Pictures are accurate. Clean home which slept 5 guys comfortably. Everyone had their own bed. The intersection gets busy especially when the bridge opens. We would stay again.

The townhouse is nice and a few minutes walk to the beach. Amenities for the beach include chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to pull it all. We had a great time!

Spacious. I liked being able to walk to the beach and some restaurants. Quite noisy being on the corner of two main roads.

We checked in on Sunday at 4:00. It took us three tries to get the code for the door. House was perfect for us until Tuesday when there was water flowing down through the ceiling lights, across the ceiling, flooding on the third floor. This started about 10:00 pm. I called to report this emergency. The gentleman that took the call, told me had to complete maintenance request report. I explained to him this was not just a regular maintenance call this was an emergency call due to the water traveling across the ceiling and down wall by light switch. He told me it could take 2 to 3 hours before anyone could get there. Finally, Berns, very very nice maintenance man came checked it out and stated water pipes had to have burst. He said we shouldn’t stay there so I contacted the relocation department where I spoke to Amy. She was not very caring about our issue. She found a house that we could have gone to that night (now it is getting closer to midnight). So Bern’s went to look at the new property said he would be back in 15-20 minutes. Shortly after he left, Amy called back and said that property was not available due to legation with owner and city. Berns did not get back for about 45 minutes and apologized it took so long as he was cleaning it for us. Big communication issue as he was not aware or told it wasn’t available. Then Amy told me we would have to go to a hotel fir the night till a house was located. This is now around 1:15am. Keep

We had a broker garage door for 4 out of 5 days. Had lots of texts saying they got the message but it was never fixed. Vacasa was involved so not sure who really "owned" the issue but regardless it was not fixed.

This condo is really nice for a group of 6. Plenty of bathrooms and space. There are, however, a ton of stairs that are pretty dangerous. They should put some sort of traction on them because they are super steep.
They provide a ton of beach stuff (wagon, towels, toys, chairs, bikes) which is amazing.
There’s only one major con and it’s the location. There is not even a convenient store or gas station within reasonable walking distance. There aren’t many bars or restaurants either. There are a few hotel restaurants but nothing of quality.
I wouldn’t stay here again simply due to the area but the condo itself was great. A family who has a car and plans on cooking in would love it.

Gorgeous property. The dryer was broke the entire time even though we let them know on the first day. I think it was a robot responding to the texts. And though it was fabulous that they left us paper plates, we would’ve rather had toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.

The condo was nice with good amenities. It has a lot of stairs which aren’t spelled out in the review. It has great ocean access, but on a very busy traffic corner. Pool was heated and hot tub was good. We didn’t use the gym or sauna. This part of the beach is known for kite surfers and we watched them on most afternoons. There isn’t much else in this area, but it’s near to other attractions. Property manager was terrible. We never got the refrigerator fixed and our keypad stopped working and it took them 27 hours to send us a new one. The keypad was hard to use the entire stay. Staff also accessed our garage twice without our knowledge. We are not happy about that! We didn’t feel safe about leaving our things in the condo because the door from the garage to the condo doesn’t lock when we are not there. That needs to be addressed by someone, but we didn’t know who to complain to.

We loved the clean, beautiful and spacious home, it was very accommodating for 6 adults and allowed for privacy if needed. Very close to the beach! We did not use the kitchen but it was equipped with everything needed for a home cooked meal. Would love to stay here again.

Hidden Gem!
Stayed for a long weekend and couldn't have been more impressed with this property! Very clean upon arrival. Unit is just as pictured, however, sofa in family room has been replaced with a new gray one. It is very comfortable and fits in well with the overall decor. We did not make any full meals, however, the kitchen has whatever you would need. Very spacious property and was well stocked with plenty of amenities (bath towels, beach/pool towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.). If you are headed to the beach, they have a nice set of beach chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, toys - everything you need! We had rented a mini van and it fit with plenty of room in garage. You can't go wrong with this property and now I'm trying to come up with a reason to go back! :)

It is across the street from beach. If steps are a problem this is not the place for you. Only bad thing was the street was noisy with traffic and trucks starting at 730AM. I called about a couple things and they said I would get a call back when they were coming over but that never happened. There is no beach umbrella there as advertised. There were beach chairs and bikes.

They texted a response right away but never sent anyone to repair it. We had two sleepless nights as a results.

Location location location! This home has it all. We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kid and the home was just perfect for us. It's literally across the street from the beach and the home had beach chairs and a cart available for use. There were even 4 bikes in the garage for us to use! They updated the furniture so there is actually a brand new comfy grey sectional instead of the white leather sofa you see in the photos. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths in all of the bathrooms and they even provided detergent for the washing machine and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. This came in handy since when traveling with young kids there is little time to buy the additional essential necessities. We will definitely return to this home!
