Loved it would love to rent the place next year

An amazing condo with an amazing view . Checkin seemless. Concierge Abraham was excellent and very helpful . Would book again !!

I tried to come to Mexico three times but the universe prevented it for one reason or another. Passports and more. But I cannot say enough about the flexibility and kindness for letting us reschedule multiple times. Can’t wait to get there.

Check process simple concierge was punctual and professional cleaning staff was detailed. Great places!

This is a wonderful condo. The space is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you need. Our family loved the pool and easy access to the beach. We hope to visit again.

The hot and cold water in the condo never worked successfully for any showers!

The apartment was even more beautiful than we expected. It was clean and had amazing views with only a short stroll to the water, restaurants, shops, and tour boats. Make sure you get to Norma’s Tacos, tucked away in the local neighborhood! You can also take a car to Sayulita and San Pancho.

Easy rental process.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable beds amazing view of the pool and beach. Well stocked kitchen, shampoo and very thing you need for a day at the beach. Concierge service was helpful and accommodating. Fabulous location to bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo is clean, comfortable and decorated tastefully. Unfortunately, the wifi wasn’t working, but the concierge was arranging for a new modem to be installed. Faro de Mita is in a wonderful location and the condo had beautiful views of the pool, grounds and ocean.

We had such a great time at this property. The location is perfect, close to all the restaurants and stores. Our kids (1.5, 4) loved the pool! We spent all day, most days out their swimming and lounging. There were lots of families there as it was Easter weekend, which made it even more enjoyable. The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 little ones. Everything about the trip was great, in fact, we would have stayed more days if the flights weren’t so pricey to change. Can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at this Faro de Mita condo!! The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. It’s not a party scene, rather there were a few families and a number of retired couples who come here regularly. Very sweet people. Over the weekend there’s a different vibe and it does get busier but the weekdays were super relaxing. The grounds are kept up very well. It’s a short walk to the beach out front but this is not a beach we wanted to hang out at. We enjoyed Destiladeros beach which is a ~15 min car ride south. It’s open, big and mellow for water play. My husband did take our kids surfing to the beach out front, so it’s good for long boarding. We SO appreciated having use of two long boards and a boogie board at the condo! My husband took a boat a little north to surf bigger waves of the tip, closer to the St. Regis property. We loved being a close driving distance to many places, like sayulita and la Cruz for the farmers market on Sunday. We also loved being able to walk to shops for supplies and walk to restaurants. The property manager, Ana, was so helpful and had awesome restaurant and activity tips. Thank you Ana! She was quick to respond when we let her know one of the AC units was leaking lots of water and unusable. It was fixed in a day and a half.I will warn those looking to stay that there were 3 downsides to staying here that could be easily fixed and hopefully they’ll do so. We’d love to return one day if so! The water temp in both showers is not controllable. As in most of the time it’s either scalding hot OR freezing cold. The friendly handyman, Moises just told us the water heaters are small here but we were pretty confident that wasn’t the problem since it would go from cold to burning hot at times. Ana mentioned she would have a plumber come when we kept up our feedback, so hopefully this will be taken care of! Another thing to be prepared for is doing dishes frequently because there was only 5 dinner sized plates I think. There is also no baking sheet or any dish that was oven safe so you can’t cook in the oven. Lastly the bunk room has a fan, as do all the rooms, which is great for when you don’t want AC, but the fan is above the top bunk so it’s extremely dangerous. We had to leave the fan/light off if there were any people in the room so as to avoid our kids being seriously injured by the fan should they climb to the top bunk. These are just things to be aware of. We would stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality Ana!

Spent a week here with 3 generations of family; it was comfortable for everyone with enough space. We love the condo's pool, and used the included surf and boogie boards. Thank you!

This was a great spot for our family. The condo was as described and worked well for our family. We rented a vehicle at National Car Rental; the car rental office was less than a 5 min walk from the condo. We spent four days exploring different beaches: San Pancho, Sayulita, Bucerias, and Destiladeras. The furthest of these beaches was apprx 45 min. When we returned back to the condo, we enjoyed the pool which was to ourselves most of the time. The beach access from the condo was easy on the private walkway. However, our kids did not like the rocks at the beach from this access. Ana (property manager) suggested we walk 10 min away from the condo on Ave El Anclote. This was a good fit for our kids. The beach our family enjoyed the most was Destiladeras which was apprx 20min away by car. Powder Sandy Beach with clear calm water. If you are looking for a night life, this is not the destination for you. My family was looking for a quiet and relaxing place to vacation. This location and condo worked for us. We look forward to returning.

