With just a quick walk across the street you are at a beach! The extras in this place like a cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc was really convenient. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and we enjpyed our stay. The only drawback was that the washer/dryer were a bit small and inefficient for a family of five, but we stayed here right in the middle of our vacation when we had the most laundry. This location was very convenient to drive around Maui and we had a great time here!

Location was great. The Charley Young beach is a short walk from the condo with beautiful sunsets every night! We found great coffee shops, restaurants and shopping all within an easy walk.

We loved staying in Kihei and this condo was a perfect walking distance to the beach and shopping.

Check-in was extremely easy! The property is lovely. The beds are large and comfy. The beach is very close by--literally across the street and it is absolutely beautiful. The second bed is upstairs so if you're travelling with someone older they should probably sleep downstairs. The property is clean but the air vents are pretty dusty and the filter light has been on the A/C unit since arrival. If it gets cleaned it might work better. We received a nice email reminding us about checking out and asking us if we can clean the sheets if we have time but that it's not required. We decided to wash them but the washer and dryer are quite outdated so it took forever. I would highly recommend a replacement. Besides that we loved our stay and would totally book again.

Beautiful lanai to sit, have a breakfast in the morning and a drink and watch the sunsets at night! The property also has tennis courts and a great BBQ area which we enjoyed! VIP property management were fantastic in responding quickly to all of our questions and brought us ice and coolers when the fridge/freezer acted up! They replaced the fridge with a new one within 2 days! We highly recommend this rental property and plan to stay here again!Overall, fabulous!

We loved looking at the ocean on the balcony during the morning and walking the short walk to the beach for sunsets. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear & boogie board regularly and were delighted with how close everything was. Kalama Park had lots to watch & do (surfing, paddle boarding, volleyball, walking, etc.) and the condo was also walking distance to great places to eat (such as the Paia Fish Market and the Blue Door Bread Co.). We also loved the on-site pools for down time in the afternoons. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The property management company was always available to answer any questions we had and made us feel very welcomed.

The decor was very nice. cozy. The pillows on the beds need replaced. The bathroom doors were dirty. The closet runners were full of dirt. There were a bit of ants on counter when we first got there. All in all, the rest was good.

We absolutely loved staying here! The towels and snorkeling beach stuff to use was totally handy and amazing! Would stay here again in a heartbeat it was so nice and clean and easy to check in. Thanks for having us :)

I loved the location; Charley Young beach was my favorite to watch the sunset and the waves at Kam 1 were perfect for children. We enjoyed having all the beach gear/toys accessible. Would absolutely stay again!

After staying in many of the Maui Vista properties, this one was one of the better ones. Pros: the beds, showers, professional arrival communication and quiet location. Cons: pretty outdated smart TV, if that matters to you.

The beach was directly across the street. Very nice. It was well stocked with beach stuff and kitchen.

The condo is very clean and well stocked to get your vacation started. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to Kihei and the beach. The place has all you need to go to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. The agent was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was clean and the coffee pot is new. I would stay there again.

I stayed in the condo for a week with my husband, teens and parents and was pleasantly surprised by the size and location of this condo. It offered a super short walk to Charlie Young Beach, an elevator, tennis courts, and a very small pool. Parking was always very accessible and the front office offered everything you could need. It’s very well run and always very quiet. It’s an amazing place to stay if you have a big family and want to avoid being cramped in an overpriced hotel room. It’s also centrally located in a good area and there are some good restaurants nearby. The condo was stocked with everything a family needs on vacation. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the condo!

We've stayed in a few units and this one is very good. Great sleeping arrangements, very good AC in both rooms. Pretty good view as well with comfortable chairs on the lanai. Kitchen has everything you need. The utensils are all actually there and the knives are sharp! Lots of chairs and beach accessories as well. Thank you!

The pools were disappointing as they were really small and pool area is not vey inviting. Our condo was newly renovated and a good size. I feel like the pictures make the condo look "brand"new, which isn't the case. Overall it was fine but I don't think I would stay here again. The management company and Mick were great and replied to our concerns quickly.
