First off…. THIS HOME IS GORGEOUS!! My siblings and I rented this beautiful beach home for 14 people ranging in ages from 70 to 5! Everyone had a blast and we all felt comfortable and never felt crowded. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and had everything we needed to make dinner at home each night. There are also several places throughout the home to sit and relax if you need an escape from a large group. All of the bedrooms are very quiet and private. We all enjoyed having our own private pool and hot tub and the beach was just a short golf cart ride away! The Palmilla Resort is beautiful and although there is a lot of new construction throughout the Palmilla property it was not noisy AT ALL! We will definitely book this home again in the future!

This home is gorgeous and so convenient. It is steps away from the neighborhood pool and a short walk or golf cart ride to the cart path and walkover. We especially loved the private small pool and hot tub. While not huge it was just right and the kids loved swimming first thing in the morning and afternoon. This also made it very convenient for tired parents. The neighborhood pool is heated and has a bar. The home has excellent space and plenty of room. We had 6 kids and everyone had their own space. The home is also quite peaceful even with construction nearby. Our 3 and 5 YO were able to take naps without any issues. Also nice was that all the TVs have Roku.

Wonderful house with a perfect location. All the bedrooms were nice and spacious and the kitchen area was amazing. Great for a family get-together.

What a beautiful house! The house was clean and beautifully decorated! So open and lots of common areas, which is great for families to gather.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is so nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessities. Our only complaint was they didn’t have a mop, broom, or vacuum available. We wanted to clean up during our stay and couldn’t find one anywhere in the house. Other than that, no complaints!
