Great place, nice size too! Right across the street from the beach. Definitely a noisy intersection right out side, but we brought a white noise machine and didn’t hear anything when we slept. Overall nice place, lots of space and great location.

We had a great time staying at The Wave! The space was much larger in person than the pictures made it appear. The view from the balcony was also much nicer than we expected. We could easily see waves breaking on the sand and dolphins swimming up and down the beach. The proximity to the beach (with a paved path) and also to the corner market was very nice to have. Despite being late September the pool was warm and we were able to swim. It was also always clean without leaving us smelling like strong chlorine or getting the inevitable burning eyes which is impressive. The space is on the side of the building along the main road but at least for us noise wasn't an issue -- however during peak season in July with more traffic I can see where it might. The only issues we encountered were that the door to the balcony from the main living area was unable to be locked - mechanism seemed broken. Also, and this is just a personal preference, but the bedrooms could benefit from some blackout curtains. The master bedroom has lights from the stores/traffic lights at night, plus direct sun first thing in the morning, and the other two bedrooms have a lot of light flooding in all night from the interior lights of the building. Also, the numbered parking space inside the garage was a tight squeeze so we opted to park outside in the second unnumbered space available to us. This isn't a problem of the building, we were just in a large truck - only mentioning as a heads up for anyone who may also be coming in a larger vehicle. We had a really great time at Sandbridge (as always) and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great location near stores and restaurants, beach was perfect for 18 month old grand kids.

Absolutely loved The Wave! We will for sure rent this condo again next year. I can’t think of anything I’d improve on. I would like to see the condo a little cleaner, such as the sofa bed was dirty. Other than that, everything was GREAT!

If you do not want to be in the middle of the Boardwalk, this is a great place to stay. The beach is beautiful as is the pool. The condo is big and very clean. Whiskey Kitchen is a yummy restaurant nearby!

The location is fantastic--right on the beach and at the very end of Sandbridge Road (the road leading to Sandbridge Beach). The unit is on the Sandbridge Road side, so you do get street noise--especially in the mornings. We did have a few things with which we had a problem--the door to the balcony would not lock, the water temp in the shower was way too hot (even when you turned it as cold as you could). I called and Vacasa, the management company, sent someone out to fix the problems. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I love Sandbridge and love staying at the Dunes, but this unit was filthy. We are not very picky people, but the lack of cleaning of this unit was an issue throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed dirt and crumbs all over the floor and carpet. We have small children so the first thing we had to do was vacuum and sweep the floors. Over the next 24 hours we found that the shower was moldy, there was a half eaten slice of pizza wedged between the refrigerator and the wall, the refrigerator was very dirty and needed cleaned out, and when we left we noticed that the sheets underneath the top sheet and comforter had stains all over them (looked like urine stains). The unit overall just needed a deep clean. Certain dishes were also visibly dirty (and not just a little bit). It looked like it maybe had been swept, vacuumed, and sheets changed in between visits all summer, without anyone actually going in to clean it. This wasn’t just dirty from the prior tenant, but I don’t think this unit has been fully cleaned in quite a while. We didn’t let it ruin our vacation and we had a great stay, but staying up until 1 AM on our first night there to clean the unit was not what we had planned, and it certainly not what we had paid for. Overall we were very disappointed with this unit and the lack of cleanliness, but we plan to come back to the Dunes to stay at another unit in the future.

We loved the proximity to the surf and ease of access. We loved having a restaurant/bar and market literally across the street! The living space was clean and comfortable! Bravo!
