Karen was great to work with and very responsive to questions. We loved the condo. It was very clean and well equipped.

This property is well thought out, clean, updated and well kept! Our family stayed in the condo for the week and was very impressed. This condo is steps from the beach, and provides a beautiful ocean view. We found this property to be in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, and also have everything we needed to cook, go to the beach and play games on rainy days. We highly recommend this property!

We love this area, it’s walking distance to restaurants. A French bakery is just down the road, nice for breakfast. This apartment seems recently updated, and has a nice heated pool, on the beach. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here and the owners were WONDERFUL to work with. We love the location for relaxing or for activities. The property is clean and family friendly! We will return as soon as our kids' sports schedules allow.

Our family of three LOVED this rental! The pictures accurately portrayed the property. The ability to use the owner's beach chairs and sand toys as well as access to a washer and dryer allowed us to pack less. The private elevator was an added convenience. We were STEPS away from the beach! We were amazed at the beautiful shells on the beach and the cleanliness of the area. Communication with the owner couldn't have been better. You will NOT regret renting this property!

Wonderful condo!! Very clean and lots of space. Love that it was right on the beach with a gorgeous view from your deck. Watched the sunset all week. Very short walk to the gulf. Host was very helpful and answered quickly. Would definitely come back and stay here again!!

Loved our time here. Beautiful beach off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. We took advantage of the Suncoast Trolley to explore Madiera Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete. The property was wonderful and Karen checked in with us and was readily available to ensure we had a great stay. We got to do so much in our week and can't wait to come again!

We loved our stay here. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and did not disappoint! The owner was very personable and helpful, although we had no issues at all. The beach was just what we were hoping for, considering we had a two year old with us. It was a perfect week and we will return!

I consider myself a condo snub and now I’m even worse since this condo had a elevator directly to your balcony. The condo was great! Very clean and just the right size with all the amenities. Parking underneath was so wonderful. Communication with the owner was simple and easy. Great trip!

Location is everything and this condo has it all! Close to restaurants, steps from the beach and pool, and very easy parking. The amenities are exactly as described on the listing and the condo itself is beautiful. The beach is calm and not over-crowded. We often had the pool to ourselves. We did drive to a few restaurants and they were fabulous. Frenchy's, Caddy's and also Abe's Place if you're looking to get away from primarily seafood menus. We highly recommend the Sea Screamer dolphin cruise. This is our 3rd vacation to the beaches of Clearwater and we will definitely be booking this condo again for our family of 4!

Karen was super attentive and responsive. Condo was clean, beach access so close…elevator right to your condo patio was a huge benefit. We’ve been to IRB before but first time staying here and didn’t disappoint. The OG Crabby Bills is a MUST- it’s a Vibe and they have the best Rum Runners - can’t go wrong staying here

This condo was very clean. They had it stocked with everything you need in the kitchen plus towels, beach towels, and beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. Having an elevator with key taking you strait to your balcony was very convenient. Very short walk out to the beach plus a wonderful ocean front beach view from the balcony. Karen kept us informed on all we need to know and checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this unit.

This was our first stay in the Indian Rocks Beach area. The property was in central location and had a wonderful view. Everything was updated and clean and Karen communicated perfectly from start to finish.

The condo was very well stocked and so comfortable. Easy access to the pool and beach. We rarely used our car since most restaurants were within walking distance. Karen and Brandon are excellent hosts and gave us simple details and instructions that helped a lot. Highly recommend!

This was the first time visiting Indian rocks and the Gulf side of Florida. We can not say enough good things about the beach, Indian Rocks or the amazing condo and it’s view. The condo was so clean and so beautifully decorated. We felt right at home from the moment we got there. Karen was great to work with. She checked in with us when we got there and a few times throughout the week. She was very responsive when I would send a text. We only wish it was available next year for our spring break trip but we are booked for the year after that!! We can’t wait to come back to the condo and that beautiful beach! The sunsets are an event there. Everyone comes out to watch them and the other guests at the condo were so friendly. At the pool they would strike up a conversation. I could go on and on about how great this condo is. The elevator, the closeness to the beach and pool, the view from the balcony, the updates to the condo. All of it made it a 5 star recommendation. Do yourself a favor and book this place. You won’t be disappointed!!

Great location! I will miss walking the beach every morning collecting shells. Cafe de Paris and Beachwave Grill are steps away with excellent food. We had the best meal at Groupers on the Gulf! Communication with Karen was excellent. The place is clean and a safe area to walk with the kids. Loved that first floor is for parking and storage with beach chairs umbrella and sand toys so no need to bring them up to the condo on floor 3. Great view with amazing sunsets!

We loved this condo. It is perfectly located with several great places to eat within walking distance. The condo was decorated beautifully and the views of the Gulf are amazing. We would definitely recommend this condo for a vacation get away and plan to come back ourselves!

We are 2 older women (77 & 79) who have travelled together many times to AI Resorts in the Caribbean, with this being our second stay in FL. This condo we rented on the Gulf could not have been more perfectly suited to our needs. Recently renovated and immaculate. One of the deciding features for us was the private elevator. Such a major convenience for two older traveler. Smaller veranda overlooking the Gulf with the swimming pool directly below our veranda as well as a short path to the beach. There is a parking garage beneath the condo units with each space assigned and next to the private elevator direct to the unit. (What a convenience when hauling in the groceries!) the unit had everything you’d need . The owner of this unit was wonderful to work with. The week we stayed we encountered Hurricane / tropical storm Nicole. There was some water that came thru the huge glass doors facing the raging Gulf, and the owner immediately had her cleaning folks there to clean it up. That is the closest I hope I ever come to a real hurricane and was awed by the power of the wind and rain. There were lots of brochures for the many restaurants within walking distance of the condo made available to guests as well as things to do and see. The restaurants we tried ……all in walking distance…..were excellent! This condo on IRB gets an A+ rating from these 2 traveling ladies! Cannot wait to return to Karen’s beautiful condo. Thanks, Karen, for making this a great vacation for us!

This is an amazing condo with unbelievable views. The sunsets are absolutely beautiful. Steps away from the beach and the private elevator is great. The condo is well equipped and the owners are so easy to work with.

We had a fabulous stay! The unit is exactly as described and has all the amenities you will need to make your stay most enjoyable. The beach is wonderful and only steps away from the gulf. We walked to many of the restaurants nearby and the food was great. Karen is an exceptional host and and was super responsive to our questions leading up to our stay. We had such a good experience we hope to return to this location again soon, Thank you Karen!!

Great condo directly on the beach, as advertised. Very clean. Very nice accommodations/beds/ furniture. Love that the security of the condo has a key elevator directly to the balcony. Also, specific marked parking area so you do not have to struggle with that. Love that the beach is only steps away, and they supply chairs and umbrellas as mentioned in the description. Restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive. Area was easy to navigate when driving. Communication with the owner prior to our arrival was excellent. Sadly, our stay was cut short due to the mandatory evacuation for hurricane Ian. The condo owner was in contact with us frequently, and kept us abreast of all the information we needed for our safety. Wish we could have stayed the week as planned, however, our safety was a top priority. We hope to return to this condo as we enjoyed it that much!

Karen was a great host! The condo is well maintained and up to date. The location is seconds away from beach as it is truly beach side. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to travel to Indian rocks beach!
