This is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities. Would love to of had more time to enjoy the space, toys and beach! If we come back to Melbourne area we will stay again.

It was a great house and location. One of the best places we have stayed. The pool was great and we were so close to the ocean. I highly recommend staying here.

The house was great and in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Super clean and well stocked. Had a minor issue at check-in with our code not working, but a quick call to Jim and we were good to go.
Pros: clean, well-stocked kitchen, AWESOME warm pool, proximity to the beach, games/books/activities if you have kids, lots of seating in the living/dining room
Cons: the beds are HARD (we're used to much softer), the sheets were like velcro and stuck to PJs making it hard to roll over and get comfortable, the nonstick pans are very well used and scratched
Overall, we had a great little getaway to the beach and really enjoyed this house. If we're back in the area, we'll consider booking again!

We stayed a week during a training camp. The house is super clean and very well stocked with all the essentials plus extras. The hosts replied very quickly anytime I contacted them. There are lots of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores very close by. The yard is beautiful and well kept. We will book this place again next year.

This property was the perfect place for our spring break trip. Short drive to cocoa beach and beautiful golf courses Teenagers loved the pool volleyball and lighted pool for night swims. Also felt very comfortable with them walking or riding bikes to the local beach.
The house and amenities were 5 stars. We hope to come back soon!

This property was extraordinary!! Beautiful inside and out! Great location just a short distance to beach, shopping, and many restaurants.
Great kitchen with modern appliances and everything you would ever need to cook any meal. Very spacious inside with plenty of room for guests. A great place to stay!

This property was just what we were looking for. It was updated throughout, very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The pool area was awesome and private. We would love to visit again and stay even longer.

Property is very nice and recently remodeled. Clean, comfortable with lots of amenities. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. We only had 4 in our group but the home will accommodate more. Pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time hanging out there. Having all the linens and towels provided was a real bonus since we flew in from out of state and couldn't bring our own. You won't be disappointed!

This place was clutch. The setup was perfect for two couples and two kids. The pool was the best part :) Jim was so responsive and they had supplied the house perfectly, we kept saying we felt like we were home. We will want to snag this place maybe when its a little warmer in the future. Thanks again!

I grew up going to Melbourne as my parents are from there. We used to stay at my grandparents during the dinner and holidays. Melbourne has always had a very special place in my family’s heart. Now that my grandparents have passed away and their house sold, we were looking for a place close by to start new traditions. The house was perfect. Close to the beach, yet tucked away in a neighborhood. The private pool was nice in the morning with coffee outside. The darts and game area were fun for the adults and entertaining my 12 year old. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and hanging out. Lots of beautiful detail in this cozy Florida home.

Amazing stay. Owners are easy to work with and flexible. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Nicely remodeled. So much space for everyone to have their own. Great location to different beaches, shopping, dining. Only negative thing we could say is the master bedroom doesn’t cool as well as the other rooms. We will definitely be staying here again.

The house was awesome! Super clean, well stocked with kitchen things, beach towels, beach toys, etc. Our littles (3 and 5) loved the pool and so did we! Fantastic location - easy access to Cocoa beach, Kennedy Space Center, grocery stores, and restaurants. Loved and appreciated the recommendations from the hosts! Perfect place for a relaxing, "do-nothing" type of vacation. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time at this property. We loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was. The owner had an abundance of games and pool/beach toys for us to use throughout the week. The house was bigger than we expected and was beautiful and updated as well. We found the recommendations for local beaches (as well as descriptions of the beaches) so thoughtful and useful. I would highly recommend staying here - it felt like the owners really thought about what guests need/want on their vacation and this house will absolutely add a lot of comfort and convenience to your trip!

I took my 16 year old daughter and 4 of her friends here for a few days. The house was perfect so much so we never made it to the beach. We hung out in the pool and played games all day. The kitchen is STOCKED, which made cooking super easy. I would come back in a heartbeat.

