We spent Christmas here with family across 3 generations. There was fun and comfort for all ages. The owners were responsive and helpful.

Wow what a house! we had 12 people ranging from 3-75 and everyone loved this place. The kids adored the game room and pool and the adults were able to relax in the spacious living rooms and hot tub under the stars. Would definitely stay again

The stay was fantastic. We had three young children (3 and under) and the comfort and space made this the perfect home. There was plenty to do inside and outside. This was in a perfect location to catch some local attractions and the beaches. I would highly recommend this home and would be glad to rebook the next time our family is on vaca in southern CA.

The stay was great. Easy access to highway. Rooms were clean lots amenities. One of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed. Can tell owners put a lot of thoughts into it. Realize that the neighbors are very close so if you turn in it’s not a problem.

The property and house are beautiful, and very well cared for. With four adult children, their spouses, and seven grandchildren - ages 19-years to 18-months old - my wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better and more accommodative location. The game room was a magnet for our three teenage and 2 x 4-year old grandkids. The pool, the basketball half-court, and games and toys kept everyone busy, when we weren’t at the beach, on a pirate ship, at Sesame Place, etc. In the few instances when we needed assistance - such as when the internet went down and didn’t come back up after rebooting the Cox router - the Rental Agent, Mo Rashid or his wife responded quickly to our call, and got the problem resolved. We had eleven in our group. The house was spacious and clean. Between the pool and the game room (garage) we had plenty of activities. There is a large dining table that accommodated all of us, and plenty of seating in both living rooms to allow for comfortable visiting. Also plenty of seating outside to enjoy the pool and/or to visit outside. We enjoyed our stay.

You can tell that Mo knows how to run a VRBO home. It has all the comforts that you'd wish for. It's stocked with all the things you need for a stay from out of town, from plenty of towels to toiletries and kitchenware. There was nothing we were missing. The house is perfect for a family reunion and didn't disappoint. Best was Mo's response to our needs during our stay. We had a kitchen sink problem on a Sunday, and he had his guy come and fix it within 20 minutes. My only gripe was that the listing description needs to be updated, so we got off on the wrong foot in terms of how many guests and cars we were allowed to bring. Once that was cleared up, it was great!

This was the perfect house for our group ! Large spacious rooms which mostly accommodated 1 family per room. Awesome backyard, game room and kitchen with tons of space for relaxing . Beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. Game room was perfect for our kids. Kitchen had a bunch of spices and extra items necessary for cooking which is appreciated ! Our only issue which I wish was made more clear on the listing was the TVs do no have cable . You have to have a streaming service subscription to watch the apps on any of the TVs and our families didn’t have any that included live tv so that was kind of a bummer and a hassle. Also there wasn’t a ton of towels for a large group so should bring your own. There has obviously been some issues with the neighbors because signs flank the property saying “ neighborhoods are for neighbors not short term rentals “. The owners were very clear on making sure we followed rules and we were very careful to ensure we were respectful of the neighbors . Overall we highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again !

This house was great for our group of out-of-towners who were coming for a family wedding. Location was especially convenient to the Safari Park and the Bernardo Mountain hiking trail, but not too far from trips into SD for a ballgame or having a fun night out downtown.

My whole family had a really good time at this wonderful house. Plenty spaces for everyone to sleep, huge back yard to hang out. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool because of the weather but its clean and beautiful. Highly recommend

This beautiful home was beyond our expectations, was big and roomy to accommodate our family of 15, ages 6 weeks to 60. The house had absolutely everything we needed. Everyone loved the pool, hot tub and game room in the garage, which was perfect for a ping pong tournament on a rainy day. The view was beautiful. Location was great, only 30 minutes to San Diego. Our host was quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Our extended family of 11 aged 2 to 80 loved the property where we stayed for 8 nights. The house was ideal for giving us all enough private space and cozy group space - pool, hot tub, kitchen nook, living rooms, game room. Everything worked as it was supposed to and any uncertainties we had were quickly Responded to by Mo and staff. The view of the mountains was great and surrounding neighborhood very serene. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for our family holiday getaway. The heated pool and arcade kept us happy while at the house. And the proximity to San Diego Safari Park and Legoland was perfect. Mo was very responsive throughout the entire stay, answering questions as they came up.

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. The backyard was wonderful and allowed plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It’s actually better than the pictures, inside & out. The game room was a hit with everyone, ages 11-58! Great location, 10-15 minutes to Target, Albertsons, restaurants & more. And only 25-30 minutes to San Diego. Mo, the host was very responsive. The only suggestion I have is maybe some signage/notebook on how things work, tv’s, fire pit, etc. although we did figure it out. I highly recommend this home and would definitely rent again!

It was just as beautiful as the pictures. My entire family from youngest to oldest loved it. It very comfortably fit my 9 grandchildren (6 girls ages 8-14 and 3 boys ages 11-15) and with my 2 daughters/son in law and my husband and I able to have our own room as well. Watching the sun come up and seeing the fantastic view changing as it did every morning while drinking my coffee was amazing. The outside of the house was meticulously landscaped and gorgeous and yard in the back was wonderful for the kids. We were so glad that all the little things were taken care of like paper goods with name brand products, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dish liquid, laundry soap etc so we didn't have to go out and purchase them. So all we needed to buy was our food/drinks. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub and it was so great to have pool toys/floats there already. The game room in the garage was awesome. The luxurious shower in our downstairs master bath was a dream. Our host was so accommodating and immediately responsive to any questions. They even allowed us all to sample the clementine/oranges and avocados growing in the back yard that the landscaper picked the last day we were there. The location of this property is so easy to get to and too whatever you need there in Escondido and to get to/from San Diego. I could go on and on but to say I wish we could have stayed longer in this luxurious home probably says it all. I highly recommend this vrbo to anyone looking for a place to accommodate a family or large group as it was perfect down to all the details. With all of our thanks to our host as it was all we needed and more. It was outstanding!!
