Great home, truly beautiful surroundings and easy drive to lots of stuff. We tackled Mass MoCA, kayaking in Brattleboro and mountain adventures at Bromley. Plus all the small towns and pit stops along the way. Very family friendly house with basement for older kids and well child-proofed for any youngsters.

Stayed over a long weekend with two families with kids ranging from 11-14. The house was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels and sheets and blankets are clean and comfortable. Basement was a great place for the kids to hang out and they enjoyed darts, Pac-Man etc.. Yard and deck areas were great.

Brian's house was perfect for a Holiday getaway. The house was even more beautiful than we anticipated. Very spacious, comfortable, quiet location with plenty to do at the house (wifi is a bit spotty, but did not hinder us). It was a bonus that we could bring our 2 dogs- they loved the yard space and walks down the nearby dead-end road. Brian was super attentive when we had questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

well equipped. could use a small sauce pan, coffee grinder, at least 1 bedroom cannot get fresh air - no screen on window. VRBO charges too much and hundreds in additional
fees - that part will prevent me from working with them again. But Brian host was v good.

This house had EVERYTHING! Spices, oil, soap, shampoo, game room, two fabulous outdoor areas with heaters and fire ring. Very comfortable with quality linens and furnishings. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had a great stay at the secluded cabin in the woods. The house had everything needed for a carefree, relaxing getaway. Plenty of room for 8 of us (and a few dogs) and ample outdoor space for games, grilling, and chilling!

We traveled with three generations celebrating my 60th birthday. This post & beam was spacious, beautiful, extremely clean and well equipped. Property offered several outdoor spaces, kids loved the games and toys and the host was very responsive and pleasant. We plan on returning for sure!

Clean, well-appointed house in one of my favorite parts of New England. Lovely backyard with a deck and fire pit. Comfortable beds with air conditioner in every room.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Brian's home. It was the cleanest, most well stocked vacation rental I have ever rented. The adults enjoyed the outdoors and skiing at Mount Snow and there was plenty of open space for our family dog to roam. We also had a 2.5 year old toddler with us who had plenty of toys and books (and might have been more excited about the property then we were). We will definitely be returning in the future! Thanks for a fabulous stay :)

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Vermont home. Brian, the host was easily contacted but once we arrived we had everything we needed to make our stay like we were in our own home! Very well appointed home. The area was beautiful and very private and secluded! We had a easy & beautiful drive to North Adams, MA where we attended the Fresh Grass festival! We’ll be back!!

Wow!
This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The entire house was spotless. The owner was extremely helpful with anything I needed. There were 6 adults and two children with plenty of room to spare. Can’t wait to go back!

A well deserved break!!
We had a wonderful stay at whitingam wonderland. 3 couples and more than enough room. The house is beautiful with everything you could do for. Very clean. Great location. We stayed in one night and ventured into town and to Stratton on the other. Wilmington is very quaint with little shops and eateries. We highly recommend the Maple Leaf Tavern, great food and a yummy drink called the Whale Flower. Just substitute the gin for Tito's... perfection. So definitely recommend this home to family and friends. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating and communicative!

Amazing place
The house and owner were so accommodating. Whatever we needed we messaged Brian and he was immediately on it. The house fit our family of 6 adults, a teenager, a 5yo, 2 babies, and 2 dogs perfectly. We had plenty of room and the house had plenty of toys and games to keep everyone occupied. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks SO much for an amazing stay!

Girls Weekend in Vermont
The house and surrounding property is absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and well kept. Perfect for a girls weekend away. We celebrated an upcoming 2nd marriage. Played games and had a wonderful dinner around the large kitchen table. Relaxed and watched TV in the comfortable living area with a soothing fireplace. Furnished with everything you might need for a great getaway. Owner was responsive to our needs and very nice. Would love to return in the Fall for some hikes around the property.

Incredible cozy cabin in the woods
This canin is architecturally beautiful, and incredibly well stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Brian is the perfect host. He answered every communication very quickly and with courtesy. If you want a cozy cabin in a wooded setting, this place is for you!

Beautiful home with great amenities.
Brian was a great host. The home was perfect for our family getaway. Secluded and cozy. Comfortable beds and furniture, stocked pantry and all the kitchen tools you need. Outdoor heat lamps & gas fireplace were awesome. Close to town. Would highly recommend. May return next fall.

Beautiful beautiful getaway!
Had such a beautiful weekend at this house with friends and two little pups! The host was super friendly and made check in and check out so flexible and great! The house was fully loaded and it was more beautiful in person. To top it off there was a beautiful snow shower, which was gorgeous from the living room with the fire place keeping us nice and warm.

We loved it!
Beautiful house! Perfect place for our Fall get away. We enjoyed hiking on the large wooded property during the day and bon fires in the evening roasting marshmallows. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Great experience all around.

How to not recommend a warm, cozy, well-decorated, so well furnished, remote and quiet place? Everything was sparkling clean, very nice information provided for the area, more towels/soaps/cream that we would have needed... and such a great place for kids thanks to these very nice basement and toys! Communication was excellent and full of humor, THANK YOU!!!
