We had four families that stayed here for a few nights to ski at Bretton woods. It was such a great house for a big group with lots of space for young kids and adults. So easy to get to Bretton Woods everyday and relax at night. Thanks so much for an amazing vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Our kids loved the game room! The only issue for us were the beds...which were a little hard. But that is just personal preference.

I spent Thanksgiving weekend at this lovely property with my family. We could not have asked for a nicer home or better location. The property is literally a stones throw from Mt. Washington Hotel and Bretton Ski Resort. We can’t wait for our next stay to create many more wonderful memories.

We were looking for a large, comfortable house for 5 couples, long time friends. The house was plenty large enough, clean and we were thrilled to with the well pointed kitchen and pool table. Although we had plans for a fire in the fireplace and a fire in the fire ring outside, we didn't have enough time with all the hiking and exploring nearby. Be ready for stairs... it's a big house.

It was a really pretty house, huge!!the rooms where great. I kinda hate the mattresses on the beds were very soft, this makes my back pains, but this doesn’t ruined my great time that I had with my family there. Kitchen is very well equipped, all utensils and plates are enough to serve even 20 people. Overall the house is pretty, big, all you need is there, really good Wi-Fi, and the most beautiful environment.

The process was a pleasure. This home had plenty of room for our family gathering of 12 adults. Tons of sitting areas, activities in the home as well as central to tons of hiking options. Everything was comfy and cozy. An overall lovely stay.

We rented the property to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The 10 of us were quite comfortable in the house - there was plenty of room and the house was well appointed. We were centrally located to many activities - Mount Washington, Flume Gorge, Hiking, even Lake Winnepesaukee. The entire rental process was seamless; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely rent this property again.

Very nice, large, clean and well appointed. Had basically everything we needed for 9 adults and a dog with plenty of room to spare. The place is not air-conditioned and we were there during the worst heat wave of the summer. Lots of windows with screens, and some ceiling fans, so if you know how to manage the cross-breeze and chimney effect on airflow, the place remains comfortable and easy sleeping. Beautiful dark night sky as well.

Beautiful home , very comfortable with plenty of room for 12 adults plus one dog to spread out or hang out together. Also had enough parking for six cars. About 35 minutes from where we went riding the trails in Gorham NH. Would love to come back in the fall and winter. Had a great time staying here with family and friends!

This property was awesome. There was plenty of room, a stocked kitchen for cooking in, and an amazing view on the third floor. It was close to many awesome hiking trails that we did while we were there. We had an amazing time at this property and would recommend it 1000%. A few of the beds weren’t as comfortable as others but none the less a very comfortable stay. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location with magnificent views of both Mt. Washington and Bretton Woods Ski Resort! Well equipped kitchen for all our cooking needs which was appreciated since there are very few restaurants in the area. Pool table and foos ball table were enjoyed by all.

We traveled during a snowstorm to get to the property at the end of school vacation. The house was in impeccable order, but we had to shovel out a bit to bring in our luggage and food. Two great driveways were helpful to gain entry and to bring in ski boots at night. We were pleased to hear the sound of the plow shortly after our arrival. We had grandparents, parents, teenagers, and younger children in our group, but there was ample room, comfortable beds, and multiple living areas to spread out comfortably. To tell the truth, we didn’t even need the multiple TV’s and game loft, but I am sure that other guests would enjoy them. The washer and dryer did come in handy to make sure everyone had warm and dry ski gear the second day. The guest booklet was extremely detailed and very helpful, and the check-in and check -out directions were clear and simple. Great experience and gorgeous home. I know that it would be a fabulous location for guests in other seasons as well.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views. Such a pleasure to wake up and have a cup of coffee and allow my puppies to run down empty road. . Wonderful to have the whole family together with plenty of space and activities line pool, games and foosball. 5 minute loop drive to Nordic Center of the Omni Mount Washington Resort and Bretton Woods Ski area. Would definitely like to make this trip a tradition!

This was a great weekend getaway for my friends and I with all of our kids. The house was very spacious and the kids enjoyed the foosball table. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.
