Very relaxing home with fantastic location and extremely responsive host!

Lovely, comfortable riverfront home. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all needed cookware, utensils, and dishes, as well as cleaning supplies, paper products, etc. We greatly enjoyed the intercoastal waterway, backyard, and dock. As well as the bikes, kayaks, and fishing poles supplied. Great view from the sunroom as well as the upper deck outside the main bedroom. We had a really great time and enjoyed the house very much, it was very comfortable and plenty of space for the whole family. Sandi was a great host. Only item to note is there is a motion sensor in the back yard facing the dock, it was extremely bright and faced directly to the dock and was blinding. Since we visited the home in july the best time to spend extended time outside was once the sun went down,and the motion sensor made sitting in the backyard and on the dock less than ideal with the light shining directly, it was very bright. I reached out to Sandi concerning the light, and if we could turn it off, but she did not follow up concerning the ability to shut off. Sandi did tell me once we checked out that she had just had the light replaced so hopefully experiencing firsthand and she will understand my issue with this light. I can tell Sandi is an owner-operator, and takes great pride in this home and it shows. Thanks for the comfortable home!!!

We had an incredible time at this river-front property! Sandi is an awesome host and I can’t recommend this house enough! The scenery was great and the home so comfortable and cozy! It was also close enough to everything fun! The gift basket was such a sweet gesture and we will definitely be coming back soon!

Sandi is the consummate host! She is very responsive and answers questions quickly and thoroughly! Her home is clean and comfortable with a spacious master and kitchen! We love to cook so we ate in every meal but one! Her home is well located near golf course, restaurants and just a short hop to the beach! The river views we nothing short of stunning. We enjoyed some stormy weather and breathtaking sunrises and evening skies! I would definitely recommend this home but please make sure it’s available for our next visit! I loved everything about our stay!

We loved this beautiful property! The host left a beautiful gift basket with all kinds of goodies and the house had absolutely everything you could need. A wonderful time was had by all! Our favorite time was sitting by the river and chatting early in the morning and again in the evening! Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at this home. The reviews are very accurate as are the pictures. It was the perfect set up for us and quite frankly would rather stay here than on the beach. Only thing missing was another day to enjoy and explore!

We gathered for my mom's 90th birthday. Beautiful location on the water! Having 2 baths was great. Home was well stocked and appointed, we had a great time! Sandi was a great communicator and made everything easy!

One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at, hosted by an amazing host! We found the property extremely well thought out, throughly clean, and no stone was left unturned by our wonderful host to make our stay a fantastic experience! The home itself is in a wonderful riverfront community and provides amazing views day or night. Centrally located, we found everything we needed only a hop, skip or jump away. We found the host to be the best ever! She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our guests and provide us with every amenity possible to provide for a wonderful stay. Very prompt and polite, she ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. An absolute pleasure of a stay, we very much look forward to staying again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was perfect for our family and dog. The setting was absolutely perfect. Sandi the host was amazing. She was very accommodating and available for any questions. I would absolutely book this stay again!

We came down to visit with my 97 year old Grandma. The house was perfect for 6 of us plus one dog all to be comfortably together. We all especially enjoyed the waterfront views from the family room and out back. The host was awesome. She was very informative and responsive throughout booking and our stay.

Property is adorable! The house is incredibly well appointed, and perfectly accommodated my family of 4 plus a couple cousins. The layout allowed for us to be next to the kids in the upstairs master, while the cousins had the downstair to themselves. The hostess could not have been more communicative and accommodating, especially since we had a late arriving flight. This is one of those listings where the pictures are accurate and reflective of the property. Kitchen had everything we needed to actually make breakfast, lunch and dinner (which is a rarity these days). I would absolutely recommend this listing/host to anybody who is interested.

Such a wonderful location right on the river. This has been our best vacation rental home yet. Sandi was an awesome host who provided wonderful amenities. No stone was left unturned. We even had a welcome basket ready when we came into the home which included treats for our dog who stayed with us. We’ll definitely be back!

Took my teenage sons over to the coast for a boys weekend. We were really looking for somewhere on the water with a dock so we could just walk outside and fish or kayak or whatever....We also wanted a comfy place with updated Tv so we could enjoy the football games while in the house...,,Sandi was great, very welcoming, and a really wonderful host. She really wants to make sure you enjoy your stay.....We didn't have great weather so no kayaking, however we didn't mind fishing in the rain.....the first day we only caught a catfish but the second day we caught Redfish, Ladyfish, Mangrove Snapper, and a Flounder......So the fisherman out there you can catch fish from the dock, but it will take patience and good timing....Lots of nice places to eat nearby....the entire street is almost a park and there is a huge pier at the end of the street as you get into Ormand Beach with a bait shop......Beds were comfy, plenty of space in the house, patio looked nice but we couldn't really enjoy due to the rain and wind.......Everything you need is there.....We would come back. Stayed here for fishing trip and race with friends from across the country. Could not have been happier with property, location, atmosphere and owner. Would definitely recommend.

This home was perfect for our weekend stay for a golf tournament at LPGA. Sandi was a great communicator with check-in and our stay. She even left us a basket of goodies for our stay. Furniture was comfy and our entire stay was comfortable and easy!

The property and its location were perfect for our family get away. The home/kitchen had everything we needed (air fryer a real plus). Being able to bring our fur babies was just one other thing we were able to enjoy reducing the stress of leaving them behind.

This rental was perfectly located for our family. It has beautiful views and it was very family friendly. We had our two young children and two golden retrievers. Sandi was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to ensure my daughters birthday beach vacation was perfect from happy birthday balloons to making sure we knew just the right spots to go to in town. We took her recommendation to go to Blue Spring State Park and we got lucky enough to actually swim with the manatee’s- my daughters birthday wish came true! This was a vacation for the books! Thank you Sandi for helping make our vacation special!

The house is great and in a great location! The host of the property let us know of a few issues but honestly she made the trip so easy and convenient we didn’t even notice or care. The canoe’s were a great to use! There are also bikes if you want to go for a spin which I definitely recommend down the street is a nice little park! 10 minutes from the beach and stores and everything is very convenient to get to!

Sandi did a great job communicating; very quick to respond to any questions. The view of the river was lovely and there was a great outdoor sitting area. We would book again.

Cozy beach cottage with a ton of charm. Very well stocked and super clean. Sandi is the best host we've ever had.

We came in late in the day and while there was perfectly timed messages from the owner about the arrival logistics - and a fabulous gift basket (!) - it wasn't until the next morning until we realized just how lucky we were to have this place for a week. The river view is gorgeous, from wherever you look, but the deck just outside the master bedroom is the perfect place to sip coffee to watch the sunrise, then the birds, dolphins, and life. Spectacular! Favorite parts? Great upstairs bathroom, beautiful and very well stocked kitchen, fantastic host that was very responsive to all questions and needs, superb outdoor grill and accessories, sturdy kayaks (!!), lots of places to sit outside in the yard in the midst of wonderful and homelike trees/flowers/greenery, a sturdy and clean picnic table with unbrella, and then the dock. Perfect for fishing, with sitting areas - and power for charging phones and computers, making it the perfect office for those unfortunate enough to need it. The recent updates make the fact this is an older home hardly noticable, and even though there are plenty of seats and couches for a crowd to eat on, it would be a challenge to have a formal sit down dinner party inside the house - but then again, it's a vacation house on the river so do as we did and thoroughly enjoy cooking and eating outside! All in all, a definite 5. We wanted to stay another week but sadly it was already booked! We will return. Thank you!!
