Wow - this property is just amazing, we couldn't fault it. There were 5 of us, plenty of space, the bedrooms were well laid out with lovely bathrooms, the 2 living areas were great (especially with 2 teenagers who like their own space) the kitchen had everything we needed and is a great size. The view from the house ...... just WOW. We often fell asleep in our beds with the shades open just looking at the view. The upper and lower outdoor areas are something else, great to come back and sit out with a glass of wine in the evening after a day exploring LA, or breakfast on the patio at the outdoor dining table. The infinity hot tub is amazing (and very well looked after). The laundry area is fantastic (again, with 2 teenagers who wear everything for 5 minutes and need it washed). The AirCon is brilliant, we're from Scotland and we're used to it being cold ...we love the sun and the heat but we're used to the temp being very cool at night. This AirCon didn't disappoint. The whole area is lovely, not once did we feel unsafe. We had an evening planned at the Hollywood Bowl, my 16 year old son didn't fancy it, no hesitations at all about leaving him with a fridge full of snacks and he caught up with his friends in Scotland online. 5 min drive to a great shopping and dining area. Jason and Caitlin were great, so friendly and always there to answer any queries. I would 100% recommend staying in this beautiful home. When we return to LA, we'll definitely be staying here.
