This house was the perfect base for a short busy weekend in Tulsa. There was enough room for my husband and I as well as our 4 children ranging in age from 8-18. Comfortable clean beds, and all the linens we needed. Kitchen was functional, and bathroom was small,but

My stay was for business and the location was excellent for working at the Expo Center.

The location is ideal for anyone who has an event at the Expo Center. The owner was always available by phone for any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels, linens, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

All was well for our stay. A very convenient location
We were VERY surprised that there was an unfenced garden as well as chickens also loose in the yard
and it was advertised as dog friendly. It was a challenge to keep the dogs out of the garden and away from the chickens. A simple fence around the garden area would be very helpful

First, let me say, i began by making a silly mistake not being able to figure out the lock, and they came across town immediately to help! Communication was instant and top notch. The house was adorable and had so much character. The decor was beautiful, and i loved the nice touches of books and games to entertain the kids and myself. They even let us stay late to be able to celebrate Easter morning. If i could give ten stars, i would! This is by far and away, our best experience renting a place on VRBO! Thanks Kaylee!

This is a cute home just across from the fairgrounds. It has a pretty large front yard and a small fenced backyard and is quite roomy inside with a kitchen and dining room and living room. I wanted a safe comfortable place to stay for a dog event, and this checked every box. I recommend this and would book again based on the comfort and convenience this cute well decorated home offers.

Stayed this last week for the chili bowl and I have to say this is the only place I will stay if and when I come back. The location can’t be beat as it’s only a block away. The host Kristee was amazing and super easy to deal with. Very nice woman and any needs are addressed right away. Her communication throughout the process is also on point. I would recommend her to anyone and wel I said I wasn’t going back but I’m going back lol

The property was very clean and it was an awesome location for all the Christmas lights and activities! The owner was clear with communication and we had everything that we needed.

My son, friend, and mother came for a horse show at the Expo. The owner was very good at communication. There was a problem with plumbing prior to our arrival that was not fixed until after the four pm check in(but still before we arrived) of which she was very communicative and concerned for which she left us a nice surprise in the property as compensation. The house was very clean and as described. Great location

Graduation trip
This was a great place to stay for TU graduation. The pond out front was pretty and the frogs kept me entertained in the evening with their singing.

Perfect For Our Family
We were in Tulsa 3 days for our daughters graduation. We really enjoyed the house and it was just what we needed! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Midtown Location!
If you need a place to spread out with family this is the place. Super close to everything, roomy, clean and comfy. Bring you bath soap and pillows! Beds are not the greatest but for a weekend will do!

Very comfortable place to stay
We had a great time and stay. The place made us feel quite comfortable like we were at home. The kitchen was well stocked. Suggest having more bathroom linens: towel, hand towels, wash clothes. We took a pet and the home was set up great her, including a doggy door. There is only one bathroom available. The second bathroom is off limits due to a tennant living in a small studio apartment attached to the house.
Overall we had a great time and would book it again when going to Tulsa.

Great location for Expo SageNet Center
Property owner is great to work with and the location of the house is great for tending events at the Tulsa Expo center! It is definitely walking distance. Would definitely recommend for location and price!

Loved the home & location
Perfect cozy home for myself, my husband, and our 3 boys. We enjoyed being near fun shops and great restaurants. The home met all our needs and the owner was easy to communicate with. 👌

Cute, homey, and spacious. I just can’t say enough! The neighborhood was quiet and the perfect location. Kristee was the best host! And we will absolutely use her and this rental again for future family trips.

Gem close to expo
We love this property, it’s our 5th time I believe renting it.. proximity to the expo is fabulous. New owners went above and beyond for us this stay- we so appreciate. Always clean and comfy!
