This home was amazing, and exactly as advertised. My boyfriend and I had such a great time, and would definitely book again!! To wake up to such a gorgeous view was such a great. We didn’t have a rental car, but decided to rent a golf cart, and that was perfect to get around!!! This home is in a location that is perfect to get to all sorts of stores, restaurants, beaches and shops, that we wanted. One of the owners, Krystal, was super quick in replying to a few messages, and was always friendly!! Great home!!!!

Everything was as advertised and more. Very clean & comfortable place. When we arrived & walked down the hall to the living room, my breath was taken away by the amazing view from the large sliding glass door-The pool & bay were beautiful & dolphins popped up as if to welcome me. —It was convenient to have a washer/dryer. I was able to pack less & they cleaned/dried well. —We caught fish on a charter & cooked in the kitchen. The cookware was of high quality & in good shape. —It’s a duplex so the backyard is shared. There was another family while we were there but I never heard any noise from their side. —Beds we’re comfortable & I tend to be picky about a bed. Closets were very large. —The location is perfectly close to shops, restaurants, beaches, & more. —I prefer VRBO over hotels when traveling & this was our favorite place. We are already planning the next trip.

Fantastic property, views and location. Far enough off the main strip to be peaceful and relaxing yet a short walk to the beach and all of Treasure Island’s fun! The pool and patio were a welcome retreat after our nights out with a wedding party. Our limited communications with the owners were met with quick replies and responses. The amenities in the unit were all we needed. We didn’t cook so cannot speak to that. Having laundry on the beach is huge! Couldn’t ask for more!

Contains all the essentials needed for a relaxing break. Being on an inlet was wonderful, as was being near the vast Treasure Island beach. Close to the strip and shops and restaurants also a plus. Accommodations were cozy, warm and peaceful. Sunrises were wonderful, as was fish and bird watching on the patio. A great place to wind down from the daily stresses of life. We didn't want to leave!

Krystal and Perinda (property manager) were amazing. We surprised our friend that recently move to Florida from Nebraska. The duplex was the cleanest VRBO I ever stayed in. Perinda was so helpful. She went shopping for us ahead of our arrival and she allowed me to ship her gift bags for my girlfriends. She had them hanging up when we walked in. We will be back and I have already recommended this property to many people. Thank you for the best get away.

This is a great property for any one considering. The dolphins just off the pier did not disappoint!!

Beautiful house with lots of fun activities within walking distance.

Loved our stay. Lovely view of the waterfront, comfortable duplex, great cleaning crew & close to beach & restaurants.

Truly a lovely, well equipped, comfortable and spotless property. Located in a quiet, well kept neighborhood, it offers fine water views, multiple dolphins sightings and active water birds. The fishermen in our party enjoyed fishing from the dock while we watched from the comfort of the outdoor furniture. Within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and the beach, staying at this property provided the perfect environment for our winter escape.

Unit was perfect for the 2 of us. We brought skis and went jet skiing. The backyard had beautiful sunrises. Centrally located to walk to beach, eat, St Johns pass, and many more. We enjoyed walking everywhere with our dogs. Owners really provide a great experience and necessities for beach. Thanks for hosting us.

Accommodations were as advertised. The property was up to date, clean and the views were heavenly! The weather was rainy and cool so the use of the pool or outside area was not an option:( The loveseat and 2 chairs in the living area could use an upgrade for more comfort.

Unit was very clean and comfortable and just a nice as pictured. The host provides beach wagon & chairs , beach towels and more .It is an easy walk to the beach area. We enjoyed the back pool deck to watch the sunrise and the boats come and go. We did not arrive for our first night until later in the evening so the snack basket and coffee pods to get you started was much appreciated.

We loved our stay. It was a great location and the home had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was with the living room furniture. The beds are ideal for two single sleepers, but a bit small for two at a time. The sofa in the living room is a loveseat, which struck us as quite strange, because if it was a full size sofa, or even a sofabed, it would have solved the problem. In the end, I had to grab two inflatable mattresses for the kids, and my wife and I each took a bed. Even watching a movie was cramped because of the loveseat. There is plenty of room for a normal sized sofa too, and would have solved most of the issue for us. Note: all of this can be found from the pictures and descriptions. It was entirely our oversight. It has nothing to do with the owners. I just wish I would have been more aware. That said, it didn't spoil our stay in the least.

The property was beautiful, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owners were easy to get ahold of and quick to respond with any questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway with friends or family.

We had a great time, all of the grounds were impeccably maintained. The house was immaclulate and organized. The pool deck, pool and dock were beautiful!

Decorated really pretty and beachy

We had 3 generation girl trip - my 90 yr old Mom, sister, daughter and myself. The place could not have been perfect. The inside was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, etc. The outside was amazing - our own pool overlooking the channel watching dolphins, beautiful sunsets, quiet, etc. Checkin was easy and the Host quickly responded to any questions. We will definitely come here again.

Will definitely be back to this property. Great communication with the owners , very clean, pool was lovely , and the amazing view of the open water sealed the deal !

