The property is beautiful and so well maintained. It is the perfect spot for you to walk ANYWHERE in town. Check in and check out was easy and the wifi is lighting fast. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. I've lived in Winter Park off and on for the last 20 years and would not only recommend Red Quill but hope to stay there again.

Had a beautiful time with family. Even though the heater was not correctly functioning someone came out the next day to get it fixed other than that we had fun. We enjoyed our stay!

Great home for many people without feeling over crowded. Close to many restaurants and shops! The bus to the mountain was easy and made for quick trips to get on the hill!
Be prepared to buy basic kitchen essentials. Beyond that, awesome place!

Very nice place. This is a ski chalet not a five Dimond hotel. The property is fairly new, and has been lightly used considering it sleeps 12 comfortably in beds not pull out couches. This is not a place for people that can’t do stairs. The hot tub was not gross like some of the vacation rental. Oh and they texted us 4 hrs early to say the house was ready. Thank you.

Our group of friends had an excellent ski weekend here. Very close to the resort shuttle, nice hot tub, living and dining areas were great for games and hanging out.

I have never had such an easy check in at a property than this one. The architecture of the property was quite innovative and interesting for our group.

This place was in a perfect spot. Walking distance to many great restaurants. A short shuttle ride to the slopes. Sleeping wise it accommodated our group of 13 people. Despite there being issues with heating/hot water (which was out of their hands) they made right of it and kept us updated throughout the entire stay. Thank you for the great hospitality and costumer service!

From start to finish our group had a great experience. The place was clean, well stocked with the basic necessities and located right off US40 which made in convenient to walk to restaurants/shops. The private hot tub is a bonus and having overflow parking on site is a great feature. We had a group of seven and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommended!!!

We had a large group stay. The townhouse was perfect, spacious, with plenty of beds and room to spread out. The location is perfect as it allowed everyone to come and go as they please and walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown.

Loved it! Great place and location, lots within walking distance. We had a family reunion here (12 of us) and the only thing we could've asked for was maybe another couch so we could all be comfortable in one room.

The home is good for groups and has lots of spaces, especially if you want some adult time away from kids, because all of the levels really split it up. Kitchen was well stocked and good for cooking and the grill worked well.
It has a lot of stairs, so not great for anyone with any mobility issues. The hot tub was not working and had not been serviced for months, so was green, and according to the repair guy that came out "toxic" which was disappointing because we chose the location based on the hot tub. I also do not recommend the top bunks in the basement for children as they are open on the side facing the wall, but the wall is set back from the beds so there is a large area where a kid could fall.

This location was PERFECT for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat meals. There are multiple levels, so you never felt like you were in each other space. Be prepared to climb multiple levels of steps, which is not a bad thing.

We rode Harleys to WP to see the leaves. The place was great. Very central. We did not have paper towels or much toilet paper when we arrived. They were responsive to our text, but we just went and bought our own.

Place was perfect walking distance into Winter Park. Property management was very responsive when I contacted them with a couple questions.

Great location
This property was as described in the listing. We had to go to the grocery store upon arrival to get items such as toilet paper and hand wash as there wasn’t enough for our party when we arrived. Property management was responsive and did give us access to the supply closet for the duration of our stay.

A few issues, a t.v. that didn’t work, it was corrected; no WiFi , the wrong password was given which worked sporadically and then stopped. It finally was corrected, too late for a couple who had to leave because it was impossible to work.There r minor problems that happen with all rentals and I don’t understand why.ex. Half role of paper towels, one large garbage bag for a family of 8 ?However we had a great time, location is good, we walked to town and weather was perfect.

Great space
House was excellent and in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The only complaint is that the showers were not clean. There was pinkish mildew in the tile grout, which I informed Turnkey about. They sent over someone to clean again, but whoever they sent seemed like they did nothing. I told Turnkey that the cleaners did not do a good job, and Turnkey just apologized without doing anything else. We also experienced a leak in the ceiling where Turnkey sent someone out to take a look. We asked if they could notify us when they were coming over, but they did not. Anyway, the house was great, Turnkey, not so much.

There was a considerable amount of dust on the furniture and the bed mattresses need to be replaced. But the property is beautiful and worth the visit.

Our family golf trip
Overall great property. Worked very well for our family golf trip. Only negative comments were the WiFi appeared to have some issues with connecting and speed and the TV operation was difficult (partly due to remote needing batteries).

Perfect location and very clean!
The town home was in a great location! Easy walk to everything in town and bus stop. Very clean and much bigger then we expected. We will definitely stay here again! The perfect mountain getaway.

This was a beautiful house with lots of room for a large group. Great location to everything in Grand County. Walking distance to many restaurants.
Owners are great and the whole process was amazing. We will be back! Highly recommend this property!!
