Beautiful property with so much to offer! Easy access to water with jet ski dry dock. Backyard is an oasis with everything you could ever want for a nice, fun, relaxing trip! Kathryne was great, very responsive and kind. Will be booking again in the future!

The owner was a joy to work with and was quick to respond.
The public access that is the closest to the house was closed and after talking to the visitor center, we learned it has been closed for a while. One of the reasons we picked the house was the quick walk to the beach and was disappointed to learn it wasn't available. There is an access point semi-walking distance away, but not easy with kids or walking back wet. That said, the good news is the close access point should be opening next week! Less than a mile away is a public access with parking and we ended up using that.
The pool is great! The pictures don't do it justice. It is bigger than expected and was a great way to close out our day.
There were a few issues with the settings, but still a great experience. The only downside to the pool is the finishing on the bottom and sides is rough and left all the kids in our group with scrapes.

Overall the property is great. We were able to dock our boat and go fishing and cruising almost every day. Had a few minor issues but was able to communicate with the owner to resolve them quickly. The new pool is fantastic.

Seriously, look no further. This house was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and was just like the pictures. The pool was used multiple times a day and the backyard is absolutely stunning! We fished, built sandcastles, listened to the Bluetooth speakers and swam in out private pool. The house was close to everything we did. 12 of use all were amazed with the cleanliness and decorative house as well as all the extra amenities provided. The beach is right up the road and I would definitely stay here again! Best vacation rental I have ever stayed at! You wont regret picking this beautiful home!

Just got back from our weekend Perdido Key. The weather did not cooperate, but the rental was perfect. Great pool, great, sandy backyard, and great boat dock for kayaking/paddle boarding/boating/fishing. The property owner was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Would go back!

The house was great. The back yard was amazing! We fished a ton in the canal and swam in the pool every day. Communication with the owner was a breeze! Would absolutely stay again!

We brought our boat and loved having access to so many fun places by water. We were disappointed that the beach access closest to the home was closed so we had to park at tennis courts and walk from there. House cleaners were still cleaning when we tried to check in at 4pm.

Cool place to stay. Loved the fishing and the back yard. The house was very clean and the layout was perfect for our family. Only negative was the ramp to the beach was closed so we had to walk about a half mile to beach.

The only thing negative thing about our stay is the beach access directly across the road from the house that is advertised on VRBO was blocked off/not accessible during our stay. So, it is not a short walk to the next access. Not convenient for people with children for sure. I’m not sure how long the access has been, or will be, not useable.

Perfect for boating and family
This rental is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room. Our group of 8 never felt crowded. We enjoyed the living areas and back yard so much. The house is so peaceful and so relaxing. We brought our 28 foot boat and the accommodations for boating were perfect. Everything was very clean and well kept. We will definitely plan on staying again!

Navy visit and beach fun
I have a son recently stationed at Corey naval station. Over spring break we took the opportunity to come down for a visit! It was the best of both worlds. 20 minutes to base 3 minute walk to the beach! Th aka for letting us use this beautiful home!

First trip, but not the last.
An awesome property. The home was clean, comfortable, well supplied with the essentials, and conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, nice furniture, and plenty of room to spread out. The whole family(6) enjoyed the property, especially fishing from the dock….we even caught enough Mangrove Snapper to have a nice fish fry. Fiona responded quickly each time we had a question, and was professional in every way. This was our first time to Perdido Key and this property, but it won’t be the last.

Loads of fun
Everything was great fiona has been really good to us we are old military buddies and get together once a year. The dock is what makes the property to us we bring a pontoon down every year and go out at least twice a day and having the dock makes it so convenient. The house is great also it has everything you need and the new bedroom is super nice. This is our third time to stay there and we have never been disapointed.

Dock great, loved everything but…
The beach access that you walk to they tell you is closed but had no idea the drive to a public access. You could not park at the nearest access people who stayed across the street could! Being a beach family this was truly disappointing. The house was clean and anything needed handled, Fiona did immediately. We loved the house and dock.

Wonderful place
This was an amazing vacation with everyone. The house has plenty of room and a wonderful backyard and dock. We truly enjoyed every minute. The seating outside and inside were great for all of us and we had a lot. Will stay again.

We had the best time!! Great house with enough space for 8-10 adults. Nice quiet location close to a never crowded beach. The backyard is perfect! We fished, grilled, paddle boarding in the canal, caught crabs, and had s’mores by the fire pit. We will definitely be back!!!!

This home was so well decorated and just had that cozy feeling from.the minute we arrived. The accessories to beach was a bit of a walk, but close enough for the Littles. Great place to keep a boat. Owner had the best communication that I have ever experienced. Definitely recommend staying here, we will be back!

What would really make this home even better is a covered back porch. We had 2 days of rain and had to stay inside. A nice covered area to sit and sip a drink would have been nice.
