Great stay for our family and friends. Lots to do for the whole family. I would stay at this home again.

Beautiful home, still smells like a new house. Great amenities, beds, view etc. 10 of us had a great time. Kids loved the water trampoline, ping pong, pool table. Neighborhood gorgeous, relatively close to grocery store, waterfalls, Helen, tubing. We rented a pontoon. The lake is beautiful, not busy, lots of undeveloped/protected shoreline. We enjoyed the lakes rope swings and rocks to jump off of. The only thing to note is the staircase down to the water, my legs got a great workout. It could be tough for older individuals It was everything I hoped our week to be!! Thanks Jessica for all your help!

Our family stayed with our children and a couple of family friends at this amazing lake house. Everything is brand new and beautiful! The amenities at this house a were our main rental draw: hot tub, fire pit, pool table and ping pong table kept the kids entertained the entire time. Owner was very communicative and helpful - would highly recommend this home to large families!

The home was lovely with beautiful views and decks. The house was fully equipped, more so than most Vrbo's. The lake is beautiful and clear with few boats. We really enjoyed our family vacation in this home.

The lake house is beautiful! There was plenty of room for adults and kids. The house is stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. We loved the wood fireplace!

We spent Thanksgiving week 2022 at Kingfisher Cove, The entire family enjoyed the property plenty of room for 12 adults and 2 small children, even though the property is setup for lake and summer activities, there is plenty to enjoy during the fall and Holidays as well . Blue Ridge and Helen are easily drives from the property and the community is gated and full of wildlife! Really nice amenities, rec room, fire pit, Hot Tub. My family loved the property. The view was amazing, the property was well-maintained, and can with everything we needed during the stay. We look forward to our next visit!

From the moment you pull into the community you are are surrounded by the most beautiful of views. Rolling green hills, mountains, and the lake. The home is beautiful inside and out. You can really feel that the host put their all into making you feel welcome. We enjoyed sitting by both fires, roasting s’mores at the off deck one, and chatting into the night on the upper deck! The kids were beside themselves with the game room and popcorn buckets. We could hear them giggling downstairs while we enjoyed the lake view upstairs. The best part I feel though was the host had everything! A high chair, pack n play, baby gates(these are great things to not have to travel with and exciting when you have a 19m old!) hair dryer, ample blankets and towels. They set you up for vacation success. A trip to ingles and you are ready to sit back and enjoy!!! Highly recommend this spot. We can’t wait to visit during the summer and utilize the lake! Thank you!

Perfect for a family getaway!

I truly cannot praise this house & our stay enough. This house is absolutely amazing. Extremely clean & welcoming. Very well stocked - with not just essentials but plush towels, many cozy blankets & areas to read a book or relax, great beds & linens & some extra little thoughtful additions that I won't ruin & many games, etc. We loved everything about our stay, but nothing more than the kindness & superb communication from our host, Jessica. We will absolutely make this a repeat trip. Ranks in our top 2 or 3 stays anywhere. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about this rental. This was our 5th rental on Lake Nottely and this was by far our favorite rental. The property is new, clean and comfortable. Jessica ( the owner) responded quickly to my questions and was so welcoming. Upon arrival the kids were thrilled to see there was a slide and new water trampoline set up by the dock!! We had 10 guests and there so much to do. Hot tub, Pool table, darts, ping pong, fire pit, kayaks, board games and DVDs. The house is fully stocked. Plenty of dishes, utensils and linens. The view is beautiful and this gated community is filled with deer and other wildlife. Very relaxing just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee listening to nature. The location is very convenient and just a short drive into town for groceries, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back .

We could not have asked for a better family vacation. Jessica was so easy to work with and so friendly and helpful. An absolutely beautiful house and great area for the kids to play in the lake without it being so busy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

The owner was excellent with communications. Also she was receptive to suggestions we had to further enhance the property. The home was perfect for our family.

We wanted a quick trip getaway for Presidents weekend and this did not disappoint. Beautiful home with all the toys and amenities. Coffee drinkers delight fully stocked coffee/tea cabinet. Beautiful back deck overlooking the lake. In a gated, peaceful neighborhood. Great beds and sleeping arrangements. Lots for teen boys to do. Just what this busy working family needed to stop and relax. Wonderful stay!

This home is beautiful and the property offers amazing views! The home is very clean and nicely decorated. It is very spacious and fit our crew of 12 perfectly. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/cooking utensils and to our pleasant surprise napkins, paper towels, and plastic Ziplock bags. Extra towels were also provided. The property manager, Jessica, is a pleasure to work with. She responds quickly and is very nice - easy to work with and communicates well. The location of the property is outstanding. Just driving up to the property was incredible - breath taking views! Lots of deer to see, especially at night. The town has plenty of restaurants and cute shops. Must try the Hole in the Wall - great food. We particularly enjoyed the 50 minute drive to Helen through a very scenic mountain path. We loved our trip and can't wait to stay here, again!
