Perfect Lake Arrowhead location. Great view. Very roomy and comfortable for a group of up to 12 people.

The house was just as described - lake view was great - neighborhood is quiet and great for short walks around the block - not terribly hilly besides the steep driveway. Fully stocked kitchen didn’t disappoint, comfortable beds and furniture. Great for our group of 8 ladies on a weekend retreat. The only amenity that was missing was soap for the showers.

We schedule an annual trip to Lake Arrowhead with family friends each year. We've stayed at other properties in Arrowhead, but decided on this home for our trip this year. The home is beautiful - you walk into this expansive living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto Lake Arrowhead and then on the other side of the house you can actually see the lights from the high-desert at night. It is beautifully decorated and every one of us talked about how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen had all the cooking tools we needed to cook for our party of eight for every meal except for one when we ate at the village. If you've got kids traveling with you, they will absolutely love the game room/loft and even us parents spent every night up there playing games and shooting pool. We did have an issue with hot water while we were there - sometimes it was hot - sometimes it was not, and unfortunately it was tough to get someone to fix on a holiday weekend. We persevered though and the management company and owners did what they could to make the situation right for us. I will say that while there is ample parking for two to three cars to park, the driveway is very narrow and we're talking sedans or SUV's on the parking pad. Had we not brought our SUV, it would have been a challenge to get my husband's truck up the driveway (especially in the snow). Even with experiencing a couple of issues, we wouldn't hesitate to stay in this home again and hope to be back soon!

A great house for a crew. Loved just staying in and not going anywhere. Driveway was a bit tricky to navigate- ice and a sharp turn. House had everything and many rooms and bathrooms was great.

This is a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view. We stayed here during Thanksgiving and were able to cook for our family of 12. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to make a feast. The bed in the master is very comfortable. The heater worked very well. The cabin stayed warm and we were very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the game room and everyone seemed to have a good time. The parking is a slight bit challenging so make sure you are aware ahead of time. We would stay here again in an instant if we were allowed to bring our dog. I recommend!

We loved the house and the view, and Shannon was always a big help. Had a little trouble with broken dishwasher, plugged drain, and the spa quit heating in the middle of the weekend, but we didn't care much, the place was otherwise great, we would visit again!

The cabin is very nice , lots of space , very roomy , nice views of the lake . Bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen were very clean . Would definitely return .

The home was absolutely beautiful with stunning and relaxing views of the lake. Property manager was very helpful and communicative. Driveway is very steep and up an access road, but the house was worth the climb.

Great property. Appreciated the availability of baby items. The driveway is steep, so plan accordingly with the type of car you bring.

Our family, kids & grandkids, had a wonderful time at beautiful Matterhorn Pines. It’s a very comfortable and fun place for a group. The kitchen is well-equipped for those who enjoy cooking for a bunch of hungry kids (small and large :)
