We just stayed here for 6 days with our larger family. The location is great - many restaurants to walk to. The unit itself is very big, nicely appointed and very clean. Communication was very fast with the owner. Highly recommend. We will be staying here again!

We were beyond pleased with our stay at this residence. The pictures were very accurate and still didn’t show just how gorgeous it was. The place had everything we could have possibly have needed and more. The location was perfect for us and parking was great. Alison was incredibly prompt answering questions and very helpful We hope to be able to stay again Excellent!!

Location is amazing. Host is very very accommodating and great with communication. The condo itself was clean, very nice, beds were comfy. I can’t imagine there’s a better 3 Bed, 3 bath vacation rental on Marco at this price. Would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The Penthouse was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was located in the cutest area near many restaurants and bars. Would absolutely recommend!

Parking very easy and convenient. Entering the Penthouse everyone felt comfortable and at home right away. Went to the beach and had everything needed for a fun day. The extra kick was the live music, relaxing atmosphere just a few steps away. Great food and fun time at Snook’s Inn a block away. Definitely would love to make this a yearly trip. Thank you!

This place was close to bars/restaurants. Nice views of the water. Ample parking. The condo was very well kept and stocked with lots of towels, sunscreen, cooler, beach chairs, even coffee. I would highly recommend.
My only feedback for improvement is to get some nice lounge or rocking chairs for the beautiful balcony that wraps all the way around.

Beautiful and spacious— 3 BR and 3 baths work well for three adult couples(and a toddler!) Lots of thoughtful little extras that made it much better than staying in a hotel. Pool on the property, which was great. Beach was a short drive away.And several good walkable restaurants right on the property. Alison was super responsive which was great. We would go back!

We booked a short stay here for our family and enjoyed the space. There are great views of Marco Island from all rooms. The penthouse is beautifully furnished and was very clean.

We stayed at Alison’s property and absolutely loved the condo and location! The space itself is huge, excellent lay out to sit on patio and play cards, or cook a big breakfast with a large group. The live music nightly downstairs was excellent as is the fresh bakery. We have never stayed on this side of Marco previously, great location!

Fantastic Location
We loved our time here, the online listing truly doesn't do it justice. Alison's home was fully stocked with everything we would need from condiments to beach umbrellas. There was laundry and a fully stalked kitchen with all the utensils you would need. We could walk to several different restaurants. We will definitely be back, thank you Alison!

Newly renovated. Fully stocked (far beyond our experiences at other rentals) and extremely comfortable. Perfect spot for our girls getaway and our first trip to Marco Island.

Our family gathered to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. The property is beautiful, as well as the weather! We spent most of our time on the wonderful balcony/porch and enjoyed the views of the water and the perfect breeze!

Wonderful penthouse condo in Olde Marco. Loved the location, quiet and easy access to the main parts of the Island. The condo was very nice, had everything we needed. Alison was a pleasure to work with during our stay. Wished we could have stayed longer!! Thank you for sharing you wonderful condo!!

Great Stay on Marco Island
Relaxing stay at this spacious property on Marco Island. Great views of entire island and bay from wrap-around balcony and floor to ceiling windows on three sides. Comfortable and modern living spaces that allowed entire family to spend time together as well as have their own private space to relax. Easy check-in and check-out.
Need to be aware that beaches are a couple miles away and require car or bike to reach. Beach parking is challenging so need to plan ahead.
Overall great experience and would return to property again.
