This really is amazing property. Great location and is huge. We had a significant cleaning snack. It otherwise were very happy here

BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS AND BEACH Stuff owners do not allow. The place was not clean at all balcony needs pressured washed.

The home was much bigger than we expected and had plenty of space for three adult families to share. It has a great view of the ocean and was very comfortable. A quick walk downstairs takes you right to the beach which wasn't busy at all and was perfect for my 5 year old to play at. We were missing some trash bags when we checked in but after a phone call they were quick to bring them over. The bed my husband and I shared was comfy but incredibly loud. There was some construction going on on other parts of the building which was a little noisy, but not unexpected as we knew it was a possibility. The only "issue" is that the kitchen was both well-stocked and lacking at the same time. There were lots of drinking glasses and wine glasses, but not enough mugs for the 6 adults we had staying. There was an abundance of cooking utensils and pots and pans, but it felt like someone kept adding their discards to the kitchen instead of curating a more streamlined selection. Despite these minor issues, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Enjoyed the property. Great decor. Fridge had water filter and ice dispenser. Good to have at the beach. Nice location with small view of the ocean. Samsung washer and dryer seemed new. Beds were very comfortable. Weather was not good, but that happens at the beach!

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for us to cook and gather. It was all adults so we enjoyed the quiet Sandbridge location. Wonderful view of the beach and the James River. Would like to rent this unit again.

Nice water views, but not waterfront. Huge, 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. 3 bathrooms en suite. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils & pans. (Bring knives from home). 9 miles from the condo to grocery on small two lane road that I’m sure is nuts during the summer.
