If you’re staying a few nights it’s a nice place to stay . It is missing a lot of basic necessities to make longer stay comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and about 10-15 minute walk to beach across highway and nice fenced in back yard for our dogs Derrick is a very responsive host. But adequate for short stays.

It is a nice condo in a neighborhood across the road from the beach. We didn't have internet/TV for the first 2 days. The management company fixed it and told us we would receive money off our stay but never followed through. Not a bad place to stay. We enjoyed our time there.

I was disappointed in the Rental Company. I emailed to say that there were lights out, wifi was not working and that the back door could not be locked. We heard NOTHING! We were also rudely awaken at 6.55 on Tuesday morning to be told to shift our car so that they could start replacing the roof. We were forced to get out and leave early or suffer thru the banging etc of having the roof done.

It’s a place that I had to let grow on me. Enjoyed the back patio. Was not fond of the Master bedroom being an open loft area, I would call it, semi-private. A grill would be a great addition to the patio. But overall, I’d recommend this, especially to couples with either young children or no children.🤷♂️ O, beds are Super comfortable! Nice kitchen too. 😊

The property was very clean and very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Location was pretty good. Be careful if you come with dogs as there is a hole in the fence. One of our Westies disappeared one night and we had to jump in our car to find him. Backyard could use a little tidying up as well. Some extra seating in the living room would be helpful. Overall a great place.

I would definitely stay here again. Inside accommodation were perfect for us. Clean, well stocked and comfortable! Backyard partially fenced, gaping whole in back fence and no green grass like the picture. Although I looked for fenced in backyard yards the neighborhood was extremely dog friendly. We covered the couch and used our own blankets to avoid sharing our dogs hair with others. Wi-Fi codes given were not correct but we were able to find the correct ones on our own. Enjoyed our stay!

Overall the property was just as we thought it would be. The neighborhood was very friendly, we would see chat with neighbors while walking our dogs. We were given suggestions for local restaurants etc. the beds were comfortable and the unit was nice and clean when we got there. Any questions were answered right away.
We had one issue with the property. It was described as a fenced in yard for the dogs. The fencing had openings large enough for me to walk through, so we couldn’t let the dogs roam free. I would suggest renters confirm this has been fixed.

Derrick the manager was very responsive. I would not say this place was great, but I would not say it was bad. The back is quite messy with lots of work that needs done. There is no cable tv. The bedroom tv has no hookup at all. If you do not know how to stream, you cannot watch live local tv. There was no welcome kit. Maybe a few pouches of coffee, and some water would be nice. Just did not really have any personal touches

Convenient to our wedding location
We had rented this because it was close to the wedding venue. All the groomsmen (5) were happy with the condo and was very convenient to the wedding venue

The place is very quiet and condo looks up to date and probably was renovated not long time ago. It has everything you need for vacation place. It takes about 10min walk to a beach. Access to a beach is not easy as should be, there are line of private houses that will not allow to use their stairs, and you have cross through dunes which would be hard for elderly people. The beach is great and clean! It also very close to historic St.Augusine downtown, about 20min to drive.

A few improvements would go a long way. The grounds could use some trimming thought out. Also, it would be nice to leave an extra roll of tp in each bathroom. Otherwise, all good!

Poperty was adequate, not more. Backyard was overgrown, littered with leaves , chairs were dirty. We didn’t use the space at all. Public beach access was .5 mile away from neighborhood. Needs more couch space. Master bed was very comfortable and location overall was great. Not far from downtown, good restaurants nearby. Water heater went out on our last night, mgmt not very responsive. I’d go back, but to a different house.

The North Beach/Vilano area is really nice. The condo is dog friendly and our pooch appreciated the fenced back yard space. The place is not fancy, but suited us well. It could use some screens on the windows, cable television for ABC, CBS, ESPN etc, and some attention to make the plumbing work better.

The property was in a quiet area but close to the beach & sites. It was very clean with great appliances. The listing said it slept 6, but it only slept 5 & our 6th person ended up on an air mattress. The living room could use more seating but overall we were very happy with the property & enjoyed our stay.

The property needs up keep. The throw rug by couch needs to be removed. It smelled mildew. The layout was good open. The loft area was nice size along with bed, bathroom good space with closets. Back yard needs clean up but worked with dog. Also had to drive to park because no access to beach was close to walk to.

Overall, an enjoyable stay.
