Great stay. Very easy to find and check in, very safe property off the road with little traffic and as it's a small neighborhood all the traffic is slow. Took 3 young kids (3,3,8) and they loved it. The chalet is warm and cozy, two lower bedrooms and the loft which can sleep 3-4. the kids loved sleeping in the loft. There were plenty of heaters and a gas stove so the chalet gets nice and warm. The screen porch was great with the hot tub and the kids were in it multiple times a day. The neighborhood is quiet dirt roads and we'd take the kids cycling down to the beach area and had fires out in the fire pit in the yard. It's only 15 minutes from Fryeburg or 25 from North Conway which has basically anything you could need. Just up the road you have Hurricane Mountain Road and access to Black Cap/North Kearsarge and to the North Evan's Notch and all the peaks in that area. The wifi is slightly slow but didn't really impact the stay, the kids could watch what they want, we could work, it was just slightly slower than what we were used to. Certainly keen to go back. It felt very homely and we could relax and let the kids relax too.

My husband and I wanted a weekend away with friends to relax and have some fun. The chalet was great! Vey clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed! We would love to go back in warmer weather and enjoy the outside a little more! The 3 season porch and hot tub really makes the space feel bigger. We very much enjoyed our stay! You won’t be disappointed if your looking for a quaint getaway!

Place was great and had a great time! Loved how close we were to North Conway while having the feel of being very remote.

We had a great time during our stay. Not a far ride to North Conway. The property was a good size, lake access right down the street with beautiful views. The hot tub, fire pit & screened in seating area were enjoyable. The house does get very hot during the day but mostly cools down at night & during the early morning. Additional fans are needed otherwise.

This is a sweet, comfortable house. Close to North Conway. Enjoyed the hot tub. Although it’s mentioned in the listing that the internet service is very limited I don’t think I realized how much I wanted that. Nevertheless we had a good time.

My girls and I needed a weekend away with a hot tub on site. We wanted to drink wine, hot tub, read our books and relax with no agenda. We LOVED that the wifi wasn't decent as it forced us off our mobiles and into a time before phones. The house had everything we needed! Perfect location near the lake but near Conway for shopping and restaurants. We will absolutely be back with the whole gang again but this time bring more DVDS!

Great place to stay & relax. Felt like I was @ my own house. Absolutely did nothing.
