Beautiful unit with a spectacular view. Location to Fajardo and Luquillo could not have been more perfect. Kitchen and bathrooms adequately stocked with supplies. Easy parking and unit access with no stairs. AC units in all rooms were 100%. Patio would really be spectacular and more usable if it had some lounging furniture.

We checked in and first thing we saw was the spectacular view. The place is clean, big, with all the ammenities you need. Pools are beautiful. Lots of restaurants and activities are nearby. We will definitely return to this place when we go to PR.

Property was great. Exactly like the pictures. Felt safe and comfortable. We loved the view of the ocean. It was quiet season for us (January) exactly what I wanted.

We spent three nights at Ana's condo in Las Casitas over the holidays. It's a terrific three-bedroom home with updated furnishings. It's very comfortable for two families and has a *spectacular* view out over the ocean. You have access to some lovely pools, including an infinity pool, and the grounds of Las Casitas are equally lovely, e.g., for jogging or walking around. Note that you do not have access to the El Conquistador hotel that's adjacent to the property. Of note, Ana is very communicative, cool and easy going. I highly recommend her condo for a stay in the Fajardo area.

Casita Azul was heavenly. The view is magnificent, the condo was perfect for us, clean, spacious, beds comfortable, beautiful decorating aesthetic and terrific location for all activities and restaurants. Ana was very attentive to any questions or needs that we had.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. The views surpass anything you can imagine, the home is very tastefully well-appointed with most everything you need in the kitchen, nice linens and towels and other thoughtful touches like a sun hat laid out and waiting. The bedrooms are large and controlled by their own AC. The grounds of the property are gorgeous. This property was particularly great as it allowed easy access to the car via a ramp - which my father with his walker appreciated. The owner was fast to respond and always helpful. We were here celebrating my father’s 80th birthday and it could not have been any better. Highly recommended.

This property was top notch - five star and nothing less! Condo was extremely clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful visit. Incredible views and very close to infinity pool area. A very short drive for excursions and restaurants. Ralph’s Grocery is a short drive with a great selection and friendly bilingual service. Can’t wait to book my next stay!

Beautiful villa, very comfortable for my family. Views were second to none. There’s a nice infinity pool on the property as well as a larger regular pool. Location was near rain forest and docks for several excursions to nearby islands and bio bay. The host, Ana, was great communicating and offered great activities suggestions for the family.

Casita Azul was a wonderful property and Ana was a very helpful host. The view from the villa was one of the most stunning we have ever seen. Although convenient to many excursions, it was difficult to leave! We just wanted to take in the view on the balcony all day! The villa was well-appointed and clean. The pools and property were well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

The online pictures of this property are beautiful! But as soon as you arrive on site your breath will be taken away! This is the MOST BEAUTIFUL property and the landscaping and views of the ocean are AMAZING! The home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The location is close to excursions and dining and we had a great time learning about this beautiful island. I can go on and on. We've used VRBO for several of our vacation homes and I have been pleased with each location. THIS location is my FAVORITE! Ms. Ana was amazing through the booking process up until we departed. She made sure we were enjoying ourselves through our stay and provoded us with all of the accommodations of a luxury vacation!!! Thank you! We will never forget this beautiful experience in paradise!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Ana is a wonderful host. She made checkin and checkout contactless and a piece of cake, even when we arrived on the middle of the night. The location of her casita couldn’t be better, next to a lovely poolside restaurant and an infinity pool and hot tubs. The casita was clean and as described. It was stocked with shampoo conditioner and body wash in all three baths as well as toilet paper and paper towel, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, some basic spices, etc. Beach towels in addition to bath towels were provided. Ana was happy to answer questions. Tennis was free and didn’t require an apt. This place worked great for our family of four although it could sleep many more. If I had to find one thing to complain about, I would say that the wifi is not great, which can make watching the smart TVs challenging at times but this was minor compared to all the pros of the place. Would definitely return.

Casita Azul was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. We have two boys, 12 and 13 and Ana's property setup was ideal as far as sleeping/eating and Location! The property itself is located in the beautiful El Conquistador Casistas, adjacent to the resort. It is well manicured and the pools were very nice. The view from Casita Azul is second to none. Bring your binoculars to follow the boats and wildlife! We ate breakfast out on the patio everyday and was great to cook a few meals in the kitchen. The location was perfect for our adventurous family - 10 minutes from our Bio Bay Kayak, 10 minutes from our snorkel tour wharf, 20 min from Liquillo beach and 45 minutes to our Canyoning trip on the south side of El Yunque. Minutes to restaurants to grocery stores to boot! Book now!

We feel extra fortunate to have stayed at Ana's Villa as we flew during the Southwest Snowstorm SNAFU over the Christmas holidays. We were one of the lucky few people who made it out of BWI on the 25th, although we ended up flying almost 9 hours after we were originally scheduled. Imagine our delight to come to the villa and find a welcoming and beautiful space after a long and stressful travel day. Ana had even kindly stocked the kitchen with some basic essentials as we knew that most stores would be closed on Christmas Day. The spaces in the condo are well-appointed and comfortable. The master bedroom has beautiful ocean views as does the main living area. Our three teenage children appreciated having their own space as well (our daughter had a bedroom/bathroom to herself and our twin sons shared a room and each had a large bed to themselves and their own bathroom as well). The grounds are beautiful and we were most appreciative of the three pools available to her guests (remember it was 10 degrees when we left Baltimore and a lovely 75 in Puerto Rico). Looking forward to coming back!

