Safe, quiet neighborhood. kitchen well equipped, nice TV and sound system in the living room.
Backyard patio was the hit of our stay. Very comfortable with plenty of room.

Pictures were very accurate and the house is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and all the amenities were great, no complaints at all.

We have stayed here as a family before and we will continue to make it a regular location for us. We came in for 9 days and had everything we needed, the kitchen is well stocked, the size of the home and layout is great with 3 kiddos and there are even to areas set up to spread out if someone wants down time to watch tv. The outdoor space is great, we spent every morning out there having coffee.

Dave is the best host I've encountered. He's very kind, quick when it comes to responding and accommodating. The home is beautiful and clean. The home has everything you could possibly need for a weekend stay. I will definitely be coming back!

This home was beautiful and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We especially loved how clean and comfortable it was. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was great and we had no issues or concerns at all. We would definitely stay here again!

We lived in Leawood for 26 years (left 11 years ago) and come back often. We were in town for a wedding with our 27-year old who was in the wedding. We have always struggled to find clean and comfortable accommodations in south KC and do not prefer hotels. David is an exceptional host and we had THE most relaxing weekend. The location is perfect and the house is clean, adorable, and quiet. They have thought of everything! The beds are super comfortable and the bedding is awesome (we are hotel snobs so this is a huge issue for us). Water pressure and temp perfect. My favorite towels and Costco shampoo and conditioner! We rarely travel and come home rested. This was a great weekend for us. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks David!!

David, thank you for the wonderful experience we had staying the weekend here!! We're all "senior gals" that were in 1st grade together (70 years ago), meeting up for a "reunion". None of us had ever been to a VRBO that had so many extras!...all the shampoos, conditioners, lotions, creams, q-tips, dental flossers...and the list goes on and on!! And the devices to charge our phones and tablets, etc. In almost every room...WOW!! The backyard experience was amazing with the patio, fire pit, and veranda with comfy sofas and chairs/rockers was sooo relaxing, and just what we needed! The communication with you was easy and you were so quick to respond. You are such a great host David, and I give you 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU AGAIN! And for anyone looking for a "Home away from Home", look no further. You won't be sorry!!

The house was great for a few days' stay on a family vacation over Spring Break. Provided a good venue for four generations to spend time together inside and out. No shortage of kitchen pots/pans/etc. and towels. The Hot Tub worked great. Great water pressure in the house. Very large TVs were a bonus. Owner communication was excellent. Thanks!

This house had everything we needed, from any spice you can think of to great pots and pans in any size. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully. The host could not have been more attentive to all our needs and questions. Even though the property is pet friendly there is no smell or sign of pet stains. The hot tub is big and comfortable. Of all the VRBO properties we have stayed at this house is in our top choice.

We enjoyed your home during our stay in Kansas City while we reconnected with family friends! The home was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful and comfortable to enjoy the great Fall weather. The property manager was very responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely stay again!

Our family (including our dog) gathered from across the country for a family wedding and the house was large enough for 5. The outside deck and seating area was well used. Everybody enjoyed their stay and felt very comfortable. The property is very clean with lots of amenities and my husband and I enjoyed having the primary bedroom away from the other bedrooms.

Back in KC for a nieces wedding. This was a great home that was recently remodeled with quality furnishings. Very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

We enjoyed day trips to places within 15-30 mins away and were still able to enjoy the home in the evening. Took several dips in the hot tub and took advantage of a full kitchen and nice dining room table. Beds were comfortable for all. Black out curtains were a nice feature. The host also had several regular household items you could use including k-cups, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and laundry available. The basement theater room didn't get much use. While we appreciated the option of bringing our pet, we didn't. We did feel like the basement smelled of pets but it didn't affect the other parts of the home. Lastly, we were grateful to the host and how he was able to quickly attend to our problem with the hot tub. Overall, would recommend.

We so much enjoyed our stay for the following reasons:
1) Home - clean and cutely decorated, very cozy, great layout for 2 families to have privacy while staying together, loved having the deck, grills and hot tub, kids enjoyed basement theater space with PlayStation, lots of towels and home items for use
2) Host - David was very responsive and friendly, we ran out of gas in grill and he was quick to accommodate, offered tips/recommendations for the area
3) Location - home is in a private area where we felt very safe, close to lots of things to do (groceries, restaurants, shopping, activities such as Top Golf and Dave and Busters)

We stayed in this house over the Christmas weekend while visiting near by family. The owner made the house so cute and cozy with holiday decorating and even a tree! We were all delighted. The living space was open and well done. The media room was super. The back yard is wonderful. I wish it had been warm and not minus 3 degrees. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was just what we needed. It was clean, well stocked, and had room for everyone. We spent most of our time out on the back deck under the covered gazebo enjoying the sounds of the cicadas. The kids were super happy to have their own space in the theater room-the couches and blankets were super comfy! Loved having the hot tub, and although we didn't use it, the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!

Was everything that we expected! Plenty on outside space to spend with the family and also inside. Great place for the family to gather and celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Was able to host a lunch and breakfast for her , everything we needed was provided for in the kitchen.

The online pictures make this property look much bigger than it actually is but we had a really nice family weekend with lots of giggle- fits, time to enjoy cooking together, sitting by the fire and using the hot tub. Home is very well stocked with paper products/coffee/bath items. Would recommend to others.

Exactly what I needed
Perfect for visiting family in the area. David was great with all communications. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The backyard was great and fully fenced- so great for my 2 dogs as well. I had to work while I was there and the wi fi was excellent. I would stay there again when in town.

This was a lovely house. The hot tub was amazing. I just wish we had had better weather so we could have utilized the backyard and deck. The house has every kitchen gadget and serving dish you could ask for. This is great, but there was no room to put our food away, so we had to leave everything on the crowded counters. There was also very little space in the bedrooms to put clothes away, so we had to live out of our suitcases. For a longer stay, this was a hassle.
All in all, this was a lovely house with a very responsive owner who answered all our questions and made sure that the walkway and driveway was cleared of snow for us.
