Very nice property in a nice neighborhood near the beach. You could bike or even walk to the beach but we drove most everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Enjoyed it. Property manager was responsive though we didn't have any significant issues. Thanks for sharing your home!

This was our second time staying in this beautiful home. We had an amazing time. The house is immaculate. Thomas, the property manager is so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to book our next vacation here. I highly recommend this home.

The house was exactly as discribed, everything was great...checkin and checkout were seamless . The pool and spa were awsome and we were close to everything we enjoy from Naples. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

The house was perfect for our family of four! It is quite modern and spacious, it had everything we needed. The absolute best part though is the outdoor space!! The pool and hot tub were amazing to have! The location is fabulous too-so fun to have bikes included with the rental! We would definitely recommend staying here!

The house and location was amazing. 1 mile from the beach and the owner provided bikes which was super helpful. The pool and hot tub were also great as my kids would swim after spending time on the beach. Overall wonderful vacation.

This is a great property for a family or group of adults to stay in. Luxurious feel to the home but yet very easy to get comfortable. Walk in showers in the multiple bathrooms make clean up after beach or pool time a breeze. Close to beaches and shopping or just to stay in and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Great outdoor grilling area with wide open sliding doors to extend your living space in and out. Beach bicycles and chairs are a great addition to the property. Planning for our next visit now!

We had an amazing 10 day stay. Upon arrival Thomas had a Christmas tree set up right next to the fire place, which I appreciated so much. The house was immaculate. The pool was clean and heated perfectly. The jacuzzi was heaven since we had a few cool nights. Location was great, near all the stores and restaurants you would ever need. The neighborhood was quiet and a great spot to go on our daily run/walks right past Vanderbuilt beach. We will 100 percent be staying here again and I highly recommend staying here.

Property is amazing, so close to the beach, great outdoor pool, spa and lounging area. A little disappointed in the cleanliness upon arrival but Thomas was very attentive to our needs and resolved things quickly. Overall 5 star property and plan to come back.

ANTS IN THE BED IS A REAL PROBLEM.
We planned months in advanced for our annual girls trip and was EXTREMELY disappointed with live ants in both of the twin beds crawling everywhere and in the bathroom closest to this guest room. I tried to resolve the matter with the property manager who became incredibly disrespectful. I’ve submitted photos and videos and even the unfortunate bites received with some scaring as a result.

My family (wife and 3 young kids) had an great visit to Naples and our stay here was icing on the cake. The house felt brand new and my kids loved spending our time at the house in the pool. Thomas was very responsive provided all the information we needed. We will definitely be planning another stay in the future.

Thomas was a fantastic host who was responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and perfect for a family with plenty of space for all. The pool/hot tub, garage with beach supplies, and huge kitchen made this a great spot for a family vacation!

I made an excellent choice for my reservation. Without a doubt, it is a wonderful house. With excellent conditions to spend a vacation. the beach is beautiful .. the pool is incredible my children loved it .. the kitchen in the patio is the best idea the owner of the property has ever had ..

We visiitrd Naples for a work meeting. This home was perfect. The home was clean, the neighborhood was pleasant, and the host was very thorough and responsive. The pool, hot tub and all other amenities that were advertised were everything we expected and more. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best compliments I can give to this property is that this is the second year we have stayed here and would do the same if we are down in the area again. The house is in great shape, the pool and outdoor area are excellent, and the communication with the property manager was great. Once again a great time for our family.

This place rocked! New and clean with all the bells and whistles and so much space. We wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the pool and spa! A short walk or very quick bike ride to the beach (4-5 min ride).

Everything you need and want the minute you walk through the door! Perfectly decorated inside with all the essential amenities and more! Backyard is amazing with the heated pool and hot tub and outside dining area! Views from inside the house to the pool are beautiful through the large sliding glass doors! Super close to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Awesome house! Better than the pictures!

This house was exactly as it appears in the listing and then some. The location is very close to the Vanderbilt beach and convenient to various stores and restaurants. The furnishings are like new and the beds are very comfortable. Thomas was extremely prompt in answering any questions. I’d definitely recommend this place to others!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in this beautiful vacation home. Had a couple of kinks along the way, but Tom was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Close enough to the beach to take the bike/beach cruisers to for the day. New property so very clean!