This property was absolutely wonderful! Just as described, great location, and wonderful views! We rented a golf cart and had easy beach and restaurant acrestaurant access. Several things within walking distance as well! The pool area was very well designed and nice to hang out at with views of the Bay and passing boat traffic! Would highly recommend this property and and the owners were great at answering questions and very responsive!

We were looking for an affordable, private, waterfront getaway for a few nights after our wedding (2nd marriage for each). This property was perfect. You can sit on the pool deck and watch sunrises while sipping coffee. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and the sunsets are breathtaking. The shared swimming pool felt like a private pool since the guests in the other condo never used it. The property owners have paid attention to every detail. What a comfortable, cozy place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect get away. We had the best time. Relaxing in the pool while watching the dolphins and enjoying a drink. Will definitely be back!!

Place is super cute. Wish there was more comfortable seating in the living room area. Also it would of been nice to have the back yard to ourselves. So if you don't mind sharing a small pool with strangers than it's ok. Would definitely recommend trying to rent both sides for a family. Overall it was cute and beautiful views.

This property and the experience exceeded our expectations- the pictures on the website look awesome but reality was even better in person!! My 83 yo mom and I (61) really LOVED each of us having our own bedroom, and our own bathroom!!!! HEAVEN!! And the washer and dryer inside the unit was such a wonderful bonus!!! The hosts thought of everything- the kitchen and 2 FULL bathrooms are well appointed with nice quality items- not a jumbled mess of poor quality duplicates you often get in VRBO’s. We so loved the property and the view and the pool, we never made it to the beach but they also supply all you need to enjoy the beautiful Treasure Island beach and snack bar on the beach- less than a 4 minute walk. Many great beaches and restaurants walking distance or quick drive from this property- VIP Mexican Restaurant, Ricky T’s, Middle Grounds, Caddy’s and Ka’Tiki. Don’t miss The Helm (only open 10:30AM-4PM) on Blinds Pass on St Pete Beach- best food we have had in years. We sat in the pool and watched the daily parade of dolphins and turtles swimming by, an array of birds, kayakers, jet skiers, boats of all kinds and a really cool police station on the opposite sea wall. It’s a duplex but you would never know it because didn’t hear a peep from the other side and it was AWESOME just sharing the pool with just one other unit instead of a whole apartment building. The boat and jet ski dock was very fancy- power and water - made me want to buy or rent a boat or jet ski!!! Can’t wait to book again!!!

Thank you Krystal and family for such an awesome place to stay. The house has a pool and sets on the intercostal waters. Very peaceful and quiet but close to about anything you might want to do. We were able to see dolphins at sunrise and Sebastian visited in the mornings. Krystal has thought of everything. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t available for a day at the beach or for just hanging out at the house. Treasure island beach is a half mile walk. John’s Pass is a few minutes drive. Lots of restaurants close by. Try Ricky T’s for great food. And Brittt’s coal fired pizza. Or cook at the house with a grill that is supplied and all the kitchen utensils you could need. The Florida Botanical gardens is free and about a half hour drive. As is the Weedon Island preserve. We would definitely stay here again! Krystal thank you so much!!

This property was perfect. Very clean and well kept. Enjoyed using the pool and dock.

My husband and I just spent our honeymoon here. We absolutely loved the stay and location. We were just a few minute walk from the beach and close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed getting to watch boats go by and even got to see a sea turtle, dolphins and a manatee swim by! We also got to fish right off of the dock behind our house. We didn’t realize that it was a shared pool with the neighbors next door but it all worked out and we got to privately enjoy the pool whenever we wanted. The host replied very quickly and was very helpful. I highly recommend staying here and would stay again in the future!

We had a great vacation experience! The house was clean and cute. The walk to the beach is only about 5-10min and we were super grateful for the provided chairs and beach cart. Krystal is very friendly and easy to reach via the VRBO app. Overall we were super pleased with our pick of all the places we could have stayed. We will definitely return!

This by far was my family’s favorite trip we have taken. The location is absolutely perfect. My two teenage boys were entertained from sunrise to sunset with fishing off our dock and swimming in the inground pool. We saw dolphins every morning and evening. The house was equipped with all things needed for the beach..wagon, chairs, beach toys, and umbrella. Communication with the owner was super easy and they were quick to respond. If you are looking for a location that is quiet and relaxing…This is your place.

Lovely property! So well appointed and supplied with everything needed, including beach chairs and wagon! The only drawback was that this was a duplex and the people on the other side used the pool both days we were there.....for 5 or 6 hours straight and had several friends over. Therefore, we didn't get to relax by the pool as we'd hoped. I didn't realize when I booked that we would be sharing the pool area. That was disappointing, although not really the host's fault.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. Excellent location within walking distance to beach. Very clean & felt like home. All beach essentials were provided, even aloe for the first day sunburn. Excellent selection of restaurants nearby. The area was quite and safe. This property had everything we needed. The host was extremely kind & responsive. I've stayed in many homes & this one is the absolute best!
