Very nice and clean home we really enjoyed our stay, it's a perfect place if you plan on visiting anywhere in the Hill Country area , house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We wlll return in the future.

The house was as described on website. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, open kitchen-living room. Only drawback to this home are the roads, lots of pot holes and no pavement on some of the roads in the development.

This is an extremely livable and well-appointed home nestled in the Hill Country just north of San Antonio.
We were there for a few days conducting business and it was such a please to come back to this home at the end of the day and let the pressure just drift away.
We are looking forward to coming back.

My husband and I stayed for a daughter’s wedding. Everything was great. Neighborhood was not what I was expecting, but that’s not really mentioned in descriptions.
The host was great and was quick to respond.

The home was perfectly located for our family get together.
The home was clean and the amenities were spot on.
The home is well maintained however the public roads in the neighborhood are not. Of course this is not the fault of the host.

Carol was a great host! We had a great weekend! The view from the backyard and star gazing at night were wonderful! A quick drive to Guadalupe River State Park. It’s a cute and cozy house. A perfect stay for family weekend!

Everything we could have needed was provided. Very convenient, very neat and clean. Watch out for the potholes (but that's what one expects for a Texas country setting)!

House was super clean and GPS took us directly to it. Communication with the host was great and the "intro book" inside the house has all kinds of suggestions for the area. Thank you for sharing your place, we really enjoyed our stay!

Carol was an amazing host and her home is just beautiful. Maps takes you directly to the house and the location is easy to get to and from for day trips. Updated home and Carol thought of everything to make our stay most enjoyable.

Very pleasant and quite place. Nice to get away from city living for a while. Enjoyed relaxing on the large back patio and grilling. We played some of the games that were at the house, like oversized Jenga. The host was easy to get ahold of, and very responsive.

Absolutely adorable! Carol thought of everything! kitchen equipment, towels,grilling tools, even games and movies! I was so impressed with the small details. She had seperate make-up towels, cute continers of Q-tips and band aids. We just bought our food and we were at home. I couldn't have asked for anything more!
Communication was timley and clear. She answered me within 15 minutes when I had a question. Check in and out was easy and smooth. Very comfortable and decorated so cute. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you Carol!!!!!

Carol’s property is just as described with all the necessities for a great stay. The communication was prompt and we appreciated her hospitality. The home is very clean and all the beds and furnishings are very comfortable. Great stay near a lot of attractions. Thank your again for your hospitality.

The home was lovely - well decorated, comfortable with all the amenities. The owner was very sweet and works to make sure her guests are comfortable. The view from the back deck was beautiful in the morning, especially if you can catch the sunrise.
The downside - I was not prepared for the roads to access the property. Huge potholes and parts of the road are washed out. It’s not the owner’s fault, but come prepared, unless the county gets the roads repaired.

Relaxing stay
The place was perfect home to relax and be comfortable at ease. The home had Everything we needed. Cozy beds and sofa.
It was clean and neat. Felt safe to stay. All essentials were included in BR /kitchen for use. Extra towels for lakes visit was very thoughtful. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Spent 3 nights at this listing and everything was great. House is super neat and clean and extremely well stocked with anything you might need. Nice furniture and decor. Location is a little out of the way on a bumpy winding road, but a quiet neighborhood and nice view from the deck. Would stay here again if in the area.

We were within 20 minutes of our family and 40 minutes (a little long but great views) from Gruene where we attended a concert at Gruene hall. This property was very clean, well decorated, quite and cozy! It was perfect for our family of 5. We had everything we needed to help out with Thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
