We enjoyed our “off-season” stay near Tenkiller Lake. We are birders and hit the jackpot with an eagle tour in Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge. The house was a great value, clean and comfortable. Squirrels & birds were plentiful from the deck. The “short walk to the lake” was too steep for our legs so we drove down the road & loved some peaceful time there. The multiple state parks were close & beautiful.

The house was beautiful , view was amazing . The heat wasnt working properly, had to keep flipping breaker to keep house warm. TV Remote wasnt working we downloaded App on phone to control TV. We had a great time inspite setbacks ..

The house has a large living area in the center of home. Our 6 adults (2 in each bedroom) and 3 small children (shared provided blow up mattress) all had a bed. The best is the outside. Deer and wild turkeys wander through the backyard area. The back patio plus the back fire pit area have plenty of seating. Plenty of parking (even for a boat with trailer) in front. There is a small boat ramp just down the road, but a bit too secluded for us. We used Snake Creek Marina about a 5 minute drive away, but they don’t rent short-term boat slips. Owner suggested Pine Cove Marina (10 min away), but we chose to just unload and park at the house each day. Owner was immediately responsive with suggestions, but I can’t speak to how quickly problems are resolved because we didn’t have any. Bring lots of paper goods (plates, napkins, cups and paper towels) because it’s a little sparse where that’s concerned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

Kitchen was kind of sparse ….and only 1 couch, but good for a weekend. Great location.

We needed a quiet relaxing place to just chill. Boy, did we hit the jackpot!! Wonderful, beautiful cabin. Loved sitting on back porch! Firepit was also nice. We totally enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

It was easy to get there and the owner is so nice. The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed being near fishing and hiking.

Everything was great! Have stayed here before and have another vacation booked for May. Love the location and convenience to the lake. Shejan is great about getting back with you quickly if you have a question. Love this little place.

My family and i rented this place for this weekend and it was clean, comfy, nice and well maintained. Host was very nice and easy to get ahold of. Only two complaints- propane tank to the grill was empty (we did refill and ended up not using it so there’s now a full one :) ) and no drinking glasses besides coffee cups, thankfully I brought some Incase, I did leave a couple there for future people! Will definitely do this again!

Very comfortable. We had a great stay. We booked this to be close to the Vian refuge for a deer hunt. We did plan to use the crock pot, but then found there was no pot.. But we used another pan instead with no issues.
