We were thrilled with our rental in Naples Park. The owner Dan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He responded immediately to any of our requests and was very receptive to any ideas. When our flight was cancelled he allowed us to stay for the full day until our new flight left. The house is in an quiet neighborhood and it is close to everything. We could walk to the Mercato to the Whole Foods and many restaurants. It was a 5 minute drive to the beach or a 25 minute walk. The house is an open plan with an excellent well equipped kitchen and lots of space for everyone to relax. The backyard has a netted in pool and lots of seating and eating areas as well. We were a family with grandparents, children and grandchildren and it was a pleasure to be in the home. We highly recommend it

We were beyond pleased with this location, super clean and updated, lots of space, the owner was very responsive to any requests and quickly assisted us. The neighborhood is very peaceful and laid back, close to great shops, and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and clean, we parked in the turtle reserve to access the beach. We would highly recommend this location!!!

This property is awesome and truly has everything you need from pool floaties to enjoy in the backyard to gear to take to the beach. The space is perfect for group gatherings - I stayed with girlfriends and we spent lots of time around the huge island and at the dining table It’s clean, it’s a great location with easy access to the major attractions of Naples, and the owner communicates quickly!

The experience at the property was excellent!!!! The house it’s comfortable, clean and cozy. The kitchen is full equipped and spaceous. The pool was awesome too where you can have a glance of the sunset. The beach is beautiful and close to the house. The property manager, Dan is was very helpful and always ready to answer any text or phone call.

This is a beautiful property, beautifully decorated, convenient location right next to Mercato and the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. It has everything you need, and more. We loved the pool and the back patio. We had lots of fun and made so many great memories. Our kids did not want to leave. We would definitely come back.

This was our first time to Naples. The house was just as described. Beautiful tile floors, clean refreshing colors and an amazing back yard for entertaining. We arrived to a clean and welcoming home. The property owner allowed us to have baby supplies delivered early, though they provide some. Communication was seamless, and very prompt. If we weren’t at the gulf in the water, or our to dinner at one of the close by locations. We were in the pool. The pool was heated and at the perfect temperature. The host always ended a conversation with “Have fun, and enjoy your vacation.” We had family at other locations in the neighborhood and their properties paled in comparison to ours. The sea shell driveway boarders were a welcome surprise! The house was equipped with everything you needed to cook, modern appliances and washer and dryer. The host was very easy to talk to, and extremely welcoming to the home. We did have a couple of questions and he was quick to answer. I would definitely rent this property again, next time we return to Naples. It’s amenities and 10min location from about everything, make it a perfect house. Thank you for the hospitality!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. This place is very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Loved the heated pool. Kitchen is like new. You have to ride the bikes over to Vanderbilt Beach, about 5 minutes. So great. Host is fantastic and communicates very well. Even the neighbor got in on that action, very nice guy, very helpful.

Spent a lot of time sitting outside and swimming in the heated pool, the backyard is so nicely put together and made the whole vacation such a fun and relaxing experience. The home itself was super clean on arrival. Beds were all very, very comfortable as well as the sectional in the living room. Kitchen was very nice, had every single thing we could've needed and more. This was our first time in Naples and we really liked it, there are many different beaches near this VRBO to choose from, including Vanderbilt beach which is very close and has a parking garage with cheap parking. The gulf was never really too wavy compared to the other side of FL so it is safer for small children. Saw a lot of unique birds and we found so many cool shells! We also enjoyed the Naples Zoo during our stay which was really nice. Trader Joes, Costco, Sams Club, Publix are all in the general area, Whole Foods was across the street. Would definitely come back!

You can tell that the owner has put a lot of sweat equity into the house, remodeling the interior and refurbing the outdoors. Had beach chairs to use, 3 bikes to ride down to Vanderbilt Beach too. We could walk to Mercato and other hot spots were within reach, including heading downtown to 5th for dinner. Sleeping 10 would be a stretch. There is privacy for 6 in the 3 bedrooms, the bunk room can sleep 4 kids in a Queen over Queen. Others are using the couches/pull out. The open area of the house, including a huge dining table, was spacious. My guess is they opened this area up in their remodel, and it was a good idea as the house feels large in the common area.

It had everything we needed ! The pool was perfect! The location was great ! The communication with owners/property management was easy! The sink was leaking during our trip and they were there within an hour ti fix it ! If we need a place to stay in Naples again, we will be staying here! Thanks for a great experience!!
