We have stayed here several times and always try to book for our trips to Hillsdale College to see our daughter. It’s very convenient and we love that we can simply walk across the street to shop at boutiques, grab a coffee, or have dinner at Olivia’s. This was my second time to stay at this property. I gave only 4 stars for this stay (the first was five stars) because the apartment was not quite as clean as the first visit. The rooms were generally clean, nut the floors and microwave were not quite as clean. It is a great location, and a nice place to stay overall, and I will certainly try again.

Great location, quiet, lovely accomodations.

The apartment was as listed. It was nicely decorated and quite comfortable. The location made access to restaurants, coffee and local shopping quite easy.

We love staying at Linda’s apartment above her grooming business! It has everything we could need and gives us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. We always appreciate the living area, and the chair and ottoman with the throw blanket is my favorite spot to curl up and read or watch tv. Location is perfect for coffee and restaurants, as well as for visiting our daughter at Hillsdale. I think all the Hillsdale parents have discovered this jewel because it books fast for the special event weekends. Thanks for another great stay!

Loved the location. Very pleased with quick response to our needs or questions. The only minor issue was the size of the bed. Wish it was a little larger. Queen size would have been nice.

The apartment is in an ideal location for visits to Hillsdale, and there are convenient options for food, groceries, and coffee.

Way better place to stay than the limited hotels in the area. Perfectly situated around all the restaurants in Jonesville. A short 5 min drive to Hillsdale College. Definitely will stay here again when visiting.

Only stayed one night but it was great! As long as you can handle stairs up/down to access the property, it is great for couples.

Great location and plenty of room

We enjoyed our 3-night stay and the charm of the surrounding area. It was convenient for our visit to Hillsdale College, and the neighborhood in Jonesville had a lot of great places to eat within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and there were lots of seating areas to enjoy a good book or keep up with work from my laptop.

This upstairs apartment is thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. The location is convenient for access to local business and a short, easy drive to Hillsdale College. The owner is considerate. I would stay again.

We have stayed here several times and love the location. It’s closer to Hillsdale College than staying in Coldwater, and it’s pet friendly. We prefer this apartment with all the conveniences over a small hotel room. Our daughter and her college friends will come and visit with us, and there is plenty of room for that. We have noticed an upgrade to the bed, complete with an adjustable frame and massage feature. Love it! We sleep with our heads elevated at home, so this was nice to have. Bottled waters and packages of microwaveable popcorn were in the fridge, which was nice. There is a Keurig with Kcups, and though we didn’t use it, it’s nice that it’s available. Highly recommend!

It has everything you need for a stay and an extended stay. It's a cute little place and I'd stay there again. It's right off the main street and you can walk to anywhere in the down town area. The dogs loved it and we had a great view of the fall colors and a big beautiful church next door. The only drawback is the stairs, expected in an old structure. Don't bring a wide suit case.

Very cute and clean place. We had a little snafu with check in but the owner was great about figuring it out. Great location, right on Main Street easy walking to restaurants and bars. About 4 miles from Hillsdale College. Very well stocked.

Has all the comforts of home. Love being able to walk to restaurants, bakery, and coffee shop.

My wife and I were in town for an event and the location was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and the popcorn is a nice touch :)

Nice place to stay.

Lots of nice touches (water, microwave popcorn, extra towels, etc.) unfortunately, we are hypersensitive to fragrances. Because there was a strong Febreeze aroma, we chose to just drive home rather than spend the night.

Very clean, older building. Owner messaged right at 4pm with codes to get in. It is on a busier corner of town, so some traffic noise, but it's also on the local polices routine patrol so it is very safe. Local family restaurant "Spangler's" is AMAZING as well.

The apartment is in an old building and fills the entire upstairs. The interior stairway is narrow and steep, but passable. The owner put a lot of effort into refurbishing and decorating the apartment to create a cozy, comfortable and unique place. We only stayed one short night, so never used the kitchen or shower, though they looked OK. It was a nice alternative from the "vanilla" hotel stays. I would definitely stay there again!

Such a great little apartment in a great little town! We were amazed to learn our dogs were welcome downtown at the Ramshackle Brewery, of all places! That was just one of the very memorable times we had in Jonesville. We'll be back, and we know just where we'll stay!

Just the right size for me as I visited Hillsdale college on business. I appreciated the coffee, microwave popcorn, and other amenities. Eight minutes to campus....couldn't be easier.

This is a fun little apartment in downtown Jonesville. It’s above a dog groomer on a relatively busy corner, which is a bit noisy, maybe, but very convenient to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops—and of course, Hillsdale College. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and I would definitely stay there again!
