Our stay was great at this VRBO. The host was available for any questions and even let us check in early and check out late! The cleaning crew should probably be upgraded, but otherwise, a wonderful stay!

This place was amazing! The view and location and space was great! Be aware that it is not fully stocked. Down to salt n pepper, tea kettle for French press and sauce pan. Other than the bare min stocking, the place was so great!

What a super property. The location was great ,steps away from the beach and a short block to restaurants, the view was incredible and many hrs were,spent on the screened porch looking at the ocean.

We were delighted with our stay. Jenny was an exceptionally responsive, flexible host who made our quick winter getaway very easy. The apartment is well-laid out and feels spacious, 2 bathrooms is a plus. Just a short walk to the beach to see the sunrise. Good set up, we’d come back!

This rental is ideal. The location faces the beach and is tucked away from the bustle of town. You are close enough to walk to everything, including Rehoboth, but can also stow away, if preferred. We had some minor inconveniences, but the owner was prompt and responsive.

Let me start by saying Jenny was wonderful. She was so quick to respond to all of my inquiries that I had no worries that everything would go smoothly. And if, by chance, anything unexpected were to occur, she would be ontop of it. As far as the place, it is a quintessential beach unit with everything you need that is located right in the heart of Dewey Beach. Jenny does a terrific job and you won't regret going with her.

We celebrated my fiancé’s birthday here for a summer weekend. The house was plenty big for 5 of us, clean and located right next to the beach. Jenny was very communicative and easy to work with.
The weekend was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The owner was very communicative. Just as cute as the pictures with the best view. Located close to everything and can’t beat the screened in porch. Can’t wait to come back. You won’t regret booking here.

This place was perfect for our family - the location can’t be any better. Right on the beach and accessible to the best restaurants and bar in walking distance. The place itself was clean and supplied with everything we need. The host was a great communicator and we definitely plan to return. Dewey Beach is the best! Thank you!

Perfect view of the ocean on 60 degree December day! Enjoyed the views and walks from the property on Dewey beach. Enjoy local seafood grill for dinner. Much needed R & R from our busy lives. Place was beautiful!, clean, and ready for the beach. Looking forward to booking again the summer maybe for long weekend with my teenagers! Thanks Jenny for being such a great host!

The location was great for us. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible, but we were able to walk to great restaurants and the condo was clean and comfortable. Jenny was SO great to work with! She anticipated my needs and was incredibly kind :)
Although we did not get much time on the beach, the access from this building is SO close! I plan to go back for sure!!

We loved our stay- the beach was so close and the ocean was so relaxing. The condo had everything we needed, including a very clean pack and play crib for our daughter. Good restaurants were a block away which was so convenient.

My family and I had an amazing time staying at Jenny‘s property. The place was very comfortable, clean, and extremely close to the beach which was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the screened in porch and best of all the fact that we could take our for baby Rocky. Jenny was great to work with, easy check in and check out process. We highly recommend this location, and hope to return next year.

This rental has everything needed for a great beach vacation: steps away from the beach entrance, screened porch with beach views, off-street parking, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Its a very comfortable living space, would definitely revisit.

Quite clean for a dog-friendly and beachfront condo! Plenty of sleeping, living room, dining and outdoor space for a family of four adults. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the well-decorated environment. Great communication for check in and out and any needs/questions along the way.

Beach access is very close. Outdoor shower and close parking a big plus as well as the property itself with a wonderful screened-in porch with view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable.

Condo has a great location with the beach access next to the parking lot and restaurants/ stores a short walk away. The indoor space was on the smaller side, but the view from the screened-in porch made up for it. Dewey beach is also dog friendly before 10am and after 5pm, which is good if you love dogs.
