Perfect for an extended weekend in Vegas. Away from crowds and casinos but a short ride for the fun. Good place to hang and relax. D

Great place

This was a great spot for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The back of the house is fabulous with pool, basketball court, multiple sitting areas, large BBQ, table to eat on. We were there during a heat alert but were still able to spend a lot of time outside. The house is bright inside, recently painted, very clean. There is no clutter. The thermostat was set at 72 and it was emphasized we should keep it there because of possible AC consequences if turned lower. There are several ceiling fans. It was 110 out when we entered the house, and it was in the 80s in the upstairs.. We turned on the ceiling fans. Within an hour the temperature went down considerably. The downstairs became so cold, one of our party turned the thermostat up. The second floor cooled into the mid 70s which was reasonable. Bottom line---in the hottest of conditions the AC and fans worked well. The kitchen had everything needed, the BBQ worked well. When we ran out of propane there was a replacement in the garage. The icemaker does not turn out a large volume of ice and if not used needs to be emptied or it can freeze up. The garage is available for use and when it is 110 that helps. There is pool table/ping pong table. There are seven TVs. The bathrooms are great. The managers/hosts communicated regularly and were responsive to questions. The house has restrictions related to noise, use of drugs and other party aspects. We respected those. Check out the Sphere and Red Rocks Natl Monument and Calico Basin

This property is the ideal spot for a Vegas getaway for family/friends. We appreciated how easy it was to get around town and to the strip or downtown. The property was clean, beautiful and full of amenities. It was nestled away in a safe, quiet neighborhood, which was prefect for getting sound sleep after a night out.

Very expansive yard with pool located in nicest section of Las Vegas. It was an ideal place for us to stay and gather before and after the wedding ceremonies and reception. Family very impressed with the rooms and amnesties (pool table, pool ping pong) and outdoor grill Highly recommend this home for large family gatherings

This house was perfect for our family needs. Big and roomy with a great outdoor space. The host respond quickly to any questions and requests to turn on hot tub. Would definitely stay at this house again!

We had a great time while staying at this location…the outdoor space was my favorite. We used the grill, played cards at the big table, chilled on the back porch area, and hot tub was nice for relaxing. When I reached out about anything, the property manager was fast to help. We came to celebrate our sons 21st bday in Vegas. But also wanted to be able to travel and see the Grand Canyon. This location worked out perfectly for what we needed.

Property is dated, carpets are very dirty, fingernail clippings left on towel in kitchen. Property manager response easy to use hot tub. Location proximity was good, but backed to busy street so was loud in the bedrooms.

Enjoyed a fun New Years vacation with family members traveling from multiple cities. Location was great and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool table! Plenty of stores nearby and easy to get to Red Rock and other attractions. Home was neat and clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive.

This property was convenient and comfortable. The property manager and staff at Sullivan Vacation Rentals were exceptionally responsive and assistive. We would stay there again!

Quiet neighborhood and spacious home with lots of activities for the kids to enjoy. Absolutely amazing French bakery 2 blocks away...do not miss it! Would stay here again.

Our stay at the Thickett house was amazing! The open feel to the home and the lounge areas are very inviting for those who stay! The backyard feels like an desert oasis escape with a spa and pool, with lots of room for outdoor games and entertainment as well. The bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of room and look very nice with modern touches. The neighborhood is not far from stores and gas stations. It is in a great location for accessing the strip or a hike to the desert mountains of Las Vegas. The communication received by the owners was great the whole way through- very helpful, informative and responded timely and kindly to all of our questions! Definitely a 5 star vacation stay

The Thickett House was the perfect home for relaxation and family time. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we felt at home in the house. The pool and spa were the perfect oasis. The host was excellent to work with and tended to our needs quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

We were in town for my husband's softball tournament. There were (4) couples that stayed in the home. We had plenty of space and privacy. THe hosue is clean and updated. The backyard and pool are amazing! We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully decorated home with lots of games to entertain you. We enjoyed throwing around the basketball and played a game of horse as soon as we arrived. Quiet neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Las Vegas at the Pine Thickett House! First and foremost, it felt like a really safe neighborhood that was super easy to access lots of shopping and food. We rented a car and were very pleased with how convenient the home was to the Las Vegas Strip, as well as Red Rock Canyon for a nice loop through the mountains. Pine Thickett had EVERYTHING our family wanted to enjoy on vacation: pool, amazing hot tub (you just have to text the owner to request it be turned on for the max 3 hours), pool table, ping pong table, and plenty of comfy beds for a large group of 7. There were also plenty of full bathrooms, equipped with bath towels. The home was clean when we arrived. We took a redeye flight home, and for an additional fee, the owner allowed us to stay late on our last day. We can't wait to return!

Great location to stay at. Easy to get to the Strip or Red Rock casino. Awesome backyard.

Our group of six friends attended the Pac 12 Championship Game. The house is located in an older, quiet neighborhood close to Red Rock. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the Red Rock Casino Resort. The house was large enough for 6 adults and the back yard had many amenities with a pool and outdoor kitchen. This house was perfect for our group of five, and the three bathrooms offered plenty of privacy. The biggest plus was the gorgeous back yard, and we also liked how close it was to the Red Rocks scenic drive and hiking trails. We hope to return!

I had the pleasure of staying here for a small golf weekend with close clients / friends. The house was very comfortable and delivered on all expectations. Proximity to Bears Best Golf Course was perfect.

Perfect property for our family gathering to attend our sons wedding. The house provided lots of entertainment for kids and adults, we had room to spread out and any questions we had were quickly answered by our host. We highly recommend this property and we will be back.

We did a girls trip with 7 people in this house. We had TONS of space and lots to do! We used the hot tub, played pool, cooked in the kitchen and all slept super comfortably! The hosts were great, easy to get in touch with and met all of our needs! We really had the best time here!

Overall experience is great. Rental was not far from strip, shopping, stores. Owner and host was in contact with me the whole time. Answering any questions or concerns I had. I only gave 4 stars because I do not like sharing my personal space (bathroom). I had to share the master bathroom with one of my guest because the downstairs bathroom shower was clogged. I immediately reported it and the host and owner had the issue taken care of the next day. Other than that. I had no issues. I believe the issue would've been taken care of sooner if it was not for the rain ( hurricane). All tvs worked. Cable and streaming was available. Very spacious. I love the home. Definitely will stay again.

Great outdoor area with pool, outdoor kitchen and multiple outdoor seating areas. Inside was spacious, cool and very relaxing. Perfect place to spend time with our adult children.

The property is perfect for a family vacation with a backyard that has plenty of shade to hang out in. The strip is easy to get to without being caught up in the noise and traffic. Easy access to shopping, multiple golf courses and the Red Rock casino is 5 minutes away. Property manager was easy to correspond with.
