A 10 out of 10! Loved the communication with Teri! She was so thorough and went over every single detail! The condo itself was beautiful! The showers in the upstairs bathrooms were so nice and our little one loved her own toddler bed in the master bedroom. This was our 3rd stay at Edgewater and this condo surpasses any we have previously stayed in. We will 100% be back.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at The Blue Pearl! It was so clean and organized. The owners put a lot of work into providing resources and information for visitors. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, and the resort had so much to offer our family. We would definitely stay here again!

The Blue Pearl is fantastic and very comfortable to dwell in. Location is ideal, overlooking part of the golf course and a very short walk to the beach. Lots to do in PCB. Highly recommend this property.

This has a great set up for a family. We were able to have little ones go to bed and still have some space to play games or watch tv at night. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home or packing lunches for the beach. The walk to the beach or other activities is doable with small children and very convenient. Great place to stay for a family vacation.

The Blue Pearl villa has everything you will need for your stay. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The ocean is a short walk across the foot bridge and the heated pool is right outside your door. Tennis and pickleball courts are also close by. (You will need to pay for tennis, pickleball, golf and fitness center). Owner, Terri gets an A plus for her communication.

I am very hard to please and this unit was fantastic. It is one of the most well-stocked units we have stayed in. This unit has everything you will need and more...including the cutest yoga mat you ever seen. The view and floorplan (in my opinion) are the best that Edgewater has to offer. The property manager went above and beyond for the duration of our stay. The unit was extremely clean...I am very picky in this area and was very satisfied. Excellent overall!!!! Highly recommend.

The check in was process was very easy. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. It was very organized and well labeled. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the beach, pools, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Blue Pearl. Teri had everything you can think of organized and labeled which made things so easy. The details were just so thoughtful. I am not sure how many years we have enjoyed the Blue Pearl, but I am certainly looking forward to the next time. Teri is one of the best hostess I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. She thinks of everything. She had games for my 5 year old nephew, a extra toothbrush when my son forgot his and beach towels for us to borrow. The list goes in and on. My boyfriend and sister were amazed at how nice and accommodating everything was. I would love to keep this gem to myself, but she genuinely deserves a great review. Don’t hesitate just book it.

This condo was absolutely perfect and Teri was an amazing host! Everything from kitchen and laundry basics to a first aid kit was provided so if you happen to forget anything Teri has you covered. This condo was not only beautiful, but spotless and super comfortable. It's obvious a lot of love was put into this space. The walk to the beach was quick and easy given the condo's close location to the resort bridge. The main pool area was great for the kids especially my 5 yr old due to the large walk out steps it had. The grill/bar was poolside making it super simple to snag a drink or snack while staying close to the family. We will definitely rent this condo again in the future!

We are a family of 5 and had a wonderful 1 wk stay at the Blue Pearl. It was immaculate comfortable and very well organized by Teri and her husband. They even had little amenities like games for the kids to play beach accessories and binders that outlined nearby restaurants and attractions. The tram is very accessible and even if it wasn't things were within reasonable walking distance. I can't say enough about the Villa. If you decide to rent it's a slam dunk for comfort and enjoyment. Don't miss out!

Having not seen my 2 boys age 15 - 17 for 3 years due to covid (they live near Huntsville and I m from the uk).I have to say this was the perfect place for us to spend our time together the condo was everything it advertised and more . Highly recommend and helped to make our bonding time so good. Will definitely re book if I visit Panama again …

Great place to stay
We walked in and was immediately impressed with cleanliness of the space but mainly all the little things that the owners have thought about for thier guest. If you forgot something at home, they probably have it there for you! Lots of board games to stay entertained on a rainy day. Feeding the turtles out back was a lot of fun, and a convenient short walk over the bridge to the beach. Will definitely be back to stay here again!

Everything you could need!
I recently stayed at The Blue Pearl for a week with my husband and our girls. We loved this villa and Teri was an amazing host! The villa is so organized and comes with so many extras, like supplies/toys for the beach and games. We also loved the location. Our daughter was dancing at a competition at the conference center which was a very short walk, and it was conveniently located close to the bridge to walk or hop a tram to the beach or big pool. 10/10 recommend booking The Blue Pearl for your next family vacation!

Very nice condo.
This is a very spacious condo. Everything looks new and clean. There are lots of extras. For example, a Keurig, regular coffee pot, crock pot, spices and lots of dishes. There are pool floats, nice beach chairs and it’s only a four minute walk to the beach.

Excellent Stay
The condo was beautiful and very clean. You can tell the owners put a lot of energy into the remodel and they’ve thought of everything.
The owners have included everything you could possibly need for a long stay. From towels, small appliances, dishes, toys, games, condiments… it was awesome!
Very easy walk to the bridge that takes you directly to the pool/beach. We opted to drive and park right by the pool because we were traveling with a toddler.
Parking was super easy at the condo and by the pool/beach. The resort is in a great spot. Close to plenty of restaurants and attractions.
The owner is super responsive and helpful! I would honestly stay here again on my next trip down to PCB!

Excellent property!
We rented this property for a family getaway. We loved it! The owner thought of everything - from little activity books for the kiddos, to labeling everything in the kitchen, she didn’t miss a thing!
The beds were comfortable, decor modern and fresh, nice TVs and board games to play as a family. The unit was much bigger than I anticipated! It felt like home and very well maintained.
The pool right by the condo was very convenient and hardly ever busy.
The walk to the other property didn’t feel too long and I was surprised at how often the tram came by to speed up the journey. The beach is beautiful - we had so much finding shells and riding the waves!
Don’t miss this condo! It was better than we expected and we had high expectations from the photos and other reviews! Thank you for a great visit Terri!

Property is just as pictured, updated and beautiful! Teri was very responsive, accomodating, and a pleasure to work with. I can't think of any way to make this unit better, the attention to detail was above and beyond....they thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the games, books, and toys for the kiddos. Would definitely return!!

Perfect villa for a family vacation!
We stayed at the Blue Pearl with our family of four for a month and it was a perfect spot for a family vacation. It is updated and beautifully furnished. Well stocked with everything you can think of (pots, pan, coffee maker, beach chairs) which is perfect for a longer stay. The location of the villa is great, close to the front entrance, as well as the bridge to the beach and the main pool. It is right next to a heated pool. We used the two oversized balconies quite a bit to look at the turtles and other wildlife with our daughters. It was also a great spot to sit out and enjoy a beverage after the girls went to bed. We had a great time at the Blue Pearl and cant wait to go back!

Clean home away from home
Beyond the fact this location was very clean, the owners have a great eye for style and sensibility to provide onsite amenities to make the stay more memorable. Tastefully funrished, intelligently stocked (pool accessories, board games, books, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, pop corn machine) and thoughtfully decorated, the stay alone was a pleasant, relaxing experience. We would love to return to this very same property for our next family escape!
