and home overall were very clean and comfortable. Would love to stay here again.

As described and good stay

The house was perfect. In a great location and spotlessly clean. There was five of us adults and our 3month old grandson. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the outside space beautiful. We loved being able to bring the dog and the fenced in back yard was appreciated. We look forward to coming back!

The Huntersville House was a great find while we were having some home improvements done. The house is tastefully decorated, well cared for and impeccably clean! Mike was a very responsive host. And the neighbors are really nice folks! Totally enjoyed our stay!

We rented Mike's place for the weekend while moving our daughter into Davidson College. It was superb. It was obvious that much care was taken to make sure that we had everything we could possibly need. I made a dinner for 14 one night and the kitchen was stocked with everything necessary. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was INSANE (in a good way), and it was very, very clean. Our favorite part was the backyard with porch and firepit area. This will be our go-to accomodation every time we come back to Davidson!

My family and I stayed here for 6 days. It was close to my family’s gnome for a visit. The house was perfect in size, beautifully decorated with updated finishing touches, luxury towels, backyard has a huge deck leading to a fire pit. I would definitely recommend this home.

Lovely home with well stocked kitchen cupboards and drawers. Very quiet neighborhood across the road from a farm. It would have been nice if there was a garage, though, as some birds liked to sit on my rear view mirrors and front doors and left a mess on them.

Visited this property because it as close to family who I as visiting in Charlotte. It was super clean and comfortable, with updated fixtures and amenities, including wifi and large flat-screen TVs. The back deck looks out on a large fenced-in backyard with chairs and fire pit. I absolutely loved spending time three and wish I could have stayed longer.