The property was beautifully and tastefully renovated. Had all the room that was needed for 5 people. 14 year old and 9 year old Grandsons loved the Game Room and the Pool. The house was immaculate and was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Hoping to go back again!

What a wonderful, hidden gem! This home was so spacious that we each felt as if we had our own private area, but with multiple common areas to gather in, there were many options for together time as well! My son became quite the dart shark, and we all loved the oversized pool with lush, tropical landscaping! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home !

We are so glad we stayed here. This home was clean, well-stocked, and full of fun activities. We loved getting to bike through the neighborhood to the beach. The owners are also nice and accommodating. Definitely would recommend.

The furniture was great, pool area was so gorgeous and relaxing with awesome landscaping, tons of pool toys, beds were comfy and everything you could think of was available!!! Lots of little extras ie. pool towels, tons of bath towels, full size shampoo and shower gels, spices, and even feminine products in the drawer!! This place was truly fabulous. Thank you for being so great to rent from. We will definitely be back!!

This was far and away the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was immaculate and had everything needed to keep 5 teenagers happy. The kitchen was fully stocked and the location can’t be beat. We will definitely stay here for all of our Florida trips!!

First, let me say we all slept very well on great mattresses - a must for any vacay! Great kitchen, comfortable couches, fun activities and play pool!! Also, accessible to grocery stores. The hosts are fantastic and very responsive!! Highly recommend for families, even older college age young adults.

The house was nice and roomy. Enjoyed the little extras like the bikes, pool floats, beach chairs etc. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. The owners were very responsive to requests and questions. Will definitely consider staying at this property during a future visit.

It was nice to walk in to a place that is as clean, organized and decorated as the posted photos! The beach house is well stocked with linens and towels. We were pleasantly surprised to find some basic fresh foods in the huge refrigerator! The kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans and cutlery. Although the beds are closer to the floor than we are used to they were comfortable.
We loved the pool, which is very clean and heated. We spent most days enjoying the beautifully landscaped yard while floating in the pool.
The beaches in this area are beautiful !! There are many parks within walking or biking distance. We found the neighborhood to be nice, safe and quiet. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently close. We are looking forward to our next visit to the beach house!

We recently stayed at the property with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The layout of the house was perfect for spending family time. The house came equipped with everything that you would need for a beach vacation. Jim and Terri were awesome hosts and extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

The home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless! The house had everything you could possibly need. The owners were wonderful and had open lines of communication from when we booked our stay in May thru our entire stay. The neighborhood was quiet. We were 15 minutes away from Costco and 20 minutes from The Avenue at Viera. I highly recommend this house as the perfect home away from home! Just bring your suitcase and enjoy!

This place was kept in pristine condition and provided so much to do! The heated pool really helped us relax and have fun. The entire house provides a “fun at the beach” vibe which was awesome. The kitchen, living room and gaming area is extremely spacious and open which allows for a lot of people. The grill worked great and had no issues. Everything was perfect! Will definitely be looking up this place for future vacations!

This was a wonderful stay....probably our best find on VRBO so far. The owner's are quick with communication and very detailed. You receive a packet of info before you even get there which literally has everything in it from wifi codes, check-in info, house tips, restaurant and area activity suggestions......EVERYTHING. I'm OCD and get extremely stressed when visiting a place I've never been. Communication and CLEANLINESS are my 2 main reasons for choosing a property. This home is gorgeous and was extremely clean and outfitted with everything you need. The layout was perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 19 and 21.) The pool was the best we've seen (and we live in FL). Spotless and heated. If you have younger kids, there is an alarm on the back patio door to notify you when someone goes out. Thank you Jim and Terri for a great stay. We'll definitely be back! Kristi

This home was newly renovated and very clean. When we got there my kids were super excited to play with all the games and of course swim in the pool. The yard was stocked with pool toys and lots of seating.
The inside of the house was well stocked… they even had a basket of sun block.
Home owners were friendly and easily reached when needed. All in the house was great and it was perfect for our family of five.
