House is nice with lots of room. Property was clean. Parking for a large group is a little tight and access to the lake is pretty steep. Other then that it had a great time.

The house worked great for a 2 family stay. The house was big enough for both families to not be on top of each other. Plenty of space inside and outside!

Beautiful and cozy lake front property. Fit my family comfortably with plenty of beds and living space. On site lake amenities (tubes, kayaks, etc) were an exciting surprise and plus. Perfect father's day weekend for me and my family!

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay immensely. Lovely home and property. In a great neighborhood. It was perfect and cozy. Communication with the property managers was spot-on. I will keep this property in my rotation for when we go back to Hot Springs.

My family has just returned from a 4 night stay. There were 10 of us & there was more than enough space & the house was very well stocked. We were very impressed with the whole place with 2 exceptions. The floors were dirty. The littles feet were filthy within 30 minutes of being there. The walkway down to the outside room is a bit treacherous, especially carrying a baby. Addressing these 2 issues would be my only recommendations.

The Hamilton Hideaway was the perfect property for my family vacation to Lake Hamilton. The house was large with plenty of space for our family of 9. We especially enjoyed the multiple outdoor spaces, which is where we spent most of our time. The provided kayaks were great to explore the lake and do some fishing. The house was exceptionally clean and we made use of the provided cookware and grill. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We had a very relaxing stay. We really liked how close everything was to this location (groceries,arcades, downtown) but wasn’t in the mix of traffic and a ton of people. Quite neighborhood. Super nice house and very clean. Will stay again!

Everything was great. Our thanksgiving celebration was wonderful even though the weather did not cooperate. We made it work anyway.
The only thing I would change is to have 3 full baths. We had 8 adults and 2 teens. Again we made it work.
Thank you for making us feel welcomed and at home.

Great Property in a very quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and enjoyed the views of the lake. It is very close to Hot Springs and there was a lot to do. We would definitely recommend this property.

Hamilton Hideaway is the perfect getaway spot for family and/or a group of friends. The property is VERY roomy, allowing everyone to have his/her own space. Working with the property owner was a breeze, and he was so helpful in sorting out a mess caused by miscommunication on VRBO''s end. There were 5 of us, but the place could accommodate many more. There are loads of games, water toys and other amenities. Be aware that the walk to the dock from the house is pretty steep.

Nice Vacation Away
Beautiful spacious home with very accommodating owners. Property was well equipped and ready to enjoy. We enjoyed our time around the house and on Lake Hamilton. I would highly recommend this rental.

Loved the View!!
Our family was looking for a nice place by the water in Arkansas for a trip to Magic Springs and this was the best choice!! This place was absolutely beautiful the view, the space, and great communication with the Carvers. This will be our go to spot when we visit hot springs!

Lovely lake vacay
It was so lovely to find a water-front home that fit my whole family comfortably. We love to cook & gathered around the huge island. Kayaked, floated, boated, fished, sand-bar volleyball. Coffee on the porch. Had a truly wonderful week together

We went for March madness and the two tvs were great for the games as well as the porch for some great night air. Didn’t go to the lake front but very pretty home.

Great spot for a weekend getaway
We really enjoyed this property. It had plenty of space for our family and the fire pit was really relaxing. The only downer was that we weren’t aware that the level of the river was very low, so we couldn’t use the dock or kayaks. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would come back assuming the water level was up.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped with EVERYTHING! My daughters want to come back in the summer to enjoy some of the lake toys. Our host was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. The only issue was the lake was drained so our view of the water wasn't great. However, the peacefulness of the location made up for that.

Built a fire in the fire pit on our last night, and made some s'mores. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful when an issue came up. By far the most helpful and proactive hosts I've interacted with. Located close to the downtown area, where we walked around and got ice cream at Kilwins. We hiked around in Hot Springs National Park and enjoyed an afternoon at Garvan Woodland Gardens. Overall great stay.

Quiet family getaway
The home is lovely and only a short distance from downtown Hot Springs. Our extended family met here from several states to celebrate the season. Everything inside the home is updated & all necessary amenities are provided. The floors needed mopping & the host assures me they’ll take it up w/ their cleaning crew prior to next guests’ arrival. The location is beautiful & quiet. Many board games are available; we didn’t turn on the TVs even once during our stay, which is a feat w/ ages ranging from 1month - 71. The beds & pillows were delightfully comfortable. The owner’s check-in & departure instructions were concise & simple to follow. I’d recommend staying here for any family gathering when you desire quality time together in a peaceful setting.

My family enjoyed everything about it.
Except the pets hair in beds.
But is nothing another house wouldn't have, so that's common in a house.
