Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is conveniently located in Watercolor. The grandkids enjoyed having the third floor as their space. (The pool table is a wreck.) Be aware the pictures shown were taken a long time ago. This house is well worn. Lots of stains on furniture and rugs. There is NO place to store groceries. The large cabinet shown is gone. I thought this would be used as a pantry. All of the door locks need to be addressed. The cleaning crew needs to step it up inside and outside. The screened in porches had not been cleaned in awhile. The rental company was easy to work with but if this house represents the condition of their rentals they need to invest some time and money.The comment that is listed as recently updated is very misleading. I'm guessing that comment refers to the coffee bar being added because nothing else has been updated.Sorry to say this rental is not one we would rent again.

The house is nice, has good space and we would have been very happy with it if the property management company had treated us better--they basically refused to give us any money back even though this property was much smaller than the one we rented. Renter beware of this management company!

Excellent location and neighborhood. House was great for small kids, but kitchen was a little too small for 12 people. Highly recommend Water Color area with family. We will definitely be back.

We had so much fun in Watercolor. This home fit our every need, especially the bunk room where the kids could play and hang out! We will come back.

The house was very nice and quite comfortable. The various outside spaces were a big bonus. There were both screened and unscreened porches and a great sun deck, all with nice furniture. The electric golf cart was indispensable in getting to the beach club and many restaurants. Unfortunately, the house had a few problems, the most significant being all the outdoor electrical outlets were dead so the golf cart died on 30A while we were driving back from Seaside. The cart was fully charged when we arrived and we plugged it in after every use so we thought it was being recharged. It's the first time we've used an electric vehicle. We had our 14 month old twin grandchildren with us at the time so it was definitely more than your average inconvenience. Other more minor issues included some of the TVs not working, dead batteries in several remotes and a broken lamp.

This house, on paper, is great. The location was good for us, and the layout of the home was perfect for our group. We had a few maintenance issues come up right before Christmas, which the manager addressed relatively quickly. I would say our biggest gripes were with the cleanliness of the home and the availability of *basic* necessities. Initially, the home seemed “clean enough”. However, we soon discovered all the stains on the sofa, dusty and dirty baseboards, a few broken blinds, light bulbs that were flickering, mismatched paint used for touch-ups, a stopped up tub, etc. Also, the house had NO food or food products. Most of the homes we have rented had at least coffee filters, or salt and pepper, etc…this one has none of that. And, the home was supplied with exactly 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. Obviously, we anticipated needing to replenish at some point but with a group of 12 in a 5 bedroom home, I would certainly have hoped we would have enough for more than the first 1/2 day. The communication with the property manager was good, and I think the issues we had would be very easily remedied to make this a 5 star home. But for our visit, for what we paid, we were just a bit disappointed.

It was very comfortable for our group and the attached bathrooms with every bedroom were a nice feature. We enjoyed the golf cart included with the rental. All communication was easily done via text message and with quick responses. We’d love to stay again!
