Nicely situated overlooking Lanai and Molokai…very well stocked with utensils and various other necessary items. Very clean and well maintained…the management was very helpful. This would be a great location during the whale season.

Loved this condo. The view is absolutely incredible. All the amenities you need for making your own food. The location is great. There is no walkable beach out front but there is a walkable beach within a 5 minutes. However, there is multiple better beaches within a 5 minute drive.

Great condo- spacious, comphy beds and well stocked with amenities! Fantastic views of the ocean! Common areas of the property- pool, BBQ etc are well maintained. Would definitely return!

The location is perfect. Close to Kapalua, DT Flemming and Kaanapali beach. The views are incredible, you can see and hear the humpback whales hitting their tales from your deck. The property is well maintained, BBQ and pool area were great. Highly recommend the pizza from Dollies pub. The condo was clean and well stocked with cutlery, dishes, paper towels, and laundry soap. There is no air conditioning but the cross breeze and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck which had plenty of furniture and tables. The bedroom with two beds is a bit noisy since it faces the road, just something to consider if you're a light sleeper. I would definitely stay here again.

The positives: Great location, view and property amenities. We appreciated that the entire property, even outdoors at the pool, is non-smoking and parking was easy. The condo was comfortable, generally clean and well stocked with essential supplies and beach equipment. We appreciated having laundry facilities within the unit.
The negatives: Some of the condo furnishings are in need of some TLC beyond normal cleaning between stays. The sliding doors and shutters are very difficult to slide and some of the cooking utensils need to be replaced.

Loved sunset dinners on the deck, watching turtles on the breakwall, swimming in the pool and the proximity to downtown Lahaina! Great spot to be!

Spent a week with my 3 adult kids and it was perfect for us. We lived on the lanai in the morning and evenings. Can’t beat the view for sunset. The carpets in the rooms could be updated/removed to match rest of the place. There is no air conditioning but with the fans we were good. Overall a great place to stay and I would come back.

First of all, the view is GREAT. This unit has great view. If you need a great view over anything else, then this unit is great. Please note that this condo doesn't have AC, so it can get hot sometimes. Make sure you put their into consideration if you know what it's like to live without AC but only the ocean breeze. The unit itself can use some improvements, though. The carpet is in distress, everything else is pretty old, too. If you are not very picky and just want to wake up to a great view, then leave the condo for most of the day, then it's not an issue. The unit is pretty clean, and has most of the stuff you will need.

We were closer to the water than expected. Listening to the crashing of the waves was wonderful. View were spectatcular. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Thank you for sharing this condo with us.

The condo at Hololani A502 was great. It was clean everything in working order and a great view of the ocean with a 3-4 minute walk to the beach . It also is about 10 minutes driving from the lahaina harbor and whalers. Village. One of the ceiling fans only worked on low speed but there were multiple box and pedestal fans that helped circulate the air. Also we just left the screen door open on the back porch and enjoyed the fresh ocean breeze and waves crashing on the shore. My family and I will be staying here again when we come back to Maui!!!

Nice clean place. Great sunset view from the lanai! Only complaint, NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! This listing did not mention that it did not have A/C!

Condo has stunning views.. Beautiful sunsets! Wondeful location in between Napili and Kaanapali.. Could use a few updates but would stay again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The lanai sits directly on a wide view of the ocean, sea turtles, the beautiful sunsets and two islands We heard there are lots of whales breaching out of the water and hanging around in general right in front of this unit during whale season. Plus, a mother and baby dolphin came to visit while we were there A reef sits in front of the resort for snorkeling. We hope to return soon.

Lovely View - Poor Upkeep
We stayed here for one week with another couple. The view is lovely and we enjoyed watching whales, dolphins, and turtles from the balcony. The unit itself was in poor repair. The carpets are badly soiled as are the cushions on the dining chairs. The shutters in both bedrooms are off the tracks and impossible to adjust. Our friend had one of the shutters fall on his head. What would be considered the primary bedroom (ocean facing) does not have an ensuite bathroom so there is a lack of privacy. I would recommend staying at this resort as the location and pool area are great. I just would not stay at this unit.

Stunning Views
Our family of 4 enjoyed this condo very much. It’s in a great location away from crowds of resorts but a quick and easy drive. Whale watching on the deck every morning was incredible. We would stay here again for sure,
