Great house and location! Very clean and not too far from many attractions. Only thing I didn’t realize you had to pay to use the pool until we got there (missed that). We would definitely go back

We take a vacation every year with our unusually large family ~ we have 7 kids ages 8-23. Our oldest is married and has our 1 year old granddaughter. We struggle finding a place that meets everyone's wants and needs with such a large age range, but this has been by far the best place yet! And we were totally impressed with how well stocked the house was~ pack n play, high chair, and had every pot/pan and utensil you could ever need! Thank you for blessing us with such great memories for our family!

It was a nice place to stay and was convenient to many places we went to.
The only issue was getting to the lake that was at the bottom of the neighborhood.

We had a blast staying for a few days near Big Boulder! Property was clean and well appointed and super close to Big Boulder for some snow tubing with the kids!

This is our second stay at this property. The home is lovely and there is plenty of room for a large group. The house was very clean and having towels and sheets provided was a nice touch! Krista was a pleasure to book with. There are alot of activities close by. We will absolutely stay again!

We were a group of 8 & we had plenty of room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all supplies. Plenty of towels. Very clean. Recommend this place community was very serene. Just lovely. Host was quick with responses & questions we had. Great place to stay.

This was our second time staying in this house and was just as great as the first time! Very clean and organized, the owner is very easy to communicate with. We had a great weekend all around! House is exactly as advertised.

Family Reunion
We loved the house, especially the Hot Tub.,Kidsl loved video machine . Well stocked kitchen, except needs kitchen scissors( yours was rusted), grill thermometer is broken, you could provide small portable one. It was nice to have extra towells, spices& enjoyed deck. Due to mud filled lake, we couldn’t kayak.,We would come back! Thanks again!

We loved our little getaway!
We were off season in the mountains so didn’t take full advantage of what the area offers but if you come in the winter you can see the ski slopes from the community entrance. The Lake is right there to enjoy for summer!!
Restaurants are a little way away, FYI the Boulder restaurant about a mile away- you need reservations. 🙄 even though literally no one was in there when we went in.
The kitchen had everything we needed plus.
The house is decorated cute with the bear theme and the hot tub was awesome. Everything was clean and worked. 😀 I loved the way the lock worked no need to pick up a key anywhere or lose. Our only issue was pulling straws to get the master bedroom. 🤣
This was a perfect hangout for three couples. ❤️

Perfect location with lots to do. The place was spotless and had all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back again.

Fantastic property in the Poconos
The house is beautifully appointed inside. We had all the utensils to cook our own meals. Christine was great at communicating with us. They also made sure that the sidewalks were properly salted which was extremely important during an ice storm. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of space for a large group (4 adults/3 kids) for everyone to have space and not feel cramped. The hot tub was a great addition, especially after a day of skiing. We will definitely book this property again.

Clean and cozy. Perfect spot for family and friends.
We spent a great New Years with family and friends at Rocks Ridge. The house is very cozy and clean, warm fireplace, kitchen was well equipped and nice to cook in and we loved that they offered linens and towels - one less thing to bring! The hot tub was amazing and the highlight of our trip. The area is a cul-de-sac with other houses nearby, Big boulder is just down the street.
Our host was very responsive and nice to work with.
No complains, can't wait to go back during summertime to enjoy the lake.