What a wonderful stay! The views were incredible and the property was adorable! Disappointed the jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi, but other than that, what a great stay! Highly recommend!

Our stay at casita azul, was nothing short of great. To start with the host Ana, she was phenomenal. She provided detailed info for all of: The check in process, how to work everything in the home, a list restaurants/activities/amenities in the area. Ana also responded basically immediately any time we messaged her. This was quite appreciated. Ana is by far and away the best host I've had with a VRBO rental. The home itself is amazing. The view off the balcony is absolutely beautiful which still doesn't describe in words how nice it is. We absolutely loved that each bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom. That is an awesome feature. The tubs are very deep, for those who like to soak in the bath. The beds were quite comfortable. The appliances/tv's etc were all nice and modern. We only used one pool, the closest one. It was very nice and well maintained with a bathroom on the premises. Thanks again to Ana, for opening up her amazing home to us. We had an incredible time, and would thoroughly enjoy coming back soon.

The views were so stunning, we are still thinking about our time there. The people taking care of the grounds and providing security for the community were very helpful and the host was quick to respond to any questions. We just loved it and hope to return soon!

Standing on the covered patio overlooking the Caribbean, I knew I had made a good choice for our family vacation. The shade combines with a constant ocean breeze to keep you comfortable, even on hot summer days. There is a perfect view of Icacos island and Palomina islan, with Culebra and Viequest visisble in the distance. The condo has one very large master suite that connects to the patio, and two other bedrooms. The kitchen is ok for vacation use, although the placement of the dishwasher next to the sink makes it a little difficult to load dishes. There was a nice collection of kitchenware, as well as some essentials in the cabinets like spices and cooking oil. There were even some cold drinks in the fridge when we arrived. There are four separate thermostats. We did have an issue with A/C not working in one room, but Ana was very responsive and arranged for it to be repaired while we were there. WiFi was functional, although inconsistent. Sometimes it was fine for streaming video and gettig work done, other times we needed to do a mobile hotspot to get internet access. Master bathroom is beautiful and large with a great walk-in shower. Some toilets had issues with water running unless you jiggled the handle. The location and property grounds are stunning - it's situated on a high cliff overlooking the Caribbean. The drive up to the unit takes you through the beautiful El Conquistador golf course. There are numerous nearby activities. Some of the things we did during our 5 day stay were: * Sailboat / snorkeling trip (15 minute drive) * Horseback riding to the beach from Carabali Entertainment (30 minute drive) * Rainforest hike and river adventures (25 minute drive) * 18 holes of golf at El Conquistador golf course (3 minute walk) * Luquillo beach and restaurants (25 minute drive) * Walking / exploring Old San Juan (50 minute drive each way, or do on the way in/out from the airport) * Bioluminescent kayak trip and dinner in Las Croabas village (8 minute drive) * Brunch on the beautiful patio, with sweet bread and pastries from Monte Brisas bakery and grocery stores in Fajardo (10 minute drive to grocery) Working with Ana was great; she replied promptly to any concerns or questions that I had, and followed up to make sure that everything was taken care of. We greatly enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to stay in the exact same unit again on our next trip!

This is a perfect place for our family vacation—we'll definitely be coming back. The ocean view from the balcony and the living room window made our stay. The island had a major power outage the night we arrived and remained out for two days, but the natural light and breeze made the circumstances much easier and Ana was very communicative and accommodating. The kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfy, and the place was spotless. Staying in Fajardo was more convenient for us than being in San Juan since it was a short drive to Seven Seas and Luquillo beaches, El Yunque National Forest, the Laguna Grande bio bay, and the ferry to Culebra island. Staying here was a highlight of our trip.

This Villa is everything it shows! Just beautiful inside and out. It has been fully updated with a Spanish flare to it - I loved the Spanish tile used to keep with the environment. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with ample closets and dressers. The beds are amazing! The mattresses are perfect and so are the bedding and pillows. We all slept very comfortably. There is a hair dryer provided. There are towels for bathing, but pretty limited - we had 6 people staying. There are no pool or beach towels provided which are definitely needed. Also there are no beach chairs. We were pleasantly surprised to have a washer and dryer in our Villa! The views out the windows in the family room and from the balcony are unbelievable and worth every penny! You can see lots of sailboats and plenty of little islands. There are 3 pools that we had access to on the property and quite often we were the only ones using them. They were amazing! The one pool that is closest and is an infinity pool and we were not allowed access to it. There is a small outdoor restaurant on the veranda nearby that had tapas and drinks. As stated there is no access to the resorts amenities and restaurants. The resort access is definitely not needed tho, the Villa had everything! There are plenty of restaurants and beaches nearby. We loved Seven Seas beach, El Yunque, and Spread Eagle Catamaran (very close by at the marinas). Calizo restaurant is so yummy and very close by - great to have on your balcony while staring out at the sea and the Spanish Virgin Islands. As stated there is no cable for the TV’s. Internet was ok, slower tho. At first we had trouble and couldn’t even get a hot spot. Ana was quick to resolve the issue. We had it the whole week until our last evening and the box said data had been used. We didn’t reach out to Ana because we we’re leaving the next day. Ana was a great host and helped every step of the way!
