Excellent experience!

Communicating with Kathleen prior to our stay was easy and she was extremely helpful. The location could not be better. My husband, another couple and I attended the Annapolis boat show. We were a block from one of the show’s entrances off the main square. We were able to easily walk downtown in the morning for coffees and we walked to dinner every night. During the boat show parking was difficult that Kathleen worked with us and our friends to make it easy. The home itself was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms were large and bright and both had their own bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we spent a lot of time outside on the private back terrace. The house is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. We hope to go back next year and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Kathleen!

Perfect home during USNA’s Plebe Parent Weekend! Location was ideal and home was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy time with our plebe!

The Gate House is the perfect location for events at USNA such as I-Day. Not only is the location great so is this house. It is very well appointed, spotlessly clean, and exceeded my expectations. We hope to stay again during our many future visits to Annapolis. The host Kathleen is very responsive and answered any question I had immediately.

The location of this house is great and you can walk anywhere easily. It was exceptionally clean and well decorated. All of the bedding was high quality and comfortable. Parking was a bit of a challenge but the owner was very helpful and responsive.

We had a fabulous stay in Annapolis at the beautiful place. The location was perfect & walkable and Kathleen was so helpful during our stay . . . would definitely recommend and come back for another stay!

Me my son and daughter-in-law wanted a fun vacation experience when attending a family baby shower. Boy was this a great vacation! We arrived and could not believe that this was the house we rented! It was gorgeously decorated and immaculate. The sheets and towels were top of the line: so luxurious! We thoroughly enjoyed being across the street from the Naval Academy and a block from the downtown dock! The restaurants and shopping in downtown Annapolis were incredible. So many unique finds. I would highly recommend this property. Annapolis is a great vacation spot! I’ll definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location to explore all that Annapolis has to offer. Directly across from the Naval academy and within walking distance to everything. House was perfect and the hosts made everything seamless. If you are ever in need of a place to stay in Annapolis look no further.

This property is the real deal! It was perfect for our family of four during a weekend stay in Annapolis. Check in was a breeze, home is stunningly beautiful and clean with very comfortable furniture, beds, linens, towels etc.… There were so many extras that usually aren’t included in rentals. Plenty of the essentials like soap, detergent, and paper products. The location could not be better. Step out the front door and within minutes you are near restaurants and shopping in downtown Annapolis. We loved our stay! Our son even had tears this morning because he didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!
