Overall this is a great property! The online description was very accurate. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated while we were there and they were great! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the kids loved the pool table. I gave cleanliness of property 4 stars - the inside was very clean and outside, the landscaping needed weeding and some maintenance and we found a couple empty soda cans outside on the tables when we arrived. In regards to communication, I'd sent 3 messages to the manager through VRBO and they didn't respond to any of them. Vacasa manages this home and I was able to contact them eventually through their website. Overall- I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

I wouldn’t pay the extra for the pool heating as it never got very warm, but the overall experience was amazing!

We enjoyed the games and activities for youngsters and the comfortable, cozy areas for everyine to gather, visit and snuggle. The vasr kitchen became the hub, and the laundry facilities helped so much. The sunsets on thw mountains, visible from the lbeautifully landscaped back yard delighted everyone, and we made use of the grill and the patio every day. The hot tub was a favorite with everyone. And the staff and coordinator were quick to respond to our inquiries. We would gladly recommend this lovely home to any family gathering.

The house was gorgeous. Very big four bedrooms three full bathrooms. Everything worked. The air conditioning was great. The pool was wonderful. The spa was easy to use. The property manager was awesome and accessible. Very enjoyable stay.

Has everything a family would want or need. Spacious and roomy with a great patio and pool. Close to wonderful hikes, golf and restaurants. TV in every room, very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen with excellent outdoor grill. Love this vacation home...we'll be back!

Pioneer house was a fantastic base for our family gathering. Close to hiking trails that suited the diverse ages of our group, the backyard pool / hot tub entertained us for hours each day with evenings dominated by game-playing gatherings around the dining room table. All parts of the home and devices worked with no issues or problems experienced that could have derailed the fun. Thanks for the opportunity to use the venue!

The house was spacious and clean. It was perfect for our group of 11! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was in good condition. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home for large family. A lot of sitting room inside and out. Great decor inside. Tall ceilings comfortable heat and AC. Landscaping in back was beautiful. Shady patio cover and midday sun at pool were enjoyed daily. Pool maintenance company came mid stay to keep water sparkling clean, due to wind there were some leaves and bugs but anyone who’s ever had a pool understands the need to skim. Secure back yard and kennel area for our dog was a huge plus for us. Dog door into bedroom and tiled floor living area made our stay with our dog great. Place was clean, had all of the amenities we needed. Dishes for inside and out, pool towels, patio furniture kept us outside most of the day. Close to shopping and dining, great nearby walking and hiking trails.

IF the pool was CLEAN and HEATED - maybe - probably And now that I reflect back it would have been much much better to have been provided "how to" instructions for use of the home. (how to turn on the hot tub, use the AC, fireplaces..where did you say the dog door was?..) More of the story: We had pre-paid for the pool to be heated and according to the on-site service tech Andy (who was STELLAR) there was a new owner and the new owner did not have the app to turn on the pool. We were promptly refunded the pool heating fee but we did choose this home for the pool and even if it had been heated it wasn't clean. We know how hard it can be to keep outdoor pools clean especailly with the recent windy storms but not to keep on about it but was uninviting. We had a issue with the fireplaces and Andy (who had come the day prior) came again and resolved the issue of the missing gas key and blocked hose. Thankfully Andy has superior customer service and technical expertise to resolve the issues.. The house was nice size and ADORABLE and clean. Beds were quite comfortable . The kitchen was well-appointed. The outdoor setting was awesome, plenty of pool and bath towels. Pool table was a nice touch. And Andy, thanks goodness for Andy.

Pros: House has a great layout, was very clean and well appointed. Super comfy living room great for relaxing. Pool table provided a fun indoor activity. Outdoor patio, grill and pool area are private and a nice space. Kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, etc for cooking in. Big windows facing the pool/patio make it easy to keep an eye on swimming kids. House is situated perfectly on lot for eastern morning sun and afternoon shade in living areas. Plenty of great restaurants in area and easy access to grocery store/shopping. Cons: Hot tub is not heated unless you pay to have entire pool heated too. This was not clear in the rental agreement nor listing, and was a big disappointment as we filtered out VRBO search to only homes with a hot tub and expected it to be hot. This should be made clear in the listing for future guests. We called the rental agency when we arrived and realized this, but they require 72 hours advanced notice to heat pool and could not help. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet, but backyard/pool/patio area is on busier street, so street noise was sometimes noticeable Overall - would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others
