Personnel gentil
Chambre au rez-de-chaussée très mal insonorisée. On entendait et sentait les vibrations du métro qui passait en dessous. Équipements mal agencés (pas de prise dans la salle de bain, chambre non chauffée avec un mini radiateur non soufflant, nombreux éléments cassés dans la chambre ...). Une vraie déception pour moi en terme de rapport qualité-prix, surtout pour une chambre à lit simple. Je n'y retournerais pas.

The HUGE flight of concrete iced over stairs to get in which weren’t shown anywhere
I’m handicapped so I wasn’t able to get in, hotel refused to edit the booking through booking.com so I had to pay even though I couldn’t get in

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Location super gelegen. Die Metro Pernety direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurante direkt unten in der Rue Raymond Losserand vorhanden.
Die Toiletten im Zimmer 21 waren mir zu eng und verwinkelt.

L'accueil était chaleureux. La gérante m'a non seulement présenté l'établissement, mais aussi le charme du quartier.
La chambre était super propre (très rassurant surtout en ce moment) et la literie était confortable.
Cerise sur le gâteau, la gérante m'a très gentiment offert le petit déjeuner quand elle a appris que je ne serai pas très bien remboursée par mon employeur. Merci beaucoup encore une fois !!

Très propre. Ambiance familiale, l'accueil est super. Ils sont très à l'écoute et rendent service volontiers. Merci beaucoup pr cet accueil. Literie confortable.

Salle de bain bien trop petite, on ne peut même pas s'assoir sur les toilettes droit car le lavabos est devant. ce n'est pas une chambre mais un couloir. Insonorisation est proche de 0, que ce soit vers la rue que vers le couloir.

Very nice and clean room, safe neighboorhood and lots of facilites around. Patricia is extremely kind and prestative host, always ready to help. The staff is super. The tradicional french breakfast is delicious. Simply perfect!!!

The staff was friendly. Air conditioning was very well, customizable. There is a bar on the street that you can enjoy a drink. There is a cafe again on the street with a very nice breakfast. Like the proximity.
The room was bir clean, there was a smell of 'uncleanless'. For that price I would not expect a luxury however they can still care the details like a more presantable bin.

It's clean and at least our room that was facing the backyard was quiet regarding outside noise. The shower was nice and we really liked the area. It's also well connected via bus and metro.
Very small room. We could hear the people in the next room a lot. It's all very simple and basic, which is fine, but it is just very expensive for what it offers (but I guess that's Paris...)

Very spacious rooms, very cosy n comfy. Host was fabulous and very welcoming. Great location next to pernety metro station. Plenty of restaurants around, local supermarket is just there. Fab loved it n would definitely come back.

Right in front of metro station, a good area surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, groceries stores, etc.
Patricia, lady in charge was beyond polite. She helped us understanding the metro and gave us great tips for our trip.
