Great location plenty of room

Second time we stayed in this unit and loved it again. Best location you can get for the full Stratton Experience.

Perfect location

We loved returning to this wonderful condo right by the Stratton ski slopes. The owners are super responsive and helpful, and nothing can beat this location! The place is clean, spacious, and perfect for our family ski trip. We loved it!

Great place great location

This condo was perfect for two families skiing in Stratton for the weekend. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped with everything you need and the location was fabulous!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this unit. Watch out, the beds are so comfortable you will have a hard time getting out to hit the mountain!! The host was so friendly and helpful! We will absolutely be back!

What a great clean updated condo with an amazing location.

Everything was just as promised, great location and property was clean and updated, kitchen had new cooking pans which I rarely see and plenty of plates, glasses, etc.. Location is as good as gets.

Start to finish process was simple. Condo is right next to ski rental, across from kid ski school. Short walk to lift or gondola. Condo very clean, beds very comfortable, amenities very new and plentiful Parked underground and only used car for tubing park. You can walk to all the restaurants, stores easily . Easy and fast lunch break at condo. Suzanne couldn’t have been any more helpful or responsive. Landmark is a perfect property, you will not be disappointed at all

My wife and I stayed at this gorgeous property with her sister and her mom during peak Fall foliage season. The views were spectacular. Her mom has mobility issues, and we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice. The keyed entry / elevator codes were a bit of a hassle. We needed to use a key 4x if taking the stairs & 3x plus an elevator code if taking the elevator Overall the condo was nice. Carpets were a bit old with some minor stains. There is no AC in the unit & we needed to leave windows open the entire stay. Overall we were very happy with the unit & would stay here again.

My friends and I stayed her the Tough Mudder race happening on-site, the location was perfection. Just a few steps to the race start. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. We were provided with all the necessary documentation to access the building. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious condo in the heart of Stratton. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. We walked right out to the slopes and after skiing we could relax in this comfortable, well appointed home. Close to everything - we walked everywhere we wanted to go. We hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay, and Suzanne made sure of that. She and Jay were very accommodating, allowing us to adjust our trip on short notice due to inclement weather. I never would have thought someone I'd never met would go out of their way to help us like that! The condo itself was very clean and cozy. It was just right for our family trip, with the bunk beds in the same room as the adult beds being perfect for bringing our toddler. The access to the mountain and restaurants couldn't be beat! Our only small complaint, which was not Suzanne and Jay's fault, is that the building has several different codes and several doors which have to be opened by key, and with the limited number of keys, it became a hassle at times checking in and coordinating with family if we stopped skiing at different times.

Location of this property is excellent and the condo includes all items needed to make your stay comfortable. The only issue we had was the condo was extremely hot (85 degrees) and we had to have the windows open until they could fix the issue. Property manager was extremely responsive.

Landmark is the best building at Stratton. Suzanne was amazing getting the condo ready, super clean. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic condo rental! Hosts were very responsive and you certainly can’t beat the location at the Landmark. Perfect for 2 families with children (5-10yrs). Very clean and well maintained, kitchen had all you would need. Will definitely rent again the future.

Maintenance man did fix the microwave the one time but we didn’t wanna keep bothering him when it kept breaking down. Also the spare bedroom the mattress was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was very nice clean and we appreciate it all the little amenities. Plenty of toiletries paper towels and even a first aid kit which came in handy.

I stayed for the long weekend with my family and had a fantastic time in Suzanne’s and Jay’s home right in the heart of the village. The hosts were immediately responsive the entire weekend with helpful tips (no complaints made because the home location and amenities were great). I highly recommend this home and it’s hosts. We will definitely be coming back next year.

We were two families who stayed there, each family having our own room with a bathroom each. Overall, this condo was very well equipped, with everything you can need for a short stay. The layout is excellent for two families, with each family having the space and privacy you need the kitchen is well stocked also. It is all well maintained and very clean. What makes this place even better is the location. Take the elevator downstairs to the ski locker, put on your boots and carry your skis about 30 ft to the base of the mountain, that's it. After skiing, just walk downstairs and you have several different restaurants, bars, shops and even a small market and deli. Truly a great place to stay when visiting Stratton!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo on Stratton Mountain this past weekend! The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and spacious. It was clean and fully stocked with anything you might need. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook and we were so happy with our stay. The location is ideal to walk right into the village. Jay and Suzanne were friendly and responsive and communicative with us when we had a question. Would absolutely rent again and hope we can come back for a winter weekend. Highly recommend! (We we’re just one small family but the condo can accommodate two).
