I cannot say enough about this beautiful property, amazing property manager and welcoming owners. We had a large group of young adult kids, parents and grandparents. We all had a wonderful time hanging out and bonding as a family, especially on the large covered porch. The house was perfect in every way, well stocked and a great location! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Each summer my family of 4 children and their spouses, and 14 grandchildren try and spend several days together at a lake house. This was our first stay at Grand Lake in Oklahoma. This huge, remodeled, modern house was perfect for our needs!! Loads of parking , covered for two vehicles. Two huge primary bedrooms and bathrooms. Great bunk room, and two additional bedrooms, 1 with private batch. Great laundry room. All remodeled, and top tier! Kitchen so well equipped with anything you might need. Second fridge is perfect for big group. Massive deck, swim spa , patio and fire pit from walkout lower level. Very quiet cove is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. Nice dock for swimming and sunbathing, no shade for second half of day. Super helpful and responsive house manager Helen made sure everything was as it should be! We would go back again!

We loved it and had a wonderful visit

We absolutely loved this place. The house was just as it looked online. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the kitchen and on the deck. It has so many great places on the property to spend time. We were very impressed with everything and appreciated the welcome basket! Highly recommend!!

My family ages 20-76 had a great stay! The home is gorgeous and Michal and Helen went out of their way to ensure that we had the best stay possible. Thanks guys! The house has lovely views of the water and is close to restaurants, bars etc. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the Grand Lake area!

It was the space we were expecting and required for our group of nine.

One word, simply - Fabulous! From the well-appointed house amenities to the attentiveness of the owner, Michal, & property manager, Helen, this spacious house is triple AAA+! We gave the misters on the deck a workout in the 100 degree heat and they were a lifesaver! Love the close proximity of the dock to the house and deck. Our family of 10 ranges in age from 3 months to 85 years and the house was accommodating to all. We rented a pontoon boat from Duck Creek Boat Club & anchored in a cove for the day and that was a fun excursion. Can't imagine staying anywhere else next time we come back!

What a wonderful week we had at Grand Lake! We're former Lake of the Ozarks property owners and this was our first time vacationing with family at any other lake. Grand Lake is so much calmer, quieter and cleaner. We rarely saw boats on the water. The Lindbloms have a beautiful home with plenty of room for our eight adults and seven children. Don't bother bringing paper goods, cleaning products or cooking essentials (spices, oils, coffee, etc.). It's all there. Our grandchildren played more with the toys that were provided than the ones they brought from home. Bonus points for the game room! In short, this is a beautiful, comfortable home with many more amenities than most rentals. We spent hours on the huge upper deck, and were never hot with the misting fans going. The anglers in our group caught multiple bass and catfish right off the dock and the kids spent hours swimming and kayaking. There's only one improvement I would recommend for the property and that's to somehow close the gap between the deck and the large hot tub. There's a 6-8 inch space and when the decking is wet, it's easy to slip down into that gap, which happened to our daughter-in-law. Luckily just some leg bruising, but more serious injury is possible. We weren't ready to cone home but never fear...we'll be back! Before we finished unpacking we booked another week at Noje for July 2023!

This property was absolutely amazing. We had high expectations based off of the location and pictures, but it well exceeded those. Would love to stay again. Helen, the property manager, was also one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met. She brought us wine and a gift basket. Over and above! I could go on and on… but long story short, Stay here!

Beautiful newly renovated lake home! We were impressed from the moment we arrived. Just bring your clothes house is stocked with every amenity you can think of. House is absolutely beautiful, clean and the views are amazing!

This property was stunning. The pictures don't do it justice. Every finish and every detail in design was so well done. The house was clean, had very comfortable furnishings, both in aesthetic and actual physical comfort (the beds were great!), and had an excellent layout for a large group of people to not feel overcrowded. The upper deck patio was fantastic. There was plenty of room for our large group of 15 to easily be together. And the views off the deck were top notch. The included ameneties made it easy to love this rental- costco sized soap, shampoo, and conditioner in every bathroom, a fully (and I truly mean FULLY) stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and every small appliance you would likely need, including a crock pot, instant pot, and ninja blender. There were many condiments in the fridge to use, and a very nice supply of most all spice/pantry staples. The kitchen also has TWO dishwashers, which makes so much sense if it's a house that can fit 15 people. There was a big bin of toys for smaller children, and many picture books. TVs and Alexa's in every bedroom, great wifi, and even a bidet in the master made this home technologically advanced. They had a large cabinet of life jackets and an assortment of kayaks and paddle boards that were a house favorite. The property manager, Helen, was very quick to help with small questions we had. The location was very nice, the design was superb, and the view was simply beautiful.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfection from the location of the home, the activities and amenities, the property manager Helen and the owners. Helen coordinated grocery shopping/delivery and catering for our large group. This is the most well stocked property we have stayed at. The home is beautifully remodeled and had plenty of space for 7 adults and 7 kids. We are looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

I hesitate to say to much the secret may get out.....wonderful place, beautiful setting, great location, owners have done a very incredible remodel. We watched two trophy bass being caught right off of the dock during recent Bass tournament. The contestant even tossed me on of his favorite lures!

Had a fabulous weekend celebrating 7 amazing moms! We loved the layout, the king beds, the deck and hot tub, and attention to detail. This house was perfect…we can’t wait to return!

A group of friends planned a weekend getaway and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. This house had everything we needed and then some. The views and artwork throughout the house are absolutely incredible. This was hands down the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed at and very thankful for the Lindblom family for sharing it with us.

The house is amazing, and what it even more amazing was the host, Helen. She gave a fantastic tour of the property, spent extra time to make sure we were comfortable. It was a first class experience. We arrived and were greeted by Helen, the wonderful property manager. She showed us around and was very helpful in pointing out all the nice extras that the home had to offer. The lake house had absolutely everything you could ask for and then some! The home was very clean and very well decorated throughout. The large patio deck had overhead heaters that even on cold days we were still able to sit around with family and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake. The swim spa was a huge hit as well! This home is perfect year round as their were plenty of fun games for the kiddos to enjoy while inside. We can’t wait to book again during the summer time to enjoy again!!
