We loved everything about our stay! This place is HUGE, so clean, and had everything we needed! We loved that they supplied beach wagon with chairs, beach toys, umbrella! They made everything so easy and we will definitely be back!

The property is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, close to the beach, stores, restaurants, and of course ice cream! Joe was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was amazing. The location to the beach was a 3-4 minute easy walk just as the owner stated and in walking distance to restaurants, stores, and ice cream! The beach is beautiful. The condo had special and welcoming touches. The owner answered all of my crazy questions in a timely manner and was always friendly. Would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was spacious and clean. It is in a great location less than a block from a Winn Dixie, Dollar Store and across the street from a beautiful public beach. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The owner, Joe, was very responsive to any concerns we had while we were staying at the condo. We had a great ten day stay with six adults and three small children. We would highly recommend this condo for a great family vacation.

Great communication with Joe. Spacious, spotless condo. Perfect for our family and friends with the three bedrooms and three baths. Short distance to the beach made much easier with the wagon and chairs provided. Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarket, mini golf. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved our stay at this property, we will be back.

We stayed with two families and loved this property. It was exactly as shown in pictures. Plenty of room for our families and we had everything we needed.

Chose this rental due to its proximity to R.O.C. Park & fields for college SB spring trip. Super spacious living area so a great place to gather & the 3 bed / 3 bath layout made things really comfortable. Elevator access, washer/dryer in unit worked great. Beach wagon & coolers were also great. No complaints. Would stay again😊

If you can’t stay on the beach, this condo is a great option with public beach access and facilities nearby. The building is quiet and the interior space is spacious and has been renovated recently. The garage offers 2 spaces in covered parking, and the elevator to this 4th floor condo was always readily available. The kitchen has tons of cabinets but was a bit less well equipped than some properties at which we’ve stayed. The lighting in the living and dining areas would benefit from dimmers on the light switches and/or a lamp to read by in the living room. The balcony is narrow with somewhat obstructed views of water but the owner supplied a wagon with beach chairs and an umbrella on the balcony which was a big help for beach-going. There are several good restaurants nearby. The owner couldn’t have been more responsive and even arranged an interim cleaning during our stay. Overall, we and our friends enjoyed our stay at this property in Madeira Beach.

Very clean and comfortable condo, love the sliding doors that open up to overlook the intercostal. Super easy walk to the beach and grocery store. Madeira Beach is a chill, friendly beach community, highly recommend!

This experience was amazing. Completely accurate to what the listing showed. Extremely nice owner and smooth process to pay, check in, and check out. The condo was close to fun restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Easy access with public parking if we chose to drive to beach or surrounding areas. We will definitely visit again and would happily stay at this property again. It was beautifully remodeled, furnished nicely, and so clean!! They provided nice touches with beach towels, and beach toys etc.

AMAZING HOME AND HOSTS! Joe was very responsive and courteous from the time we inquired about the house up until the time we checked out. The location of the house is perfect walking distance to the beach, the supermarket, mini golf and several restaurants. John’s Pass is less than a mile and Clearwater beach only 14mi. The house itself is very spacious and airy. Joe and Blair have designed this space to make you feel at home. It is extremely clean and the floor plan allows all guest to be comfortable having their own room and adjoining bathroom. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Lots of closet space to hold your luggage. The California door on the balcony and master bedrooms allow you to open up the entire wall of glass doors to let the fresh saltwater breeze flow through the home. They provide beach equipment including towels, chairs, and boogie boards. Our family of nine (9) really enjoyed our stay. Between the hospitality of the housekeepers coupled with Joe and Blair this experience was one of our best yet. We highly recommend this location and the hosts for anyones desire to kick of their sandals and relax at the beach. Thank you Joe! -Riad Family 2022

The penthouse condo was perfect for our group! It is extremely spacious and was super clean. We loved the location which was right next to the Winn Dixie grocery store! We did have to take a quick uber/lyft to John's pass as it is quite a walk, but there were also plenty of choices for entertainment within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to family and friends! Thanks for sharing your lovely beach home with us, we have great memories to last a lifetime!

Had an amazing long weekend with friends! Check in was smooth, love the code so no worries about finding an office to check in or worries about keeping track of keys! The place was beautiful! Clean, up to date and spacious! We did not have to worry about anything really, simple supplies were available so we didn't have to run right out to the store for anything. We were able to start up our fun time with no problem! Kitchen was amazing. Everything was clean and in working order. We made steaks on the grill, which worked wonderfully. Bedrooms were great, the beds were comfortable! Wish I could bring them home with me! Haha! Available beach chairs and umbrella for our short walk to the beach, along with plenty of beach towels! We had plenty of space to sleep, lounge and to hangout. The pool was nice, would've been better to have shade and somewhere to sit at the pool but we made due! Owners responded quickly to any messages/questions that we had. Overall, 5 star place and experience! Great place to stay!! Brand new, very spacious, and centrally located to everything you would need. We had some contact with the owner and he was GREAT! I would highly recommend.
