Great trip!

The condo was very accommodating and the access to the beach was great. The swimming pools were a big hit with our grandsons as well as the rest of the family. The management was very easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Check in was easy. Beautiful views of the gulf. We spent mornings with coffee on the balcony before heading to the beach as well as evenings before bedtime. Enjoyed our vacation!

This property was perfect for the five adults and three littles! Ocean view balcony to sip coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins. Close to elevator to get us down the the pool or beach. Condo was well supplied with beach chairs and sand toys and boogie boards. Plenty of room for us all to have space! We’ll be back!

Some bedding had NOT been changed. We found Sand and hair. Left message and it took over 2 hours for return call from Beach Blue. Then it took an additional 5 hours before someone brought clean sheets. Baseboards and under sofas had not been dusted in a while. Personally, I would change cleaning services. We had fun, but will not return to Beach Blue. Maybe some other property.

We had the best week at this lovely unit. We have stayed at Waterscape 6 times before but this is the first time we wanted a water view and boy was it worth it! We had family staying in two other units and ours was the favorite. The staff at the rental company were very helpful and accommodating. We will define book with them again.

I picked up at least 10 straws daily on the beach, along with a ton of other trash. Nobody needs a straw, except maybe kids 5 and under. There were activities by the pool everyday for the kids. The little food and drink stand by the pool was great to have. The pier and boardwalk were a short walk on the beach from the condo. Overall we had a great week, and Beach Blue Properties made it all very easy.

We had a wonderful time and hope to return again!

This was my family's second stay in this beautiful condo and we are already planning to do it again in two years. It is the perfect location, with a beautiful balcony view of the beach and sunset. We had 6 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of room, with beds to spare! Next time I will remember not to bring anything for the beach because they have all the toys and chairs you need, including beach towels. The variety of pools as well as easy access to the beach honestly provide all we needed, but there are multiple outstanding restaurants and activities within 15 minutes if you want to venture out of the resort. The only recommendation I have is to please consider placing a padded mattress topper on at least the bottom mattress of the queen bunk bed, since the mattress is VERY firm. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Outstanding, perfectly described!

The condo was amazing!!! So much room for our group of 7 and the views from the balcony was beautiful! We enjoyed watching dolphins each morning and the sunset at night! Our favorite condo that we have stayed in yet and we have been to Okaloosa several times! Owners were fantastic as well to work with!

Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful week. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. The only negative was that the washer and dryer weren’t working so putting our towels and bathing suits out on the balcony to dry kept us from really being able to enjoy the balcony. But Waterscape has wonderful amenities for children so it was a lot of fun.

One of the best family vacations ever. Good location, things to do for all ages. We have stayed at Waterscapes a few times and this unit by far was the best! Would definitely rent again from owners, they are very accommodating and easy to work with.

We absolutely loved the Condo itself! Modern, comfortable furniture. The bedrooms all had nice Tv's in them for when we needed a break from the sun. It has an amazing view of the beach and the gulf and the balcony furniture is perfect for watching amazing sunsets. It is at the end of the hallway so we did not have any hallway traffic noise at all. The Waterscape complex which we have stayed at multiple times did not disappoint. They do such a great of maintaining it at a high level, and they always have everything clean and tidy.

We loved the stay and everything was nice and clean. Plenty of room for everyone in our group of 6 adults, 1 teen and 3 kids. The view was awesome! We loved that it had several pools and the kiddie water area. The grills around the pool were really nice too, we grilled food for dinner one night and played in the pool. The only complaint I have is the rug in the living room. It is a braided rope type of material and it sheds bad! My kids clothes had it all over them if they were down playing in the floor and the couch cushions had it all over them so if you sat on the couch you got it on you too. Other than the rug we loved everything about the condo!

We couldn’t have asked for a better unit. It felt like home as soon as a we walked in. Small things like a closet full of beach toys and available beach towels made this stay stand out over other visits to okaloosa island. We can’t wait to book our next stay here!

Loved everything about this property. Exceeded expectations. Stocked with everything you will need. My entire family kept commenting on how much they loved this condo. This was their favorite place we have ever stayed.
