Perfect little spot to stay! Within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. We would stay here again!

The positive...The inside was very cozy, up to date. Excellent bathroom shower area. The kitchen was very nice well equipped. Comfortable, clean pillows and bed. Cute decor. This place is within walking distance of town, all restaurants, shops, etc. Felt very safe. Everything inside is pretty and is as it appears in the photos.
The negative...The TV didn't work at all. Couldn't even sign in my own ROKU or any apps. No connection what so ever. There was only a window air conditioner that was fairly loud and blowing right on the bed. The surrounding area directly outside of the property was not very well kept. Had a junky surrounding. There is no covered outside area or porch to sit for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings, if it rains all the outdoor furniture gets wet, besides the surrounding area is just not inviting to look at anyway. If you want any kind of view of town or road front this place doesn't have it, it's located behind some buildings and through an ally way, so there isn't a view of anything except the back of buildings and the small parking area.
Over all for the price, this was a good place to stay for one night maybe two.

We came for the ASU graduation and this spot made our stay even better. The perfect location and all the right amenities in a quaint studio space. The host was on top of it too. Will always book here when we return.

Overall the place was nice, the only downfalls were there was no AC which made the place hot, even with the windows open, and the complementary coffee/ creamer was expired. Also, they’ve updated the place so the pictures are semi accurate.

Urban Oasis was perfect all around. Beautiful decor, comfy bed and ideal location to explore downtown Boone and beyond. The host is super friendly and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. Everything inside was top quality and so well thought out. We did not use the kitchen, except for breakfast prep, but the kitchen is well equipped for full meal preparation. Can not recommend this lovely little place enough. It was perfect for us!

This was a great place to stay! Great location right off King Street. The place was very nice and had all the amenities needed. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Boone!

Great property, clean and comfortable, location within easy walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Access code provided by host was never readable, lucked out by meeting tenant in lower unit upon arrival. She had host's number and was able to provide access code after corresponding with host via text.

The location was perfect. The size is exactly what's needed for two people with all necessary amenities. Although we didn't walk to them, there are several spots to visit within walking distance. Very comfortable place to stay while visiting Boone! We will return.

Everything was perfect! The host truly thought of everything. Every detail was so thought out, you could tell. Bed & linens were soo comfy, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, hard to find in downtown Boone. We travel here often with family and often don’t get to stay walking distance to our favorite places. This place was perfect for just the two of us. Would love to visit again!

My wife and I rented for a weekend away, and it was an excellent choice. The location is superb, offering incredible walkability to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. The convenience of having everything within walking distance made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was well-maintained, meeting all my needs for a comfortable living space. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a centrally located and walkable studio apartment.

A bit disguised from by the outside surroundings, the accomodations were charming. Quality workmanship on the interior construction and tasteful decorating. Generous provisions such as q-tips and paper towels nice. Our short visit to Boone was beautiful and staying here was part of the experience.

Truly enjoyed our stay within walking distance of Appalachian State University. Both freshman orientation and food destinations were well within walking parameters from this well-appointed rental. It was wonderful to come "home" to a space that was very relaxing in decor and volume (very open and high ceilings). The owners were very positive and responsive and we look forward to renting again in the coming years!

Exactly as promised and lovely stay! Perfect location to move my daughter out of the dorm and walk to the shops in Boone. Will be coming back for sure! Owners are super communicators and made sure we had a wonderful time.

Whilst a bit tricky to find the first time, this incredibly well appointed studio was just perfect for a short getaway to Boone. Right off King St. so close to everything. Communication with the host was superb and we will looking to return when visiting our App State kids.

This is a very cozy spot for an individual or couple looking to be close to King St and all that it provides. A little tough to find down a narrow alley, but very comfortable & convenient, if you prefer to walk to restaurants, shops & entertainment. Great communication from the owner is very easy check in. Would definitely recommend & stay there again.

Anniversary getaway weekend from Knoxville TN that turned into celebrating our engagement. From the beginning the hosts were so nice and accommodating (and easy to get in touch with!). This location is perfect !!! The space itself is beautiful…. Cozy, homey and beautifully decorated (I need to take some tips on their simplicity yet beautiful decor). 10/10 and would/ will recommend this place to anyone!

Such a great weekend in Boone in this cozy little studio! The perfect location and size for our weekend for two. If you have a larger vehicle (ours is a GMC Denali HD) parking is a bit tight and the alley makes you take a deep breath, but otherwise the perfect spot in downtown Boone! Close to everything you need and within walking distance to all of downtown.

We really couldn’t have been more happy about our stay. Communication with the hosts was excellent - really responsive and accommodating. Instructions for parking and check-in were clear, and we had no issues finding our parking spot. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy and well-appointed. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and some basic ingredients (oil, salt & pepper, etc). Bed is big and comfortable. Was nice to have a warm, welcoming place to come back to after hiking or walking around town. And speaking of town, the location is really convenient and all of downtown is accessible by foot. Highly recommend this property.