Check in process wasn’t very smooth, but stay was great! Place was advertised as a 3bdr but third room was tiny! Great location

We were pleasantly surprised to find the amenities, location and of course view even better than advertised! This unit was top notch with just steps to the beach and town. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday! We could NOT have chosen a better spot. Thank you!

Property is so lovely, the pool divine. A safe area, groceries close by, lots of boutique type shopping, and many good restaurants in the main area and along the water. The condo was comfortable, spacious, and equipped.... it worked wonderfully for our group!

For the price, the place is excellent. Lovely balcony, good size, beautifully furnished and stocked. Infinity pool! Ocean view! Walk to the beach and restaurants, sleepy little town, very safe, lots of excellent restaurants and many affordable too. Keep in mind this is Santa Barbara, Ca meets Mexico, ritzy and glam mix with affordable, but not if you really know what things in mexico normally cost. The water pressure in the guest bathroom IS weak (several other people mentioned that, I doubt it will be changing anytime soon) and hot water in general is short lived and was sometimes temperamental- but it IS Mexico! If you want to walk to a great learner surf break and/or SUP, the beach is perfect! But you should know that is has great sand for lounging, but too many rocks for body surfing. Bring your water shoes! Overall, the owners and property were fantastic!

Beautiful view quiet and secluded. The only thing we didn’t figure out was how to get hot water shower in the main bathroom. Master bath worked great

Beautiful clean condo in a great location. Nice view of the pool and ocean with easy access to the beach. Well stocked condo with everything you need for a great beach vacation.

We traveled to Punta Mita and stayed in this beautiful condo with our three young children. The unit is well equipped with all one needs for a comfortable beach vacation. There are even surfboards and boogie boards within the unit for use. We will definitely stay in this condo again during future trips!

My wife and I and two young children had a great experience at Scott’s condo. First of all, Scott and Ana were very responsive to any needs we had before and during our stay. The pickup service from the hotel was a great help getting us feeling comfortable with our surroundings. The condo itself was clean and has a wonderful view over the pool and towards the ocean. We loved the location with our kiddos because there were wonderful restaurants and shops within just a few blocks of our condo. Scotts recommendations for food and activities were right on. The food is sooo good. The condo was secure and we loved having the water filtration system for drinking and other things we take for granted. The kids loved the pool. We would stay here again for sure.

Everything is pristine on the property! Pool is lovely and refreshing!! Very well cared for and all the locals are friendly and nice. Quiet area and yet close to all activities. Local eateries are scrumptious but Papas and Tacos was our favourite taco place :)

We loved staying at this condo. The reservation management was smooth and easy and Ana was a wonderful connection in the community. The location is ideal and the amenities are spectacular. The condo is perfect for a family of four. We loved the grounds and the pool. It was even charming to hear the local rooster each morning at 6! We highly recommend a day trip to San Pancho/San Francisco. The break and beach are perfect.

We loved staying at Scott's condo. It was close to everything, very secure and the views were perfect. We will definitely be back.

Property was clean, well equipped!

My husband and I took our very first vacation getaway together since the arrival of our first child (one year old) at this lovely property. We were able to relax and unwind in ways we have not been able to for over a year. We felt very much at home in the clean and well decorated apartment, only it was much better than home -- these windows opened to breathtaking views and lovely sounds of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools we needed, the grill on the balcony was a great way to whip up quick and delicious lunches/dinners. The infinity pool was large enough for lap swimming and splashing although I think that the pool lounge chairs were put to more use. The garden setting surrounding the pool was incredibly well kept and lush in local greenery making a serene setting so close to the beach even more fabulous. The property also has easy access to the beach and its local restaurants and bars all within stumbling distance. Overall, the location location location is excellent - five stars. From the sleepy beach town (in late October it was perfectly quiet) to the well maintained property, to the comfortable unit itself. My husband and I got the vacation and break that we wanted and needed.

My wife and I travelled to Punta Mita for our anniversary. A wonderful experience! The apartment is beautiful, well-furnished and perfect for relaxation. It has a well-stocked kitchen, a large patio, and views of the ocean. The location is perfect to stroll: a short walk from the quaint bars and restaurants that line the beach. Five minutes to the waves. We spend a good deal of our time enjoying the infinity pool and well-kept grounds of the facility. It was quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended if you're looking for a tranquil and relaxing Mexican holiday!

We had a great time. The condo has so many amenities, including ones for the beach. The condo is as beautiful as the pictures and the pool is amazing, a great lap pool. We also met cool people by the pool which was fun too. Working with Scott was so easy, thanks Scott! We will go back for sure!
