Cozy, classy and convenient is spot on for this condo. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Owners were great to work with. 15 min drive or less to pretty much all we did. The condo was exactly what we needed and more!

Great safe area with easy access to the whole SL valley. Clean. Welcoming. Modern. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Lovely scent. We stayed during a very hot time (upper 90s) and the place stayed cool, even though it was upstairs. Just a FYI, if you have trouble climbing stairs, it may not be the best place for you. Very pleasant owner and sweet dog. We would love to stay again!

This worked out great for us. We were gone during the days and only needed a nice, quiet place to sleep. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. We weren't cooking, so didn't need a stove. The toaster oven worked great for warming up our leftovers.
It was well stocked with everything we needed plus much more. It was nicely decorated and overlooked their beautiful backyard. It was hot in Salt Lake when we were there, but the air conditioner and fan kept things cool and comfortable. They had it nice and cool when we arrived. Thank you!! Communication on how to get in and all we needed to know was great. We will stay here again if we return to Salt Lake.

Very clean. Easy to find. Well appointed mini kitchen. The stairs were a surprise and a little steep but were OK for me to climb with bags. Might be too strenuous

This apartment was super clean and cool and exactly as described. My momma stayed there and it was the perfect size for an older woman. The property is minutes from the highway and seconds from a main road, but is quiet. My mom enjoyed her stay immensely and we will certainly be back to stay when she visits SLC again!!

This was the best possible place for us! Everything is so close to this location. The hosts are very nice, have a sweet puppy, and there is plenty of privacy. 10/10 recommend!

This unit is above the garage which looks like a converted VRBO as well. They are attached to the hosts main house.
The unit has a private entrance. It was perfect for 2 adults. We stayed the weekend and thought the space was great for that. We did not cook, however the kitchenette had some supplies if you do. The neighborhood feels very safe and the location to the airport, downtown, and mountains was perfect.
Would recommend if you are traveling to SLC.

We could not have been happier staying in this Sugarhouse Studio! The owner was delightful and very gracious when we held up his lawn maintenance by parking in a bad spot. His dog and visiting dog were sweet and funny, and the location worked perfectly for us. We will hope to stay here again the next time we visit SLC! Thank you!!!

We visited SLC for a music festival and this was the perfect spot for me and my boyfriend. The area is super great with lots of good food spots close by and the studio was super cozy and easy to access.

We loved staying here. Their puppy Honey is so cute! We appreciated all the extra thought that when into this place from the big towels, extra mini fan, to the cozy seating areas. It looks EXACTLY like the pictures!! TV, AC, and ceiling fan all worked perfectly with no problems. Cleaning rules for checkout was the most easiest one I have seen. Definitely very quiet and spacious for a husband and wife to relax after a long day of touring what the city has to offer. Will 100% book again! Thank you!!!

This little studio apartment (built over the garage) was perfect. Sweet residential neighborhood. Felt very safe. Has a little outside seating area which looks out over the home owners beautiful back yard. Very private experience. Never saw the owners but we did get to see and interact with their little dog Honey who was such a sweetie.

David's property was neat, clean and in a location that was an close to many of the things we wished for, close to freeway, mountains and a great walking neighborhood.
However, when we arrived the unit was very hot because
AC had not been on and after 3 1/2 hrs it still had not cooled down. We ended up leaving and David was most understanding. We were refunded some money but take exception to the cleaning fee since we touched nothing other than the AC control , door knob and fan switch. We did not use any water or bathroom facility so not sure what would have to be cleaned. He was most understanding as was the on site manager and suggested contacting VRBO.

Clean, comfy and quiet studio set up that is conveniently located within a short drive to downtown Salt Lake City. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

The location of this property is phenomenal. It is only minutes from Sugar House and close to the highway that goes to Park City. The kitchenette is small but very functional. They do have an electric kettle which is convenient for coffee.

This garage studio was great for our ski vacation -- conveniently located off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. Very safe, private entrance and nice parking spot.
Drives up and back to Park City were easy and this rental had everything needed to either stay in and cook after a day on the slopes or go enjoy local restaurants and breweries in the City.
Everything inside the unit felt new and clean -- from the well-equipped kitchenette to the abundance of clean linens and comfortable bed, we appreciated it all.
The owners are super-responsive and helpful.

Mother/Daughter trip
My daughter and I were at her Volleyball tournament and decided to stay a few extra days to ski. This is perfectly located in between Park City and the convention center. They’ve done an incredible job with their place and it was 100% perfect for my daughter and me. Thank y’all so much for making us feel so welcome!!!

Perfect stay!
This was the perfect property! Lots of thought went in to the layout of the room as well as the decor and comfort. It is a very lovely spot with lots of space. We would certainly stay here again! It had everything we needed!

Such a beautiful room with every amenity provided. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Close to the mountains and private makes it the perfect place to stay!
