We love Mexico Beach and are so glad to be back! The condo was beautiful and immaculate. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 4 year old. Check-in was easy and the host was easy to communicate with. We will be back again!

This property was very clean. Location was great. Just steps away from the beach and a nice little pool the kids loved.

The property was well appointed. Tammy was a responsive host. We loved the easy access to the beach with no roads to cross.

We had the BEST vacation at The Happy Seagull! The condo was amazing and the proximity to the beach made going back and forth with the kids so easy. Communication with Tammy was great. She was quick to respond and always so polite. We hope to go back next year!

The condo was great and exactly what we needed for our family. I brought supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms that we ended up not using because it was already provided. My boys favorite part was the walkin shower that they called the "fancy shower". We can't wait to come and stay again!

The location is fantastic. the condo has just been renovated and is very clean. Great big new washer and dryer and kitchen is well equipped. The vertical blinds are hard to deal with. They are kind of flimsy and we were weary of touching them. We were awakened at 6am every morning by the very strong sun as there were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms. We love to sleep till 830am especially on our vacation but it was impossible. I think the unit was a little overpriced.

Tammy was so great and responsive! The condo was beautiful and felt like home. I loved having access to beach chairs and towels! Definitely recommended!

Fantastic location, convenient parking and elevator was working nicely! The host was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions. No issues or complaints at ALL. I would absolutely assist here again in the future.

Perfect beach getaway! Easy beach access and the condo was perfec!

The property was exactly as described. It is just a few steps from the beach. The condo is well furnished including the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and beach chairs. A very peaceful area except for lots of construction in the area during the day (and super early) , they are rebuilding from a hurricane though. The beach is beautiful white sand, you can walk for miles and only see a few people (Jan/Feb). Beautiful sunrises can be seen from the balcony and the sunsets over the water from the beach are breathtaking. Even some dolphins were spotted from the balcony! The pool was not open due to it not mtg a Florida code and was super green. The owner was extremely responsive to any need, such as when the cable/wifi went out- she got it back online in minutes. The town is tiny-if you are looking for nightlife this is not the town for you. Currently one restaurant, a gas station and a coffee shop. The locals are extremely friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this property, it’s a great escape from busy lives!

So nice to see Mexico Beach on the comeback! This complex is in a great spot, yards from the beach and a very easy walk to the water. A well-working elevator and 2 available carry carts made being on the upper floor really easy. The condo is beautifully decorated and one of the cleanest and most comfortable I’ve stayed in. The seagull theme in the artwork throughout is very charming and well done. The host provides a starter supply of cleaning products, paper towels, detergents, coffee, so you don’t have to immediately rush out and find them at the grocery store. There is a very helpful ‘Welcome’ book in the unit, with details about your stay and the area. There’s an updated Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker and all the cups, plates, silverware, knife set, pots and pans you will need. Tammy’s thought of everything in the kitchen, and it’s quality products and in great working order. The beds are firm and very comfortable. Lots of room in the master bed and bath. The second (queen) bedroom is a bit on the small side, but still has great closet and storage in the closet, as well as side tables and bright lamps on each side of the bed. Next door to the complex is still undergoing construction and progress, so you may have to be patient with the daytime noise. There was a driveway being put in a neighboring house while we were there, so there was 2-3 days of dump trucks bringing in dirt and gravel while we were there. Happily, the workers didn’t start before 8:00am and didn’t work past 4:00pm, so we just made sure we were exploring the surrounding area while this was going on. Great shops, grocery and food options in Port St. Joe too. Just remember Port St Joe and Appalachacola are on EST, so check the times that things open/close., especially at night. The nearby construction certainly didn’t affect our attitudes about the location; we are happy to see such progress in the area and glad to see this community on their feet again. Great stay!

Was very pleased with the condo, everything was very nice, clean & comfortable. Weather was perfect, beach was beautiful. Enjoyed every minute of our stay there, Tammy was a perfect host, easy to get in touch with, let us know what was happening in port st. Joe & surrounding areas. My sister & I will certainly be back. Great condo! Perfect size for my family of 4. This condo provided us with everything we needed to have a great first visit to Mexico Beach, including beach towels and a rolling beach bag. We hope to visit again soon!

Our family enjoyed staying at this condo! It has excellent amenities! The location is just steps from the beautiful beach and water. Mexico Beach is a quaint little town. We will definitely be back!

Loved everything about this condo. Awesome view of beach from balcony. Kitchen well stocked, Unit clean and as described. 20 steps and your on the beach. We will rent again next year for sure.

Wow, what a great week! We were hoping for a quiet beach vacation and that's exactly what we got. This condo is so nice and new (rebuilt since Hurricane Michael), well equipped, and located on a quiet beach. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The owner was great on communication, before and during our stay. Prior to our trip, I asked for a few recommendations on restaurants, shopping, outings and excursions. She offered several and we took her advice and were not disappointed. The condo is beautiful and clean, with great ocean views. The building is small, so not a ton of neighbors making noise. She provided everything we needed for our week, including some beach equipment (we flew down, so could not bring a lot with us) to borrow, a well-equipped kitchen, bath, and laundry room. She remembered a lot of important details like coffee filters, a pair of scissors, and chip bag clips. :) All of those small comforts of home that you don't think to bring with you. We used the condo and quiet beach as our home base and thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there. But, we also explored the area and drove to various other towns and beaches like Port St. Joe (excellent restaurants: Quatro Locos and Jo Mama's), Apalachicola, St. George Island State Park, Panama City, St. Andrews State Park, and St. Joseph State Park. This condo is wonderful, Mexico Beach is beautiful and peaceful, and it was a wonderful family vacation. 5/5*****, highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! The furnishings were beautiful. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely want to stay here again soon!

Everything was good

Located on a nice, wide, white sand part of the beach. Everything in the unit was clean and new. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Parking was easy. Pool was a little dirty and small but we knew that from the pictures.

Very nice property in a good location. The unit is well equipped, the kitchen has very nice appliances, cutlery, dishes and utensils. The furniture is nice and great condition. The beds come with pillow options. I would definitely stay there again.
