Are two month stay was good, Our host Brittany was good in getting back to us. Could use more supplies in the kitchen (bowls, pans and hand mixer).

The house was very spacious and we loved staying there while we were in town for a wedding. A couple lights and electronics either didn’t work or were hard to figure out, but other than that it met all of our needs and communication was very helpful!

We had a very nice stay at this home. It was very clean and welcoming. We were in for a baseball tournament and it was very centrally located.

This is a great place to stay . Close to Walmart and lots of take out food options. The pool is in the sun so it is very warm for an unheated pool and lots of floaty devices. I can't wait to stay again !

We stayed here while attending a family wedding. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the kitchen and family room where we could all sit and visit. Brittany is a good host - she kept in touch.

Overall this is a very nice property. We had a few issues with the electronic lock. However, the property manager answered my calls right away and immediately corrected the issues. I would recommend a rubber mat in the bathtub, as it was very slippery when trying to get out after showering. Overall, I would stay here again.

There were four adults and two children in town for a wedding. It is one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Others have mentioned there is no traditional cable, we came prepared with a Firestick. The two TVs were smart tv's which were fine for us. Listing is accurate, book with confidence.

We enjoyed our stay, it has a nice amount of space for our family. The location is really close to dining and shopping. The one negative is the linen supply. One towel per person allowed to stay at house, no wash cloth, no hot pads, one kitchen towel. The bed in the loft only had a bottom sheet and you are suppose to use the blankets that are used as a throw on other beds for the bedding. The garage smelled terrible from garbage that was left.

the neighborhood was very quite and clean. the house is very spacious. the backyard is nice the pool was nice too. the umbrella was broken but luckily we were able to find another one and switch it out. also, one of the lounge chairs was broken but we used the pool mostly. the kitchen is nice however, you might want to bring your own kitchen mitt as they had non and I had to buy one the next day. also if you want to use the dishwasher/laundry bring your own. we usually travel with our own laundry detergent so no problem there. however before we leave I usually use their laundry detergent to do a load of dirt towels and dishes that we use. this time I had to use my own personal supplies.

Except for a small challenge of figuring out the app that opens and closes the garage door this small vacation was wonderfully relaxing but way too short. The amenities are very nice and there were so many thoughtful touches. Fresh bags of ice in the freezer, all the fixings to brew a delicious cup of coffee, floaties and beach towels for the pool, and microwave popcorn for movie watching in the evening. Even Netflix was available to watch. On top of this everything felt, looked, and smelled clean. A big plus in my book. Highly recommend this home for a a group or famiy rental. Max 8

Loved our stay. College friends reunited to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was super clean and has a great set up. We hung out at the pool all day and cooked in at night a few times, quick Uber ride for dinner/drinks out. Close to downtown Gilbert that has a super cute strip. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a bummer that the pool wasn't warm enough yet with the recent cold temps but nothing you can do about that. Some issues I had with the house. I saw the previous review about the toilets situation and I can confirm it was still an issue. The only fully working toilet was downstairs. Kitchen had very limited supplies and cookware. Tupperware would've been nice. No dishwasher pods. No cable TV in the house either. I did like the location, plenty of restaurants in the area and it was close to Downtown Gilbert which was really cute.

We all had a really good time and enjoyed our stay. We had a total of 6 people (3 couples) no kids. We were here for my wife’s 40th bday. The size was plenty, rooms were good, beds comfy. Property was close to everything we needed and where we wanted to go. It happened to be the coldest week of the year so the property can’t change Mother Nature. Some of things that could help owner/operator: Seating…. Advertise for 8 guests, no where is there seating for 8. Toilets…. All 3 couples had issues with every toilet. If there was kids and 8 people it’d be even more of a problem. Rations of house supplies…. Ran out of garbage bags, no storage bags, couple dishwasher pods, (we ate out almost every meal), ran out of paper towels. Cable/TV selection….. I get it, who’s vacation to watch TV. When you do want to sit relax, maybe watch a sporting event, not available. With these remarks, I’m just giving suggestions and want you to know we had a good time and would for sure return with our families and our friends. Neighborhood was good, easy to access, and everything we needed for us. Thank you, Kevin Paige

Came to town to get in some golf and attend Barrett Jackson auctions for a guys weekend. Gilbert has tons of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife. 20 minutes to the auction, and close to tons of golf.
