This apartment is in a great location to explore Athens. It’s in walking distance to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. We stayed here on the first leg of our Greek vacation, and it was a great start! Communication with the host was wonderful. The driver they coordinated for us was our favorite the entire trip. The host explained everything about the property when we got there. There was an elevator which was helpful for luggage. Try the bar right downstairs and next door - the owner was really nice!

The ease of checking in and the top notch customer service was wonderful. The location was perfect and apartment immaculate. We are a family of 5 so the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms much appreciated! Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to Athens and be in close proximity to all of the sites.

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would. From the communication of the property manager from the beginning of the reservation all the way through checkout, the property owner (Billl & John Development) were exceptional (particularly George) in every aspect of a rental reservation. And the property is perfect. It is on a quiet street, but it situated within easy walking distance to the Acropolis, but also super close to lots of restaurants. And the apartment itself is great. It is spacious, with three well-appointed bedrooms and a family room that invites the family to spend time together during downtime. It could not have been a better experience and I have absolutely no issue in giving this property and property manager the highest endorsement.

We stayed at the apartment on Nikki Street for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Alex was a huge help with our luggage when our flight time got changed to arrive at 8:30 a.m. This was a big help. Then he delivered our luggage to the apartment and gave us a tour. The building has a small elevator which was helpful since one of our party had some mobility issues. The apartment is just as pictured and is very close to Plaka and Monostaraki. Nikki street has a few tavernas and markets too. Great experience - thank you!!

Great place and beautiful

We booked this for our family Easter holiday. 4 adults and two children under 10. The 3 bedrooms each with en-suite were exactly what we were looking for a the large kitchen/diner/living open plan was very handy when we were there. The location is superb, 10-15 mins walk to all the major tourist attraction. We certainly took advantage. Alex (the tall one) was our property manager and he was excellent. Always checking in, offering advice, and arranged a private tour to Meteora for us. Costas, our driver, was excellent, very helpful, professional and polite. Highly recommend a day trip to Meteora if your visiting for more than. 4 days., The property itself was clean, kitchen was a good size and had all the requirements and some. Balcony was a nice addition. We throughly enjoyed staying here. Highly recommended not just for the quality of the property but the service provided by the team at Bill & John. They were essential our private concierge! Thank you Bill & John for an excellent stay and we look forward to staying with you again in the future.
